Another touch was a complimentary little glasses of tomato soup. For appetizer we shared the salmon tartar, very well arranged with some wasabi caviar among the garnishments. I had the fish of the day, bass apparently (it was explained in French, so not sure), perfectly prepared on a light sauce base and with roasted potatoes. The rest of the party had spaghetti: carbonara and shrimp. Again, very very good. We did not have dessert, for drinks, bottled water.
