My husband and I did our own walking tour of the city and we enjoyed walking through the gardens to the Palace even though it was winter. We came around the perfect time to take pictures of the Palace. We came just around sunset and were able to get a beautiful colored sky and not a lot of traffic passing by for some good pictures. Unfortunately, we weren't able to see the inside, hopefully, next time.

At the end of the summer this amazing building is opened to the public for free! Nicely decorated, amazing statues and lots of historic facts about Belgium royalty! Very recommended!

The Palace is where His Majesty the King exercises his prerogatives as Head of State, grants audiences and deals with affairs of state. Apart from the offices of the King and the Queen, the Royal Palace houses the services of the Grand Marshal of the Court, the King's Head of Cabinet, the Head of the King's Military Household and the Intendant of the King's Civil List. The Palace also includes the State Rooms where large receptions are held, as well as the apartments provided for foreign Heads of State during official visits.

Towards the end of the summer, the Palace is open for free to the people, and you must take advantage of this chance if you are in the city. It's totally worth visiting!

Only got to see it from the outside but nice to see still. Had great manicured gardens in the front.

Mandatory coat check, be careful not to lose your ticket. Most employees only speak French and have no idea what customer service is. Rather average place with lots of mirrors, definitely worth a visit as it is free entry

Ein imposantes GebƤude. Wie konnten es leider nur von auƟen betrachten. Das GebƤude wird bewacht und ist fĆ¼r Touristen nicht zugƤnglich.
