Thumbs up for this huge park surrounded by normal residential buildings of brussels from one side and the European complex including the European parliment and the European Commission HQ building on the other ! It is always a great walk in the greenery (with or without a pet). You get great views of the cinquantenaire monument wich can only be a pleasure ! The place is very clean and they maintain the greenery really well 👍🏻 No wonder this place is a hotspot among locals of all ages !

I love this park! It is very well maintained and beautiful. It is a great place to go for a walk or a run. This park is centrally located and easily accessible. It is next to the European Commission HQ. If you like museums then there are many museums around the park.

Having a walk in the park - when it is sunny - is absolutely recommended. Metro line 1 and 5 are in 5 minutes walking distance and there is no entrance fee to the park. You could also visit car museum on the side.

The park is seriously awesome! The architecture is jaw-dropping, buildings are super pretty, and the gardens? Total eye candy. Weather wasn't great when we visited, but we still wandered around with no probs. Good vibes all around. Oh, and don't get me started on the fountains – so handy! They've even got a dog park, and if you take a stroll, you'll uncover cool spots. Plus, there are these two rad museums. Missed the military one 'cause of ticket stuff, but the car museum? Didn't make it there either, but man, they had a slick Ferrari parked outside, luring you in. Next time, that's a definite stop for me! This park's a winner, no doubt.

The park is very big and full of activities from families walking around to school children playing. The monument and buildings are incredibly beautiful. Didn’t get a chance to go see the military museum. Highly recommend seeing this if you’re in the area.

Beautiful and large park with many side attractions and fountains. Good place to have a picnic with friends, go for a run or walk with family and friends. It has decent variety of trees and plants and also accommodates many sightseeing places such as mosque, museums or arch. Definitely worth place to visit in Brussels.

Raining when we came here but still a lovely place to visit. Also Auto world here that I recommend, a lovely car museum. The car museum has a lovely restaurant you can use without having to pay entry fee . There's also a war museum here with lots of planes in but we didn't have time for that one.

The Park of the fiftieth anniversary and it says it was built during the reign of Leopold II to commemorate fifty years of Belgian independence. It is great place to rest during the hot summer and can even have a picnic in the gardens. It is safe and well maintained but sadly lacks a public toilet. So may be count on nearby restaurants to pay some bucks and do the business. There is salsa, bachata classes going on in the evenings sometimes. Fun to participate or watch

Nice place to go out on weekend just to enjoy the weather :) although there was a lot of dogs without a leash ( which don't bother me at all because I have dog by myself) although there was so many that my dog started being nervous and unsure of situation around her. Without this one, its awesome ✌️

One of the most beautiful park in Brussels. This park is super green and clean and especially during summer there are many people having a picnic there 🙂🙂 it's specious, so ideal to have some activities there. The Arcades du Cinquantenaire makes the park really beautiful. You can take some amazing photos there. If you are visiting Brussels don't forget to visit the parc de Cinquantenaire !!!

Beautiful park accessible by metro Schuman and Merode and the entry to the park is free. There are many museums (military history, auto world etc) in the park which may need entry ticket, I did not explore them yet. The structures are beautiful and this is a good place to spend time with friends or walking your dog. However, I did not see any public restrrom in such a big park which seems to be a general problem of Brussels.

Cinquantenaire Park - Parc du Cinquantenaire #Brussels #Park #Parc 🌄🇧🇪🎶❤️🙂☀️✅ Built in 1880 to mark the 50th anniversary of Belgium's independence, Cinquantenaire Park is both a collection of French-style gardens and a historical site that's home to monuments, sculptures and museums. #Jubelpark is a large public, urban park close to the EU institutions in Brussels. The landmark constructed in 1880 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Belgium's independance! Has a fountain and park to relax and the real landmark is good for taking pictures. Has an autoworld museum close to it if you are a fan of cars and their history. The royal palace is a 30 min walk from here

My favorite park in Brussels. Spacious, perfect place to chill, do the jogging, do some physical exercises and just have a little picnic. In summer, this Park gets real busy. There are a lot of activities in the area from free yoga, free Friskies et all. You may also find an area for dog lovers. The park has also some statues, museums, a track and field area, public gym, and of course the museums. In summer time, you can go to the top of the tower to have a good view of the city.

"Just the park", good for short walks but there is nothing else just the paths, trees, bushes and benches... of course I forgot to mention some statues... I saw the restaurant there but was closed and I did not see any toilets...

Really nice place to walk around. A nice big park, if you have a dog, would be a good place to set him free and you will see a bunch of off leash dogs. On top of that there's a car museum as well.

Parc du Cinquantenaire is a large park located in the Belgian capital, Brussels, and it signifies the "Park of the Fiftieth Anniversary." It stands as one of Brussels' famous landmarks and is situated to the east of the city center. Construction of the park began in the late 19th century to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Belgium's independence. The park features picturesque gardens and lush green lawns, adorned with beautiful fountains, statues, the Cinquantenaire Art & History Museum, the Autoworld Museum, and various other cultural facilities. The Triumphal Arch, decorated with ornate statues, commemorates Belgium's independence, and visitors can enjoy splendid views from atop this arch. The park houses two significant museums. The Cinquantenaire Art & History Museum displays collections related to art and history, while the Autoworld Museum offers intriguing exhibitions about the history of automobiles. The park attracts visitors who come to enjoy activities such as strolling, picnicking, having barbecue parties, and cycling. Parc du Cinquantenaire is a splendid place that combines history, culture, and beautiful natural landscapes and is one of the popular attractions for tourists visiting Brussels."

Parc du Cinquantenaire in Brussels, renowned for its stunning urban park with vast green spaces, the iconic Triumphal Arch is the icon of the park which is also often hailed larger in size than the Brandenburger Tor which is a similar landmark in Berlin, Germany. The park offers a perfect blend of history and recreational amenities as it has different kinds of museums too, making it a must-visit destination when visiting Brussels.

Must-do in Brussels. One of the most beautiful city parks, spacious and green, with remarkable architecture, museums and a breathtaking viewpoint on the arc (entrance via the Military Museum). Lovely places for singles, couples, families with kids and older adults. Parrots fly between the trees.

Schöner Park in Brüssel.

I still cannot get over the size of this park and the amazing architecture of the museums that are attached with an unbelievably gorgeous arch. Built in 1905, it is worth spending some time here and checking the place out. Great place to take a walk, have a picnic, or through the frisbee.

Great square for a short promenade! The park itself is pretty big, and the arcade in the center is very impressive. The museums on the sides of the park are also great. Autumn and spring would be the perfect time in the year to visit, because in summer there won’t be any shades at all and in winter the wind and rain will literally carry you away!

I stopped off in Brussels after doing some solo-travelling in the summer of 2019 and this park is fantastic! The statues and architectures are amazing and well kept. There are interesting plaques for a good read, English and French descriptions and I went early in the morning where there were less people and more to explore!

My favourite park, perhaps, for it's really a park, huge, a lot of nature, places to run, have a picnic, walk away from the city, feel a little better. The only problem is the lights when it gets dark, I wouldn't pass through the park after 8 anymore. Really awkwardly dark on the main street. Anyway, there are also very good historical structures in the vicinity. The Arc was something I never expected to see and an awesome view for a start of a park. Beautiful gardens, too.

It is very small park. It is clean, beautiful. There is beautiful architecture of the gates. There are museums. There is the best playground with the sand for the kids (near the muslim church). You can buy here an ice cream. There is cafe, but with huge lanes, very crowdy. Park is the best place to have picnic.
