Tastiest and freshest salad I've had in Brussels!

Very good salads. Big variety of ingredients to compose your own salad. Nice terrace on place St-Lambert. A little bit on the expensive side.

Now, at the end of the summer break the place isn‘t quite up to speed yet. Currently the salads look quite different compared to the pictures presented from a few months ago. I suppose this will change when everyone is back into their routine, staff as well as clients.

This is a sald bar directly on a nicely renovated sqare with fountains and some trees in a lovely area of Woluwe. One can nicely sit outside even if it rais because it is under a porch. The style of the salad bar is simple/white/scandinavian. The salads are fresh, tasty, with different ingredients that one can select according to taste or one can chose from the menue. The portions are big, it is certainly not just a salad but a good meal. The personnel has been really kind to us and they brought us the salads outside because they had the time and they let us sit outside longer even if they had to clean. All in all a very nice experience and we even had a good laugh with the owner, so a place to be visited again. And hopefully we will find more real plants next time 😉

May2022 Edit: unfortunately my initial review no longer stands true. The portions are 1/2 the size yet the prices the same. Ingredients missing at lunch time which is funny for a lunch place. Not so much attention to detail-even wrong dressing put. Hope the portions go back to what they were—even the take away bowls are smaller so what you get is a side salad. Before I could leave some for later and feel satiated. Very similar to sweetgreen in concept. Nice combinations, friendly staff :) Glad we found this place in Brussels.

Quick cozy and cute salad bar . The portion sizes are big and quality ingredients. The wait staff is nice .
