This place makes you literally fall in love with brussels. There are plenty of beautiful spots to click pictures around and pay visit to museums. I personally loved clicking as many pictures as possible at this spot. This is also a must visit place when you are at Brussels.

Walk upwards from the center and you will find yourselves in the beautiful garden of Mont des Arts. City view is amazing from up there and musical clock plays in every hour.

A place with no entry fees and having great ambience. We visited this place in evening. We found some people performing on the stairs. The place is quiet photogenic. You can spend upto an hour over here. Just feel the ambience and the greenery around it.

This is a free open space garden with curated hedges to create a design that reminds one of beautiful French aristocratic gardens. Statues of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Albert are at the lower end of this area while the top is graced with a sculpture called the Whirling Ear which is near the museum of musical instruments. A restful spot to sit and relax.

Visit here if you are in Brussels. It is only 4 minutes walk from Grand-Place. You can see Brussels city from hill. It is also located in the area where you can see museum, park and church and it is the most beautiful area in Brussels. I also recommend to visit the Brussels park near by. You can also see good buildings and palace around there.

Blooms during spring time. Good landscape view over some buildings and the town hall can also be seen. A very nice place close to the palais royal and gare central too.

Very nice park to drop by and chill out at! Beautiful to look at and hidden gems of art and monuments within. I’d bet that it looks especially beautiful and colorful in the summer!

Great path for an entertaining walk. There are a few set of stairs to reach the hill from which you may take panoramic photos. Keep your eyes in search of the hidden and not so hidden works of art. From here you may access multiple museums.

A beautiful place in Brussels city that you shouldn't miss. Located just by the Brussels railway station and hence easily accessible. You can take plenty of beautiful pictures here.

Great on a sunny day in Brussels... Nice view of the town, plenty steps to walk up and down if you're a health freak, or same steps can also be used to just sit on and enjoy the possible street musicians performing live music.

I love this place. The calm the serenity. As a middle eastener, there's not a lot of places we have in our countries were we sit and enjoy entertainment and nature together like this. We don't have street performers. So this was beautiful. In the sunset, this is something else.

Large sculptured garden area across the street from the start of the downtown walking area, with beautiful rose bushes, bulbs and trees lined up that provide shelter from the sun. Great viewing area very close that provides a panoramic view of the downtown area. We visited the garden many times during our visit to sit upon the steps and view the city and gardens. We visited in mid May and just missed the roses blooming.

It's a very famous place in Brussels, and the pictures of it are so impressive, but in reality it's just a small garden that isn't really unique. Maybe the weather didn't do it justice.

The place was beautiful but the fountain was full of trash (cans, bottles, food packaging, and cigarettes). Other than that the space was up-kept and it was a pleasant experience.

One of the most beautiful sunsets can be seen. Nice place for wine and dine. Here, the place is always buzzing with activities with a range of dine in restaurants nearby offering food and beverages to feast on. Street performers, artists and musicians makes sure that there is never a dull moment. Time well spent here.

The Mont des Arts is a complex of library, archives, public buildings, sculptures, and gardens, all located on a hill overlooking the historic center of Brussels. One can see the tower of tge Grande Place from the top of the hill. The view of the city is impressive. There are cafés, sandwich shops, and chocolate shops near-by, and the Mont des Arts is a short stroll from the Royal Palace. The main rail station and transit hub is near the site. An iconic spot for photographs and selfies. The gardens are quaint and relaxing with benches and paths to stroll. Not to be missed if you visit Brussels.

Mont des Arts in Brussels is an absolute masterpiece that offers a breathtaking blend of culture, history, and panoramic views. As a tourist, this iconic landmark became a highlight of my visit to Brussels. The meticulously landscaped gardens and architectural marvels create a serene oasis in the heart of the city. The strategic location provides an unparalleled vantage point, offering stunning vistas of Brussels' skyline, making it a must-visit for any traveler. The array of museums, including the Magritte Museum and BOZAR, enrich the cultural experience, showcasing Belgium's artistic prowess. Whether you're a history buff, art lover, or simply seeking a picturesque spot, Mont des Arts is a quintessential destination. The convenient proximity to other attractions and the welcoming atmosphere make it an ideal starting point for exploring Brussels. A visit here is a sensory delight, capturing the essence of this charming city.

Nice and spacious place to chill out and take some pictures. Not so far from the Grand Palace. You can take some drinks and have a nice seat around (like in the beach). However the garden is not so big.

Mont Des Arts is a peculiar urbanist spot of Brussels. Situated very close to city center, this special square is a multiple link between many cultural, touristic, urban and historic parts of Brussels city center as Grand Place, Bozar, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Royal Library etc, and many other small great angles of Belgium’s capital. Very recommended whenever visiting this city!

It's a beautiful place. There are marijuana dealers among the black people there. It's not a good place to walk with your family. They can pick on you. I would call this place "Dealers Alley." Prices start at 20€.

A well-designed park which connects to the museum quarter. When you follow the road, it leads you to the museum square and you are going to see beautiful exteriors and streets.

This prominent urban complex offers a panoramic view of the city. Its landscaped garden, embellished with fountains and sculptures, serves as a serene spot for relaxation. Cultural institutions like the Royal Library, the National Archives, and various museums surround the square. However, like many urban spaces, it can become quiet or feel somewhat 'shady' during late hours or off-peak times.

Really nice place to visit, in the centre of everything. Lots of food stalls and restaurants around, parks to sit and watch the world go by. No noticeable public toilets in this area though. when we visited a yellow arch of bicycles had been installed for the tour de France. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

A great place to see the city from a high vantage point. This is a popular hangout spot if you want to relax, the garden is well manicured and you might find couples taking their wedding photos here too! From here you'll be able to see the Grand Place, at least the city hall anyway. Other notable buildings are also very close so you're very central in the city.
