I only get to eat in Quick when I'm travelling so it's always a fun novelty for me. I took a new vegetarian chicken-style burger. The flavour and texture were particularly tasty. Also, there was plenty of sauce on the burger. The bun was nicely toasted but maybe could have been more interesting (sesame seeds maybe?). I think it could have been a little bigger given the price. The portion of fries was good. Service was relatively quick given how many customers were ordering.

Excellent service.. fantastic fries.. and then you open the box .. a Big Bacon on a BROWN burger bread.. ? .. idiots.. Goodbye Quick.. our relation has to end here..

I usually don't go to Quick but I wanted to try for once. And of course we know that we are not eating in a Michelin restaurant... But please at least cook the things that you put inside. I would have preferred to keep my money and wait 2h than to eat that 2/10 burger...

Slowest fast food I ever had. No customers, but the staff cannot figure out to how to serve a burger.

Should be called Slow instead of Quick. Clearly don't have the same work ethic and customer service mindset as the American McDonald's. Cashier started putting together our order for 4 people with the fries. By the time he was done, 7 minutes later (and we didn't order anything that was not readily available), the fries were cold. They ran out of toys and milk drink and boxes (which you all get when ordering a kids box) but failed to mention that until after we payed. And he was real slow, uninterested, rude, non communicative. Bad experience... 🤔

Is you can avoid this place the People preparing your good are screaming and it takes ages for it to be ready. Not fast food at all and the place is not clean a real mess.

I tried to order using the monitor,but it didn't print anything,so I tried it 3 times until it finally printed the receipt. However, my previous orders were not cancelled and the money was withdrawn from my account. They said that they would refund me,I even gave them my iban but 3 days later and I have not received anything, although they promised they would refund me,since it was not my fault.

The food is not my taste this is a fast food restaurant if you are in a hurry

I was perfectly satisfied with my veggie burger here. It literally the same as the McChicken burger at McDonalds without the meat. Mayo, crisp soya meat, fresh lettuce.The cashier spoke great English, it was not crowded & it's really great u can charge your phone. :)

Fast food with quite OK vege offer. Nothing special. Just food b4 you take off.

A plastic tasting burger for 10 USD

Don't order a Veggie burger if you are in a rush. We almost missed the flight. We waited more than 15min from the order, some 10 in the line. According to the staff that was due to the fact that veggie burgers are less commonly ordered. The fries were soggy and the coke diluted. The maxi veggie had nothing of maxi.

I got this place today by the time i got to my job 1 hour later i was not feeling good , ive spent the whole day throwing up 🤮

I went here a few months ago, I got cheese removed from my veggie burger and they got me wait for ages (probably over 40 mins) because my burger had "modifications". Now I came back (the burger wasn't too bad), I got a veggie one, there was no possibility to remove ingredients from the digital menu (or i couls not find it), and I still had to wait much longer than anybody else. The problem is not the waiting or the staff - the problem the system : not offering alternatives and deliberately having people wait based on their choices.

A bit more expensive than regular Quicks, but compared to the general price level at the airport their prices are very reasonable. Burgers are usually good and waiting times acceptable. Unfortunately fries are often cold and undercooked.

Small portions, very little English, had to remind them about my order.

Absolutely terrible! Their selection is minimal at best. When I opened my cheeseburger it looked as if it was thrown together by a person who’s unable to aim. The fries were lukewarm and hard as a rock. I’ve been to many Quick burger places but this is by far the worst. If I was the CEO I would immediately revoke their franchise right. And this at the Airport? Strange way to introduce Belgium to a foreigner. Thank goodness for the many good restaurants in Brussels and Belgium. I will never ever set foot in this place again and for those who haven’t yet had the bad luck of coming here, my suggestion is: don’t.

Decent choice of burgers. Affordable. Friendly & quick service. Clean big restaurant with lots of seating. Love the variety of sauces/dips. Fish burger & big bacon were good. Fish fingers weren't that bad either. Good spot for a quick meal.

Not the worse place to eat

It is a fast food and clearly if you have to eat quick this can be a good solution. The quality of the food is acceptable.

Walked the cashier greeted us and was helpful; ordered and our food was ready in a few minutes. There were many people eating in but some were just lounging had to ask someone to move their stuff to sit. The cashier provided excellent customer service ( I failed to get his name)

Thanks for half the order, ordered to go, found out in the train. Staff is friendly as a potato. Food is decent and as to be expected.

If there is NEGATIVE STAR, it will be NEGATIVE (-1) Food was ok, but burger which i was waiting for 10min with totaly empty screen with orders and than orders behind me start to come out before mine. I noticed same burgeras mine coming out with 5numbers behind. Staff very unprofessional, rude and not polite. Fries all over the tray when he was asked to place in bag as i was in rush because my train was leaving. Worst part as i was interested were is my food i was looking what is happening in kitchen. Guy which is handling burgers does not wear gloves, so hygeine is on low level. Guy handling fries is keeping his hand inside carton which will be filled with fries and which will go im my mouth. Yes, he is doing it without gloves. Two questions i have: These are some european standards i am now aware of or this is only done like this in Belgium? Do you have staff leaders who are following what is done in your restaurant. Food 3/5 Everything rest : NEGATIVE

Food tasted really bad. a worse version of McDonald's/Burger King, but for double the price. No bathroom either.

I am vegetarian and ordered a vegetarian meal. I received a chicken burger with real chicken, but was running short on time and had to leave and couldn't complain or receive what I actually ordered. Complete waste of time and money for me.

The employees there work at the airport but don’t speak English… Just because I don’t speak French, my order is left aside and I had to wait more than 20 mins for my takeaway order. Wouldn’t recommend if you are in a hurry and only speak English.

In a world fighting waste... You get a paper ticket longer than your arm for 1 burger menu. Just mind-blowing how this can still be allowed morally and legally

The chicken vegetarian was so delicious but the size is small (I don’t usually eat much and I didn’t felt full) also the fried potatoes was not hot!

They take the 'fast' out of 'fastfood'. They are not even trying to be fast. Forgot half of the things and not even a sorry for it. Only spoke French (I thought this was a international Airport?).
