Atmosphere

the
setting
is
exceptional
charming,
cosy
and
just
country
side
scenery
at
its
very
best!
Open
fire,
beautiful
soft
lamps
and
lights,
curtains
&
cushions
all
over.
Service
-
Michelin
star
level,
super
attentive,
friendly
and
always
available
for
a
good
recommendation.
Solid
and
safe
in
all
aspects,
you
feel
the
routined
and
experienced
staff
just
love
their
work!
Food
-
now
this
is
where
I
dare
to
say
you
probably
get
Brussel's
best
meat!
The
filet
pur
or
Train
de
Charolais
is
grilled
on
the
fire
place
in
front
of
you,
go
for
the
topping
of
their
special
béarnaise
(try
it!).
Their
entrées
reach
from
absolutely
very
good
to
fantastic.
Deserts
-
creme
brûlée
is
from
heaven!
Wine
-
here
the
owner
shows
his
safe
and
solid
hand:
rather
small
but
exquisite
card
with
a
fully
sufficient
range
of
excellent
white
&
reds.
Love
places
where
the
focus
is
on
quality
wine
selection
and
not
quantity.
Bottom
line:
high
end
quality
&
ingredients
performed
to
a
top
traditional
French
food
experience,
absolutely
excellent
service
by
experienced
and
motivated
staff,
charming
and
cosy
setting.
