Nice club with lots of activities offered. Unfortunately the personell (one specific lady at the front desk, I don’t want to judge the whole staff for her rude behavior) was unbelievably rude and harsh (eye rolling, interrupting, ignoring, acting like she doesn’t know where the guest passes are, humiliating…) I’ve never felt so unwelcome before. After a horrible try out day, I decided not to join the club because of that lady. A club with such high rate should also train their staff to make their members feel welcome and comfortable.

One of the worst services I've experienced in my life. Located quite far from the Brussels city centre, I travelled by taxi to my appointment (for different procedures) at Aspria in May 2021 (dates are important:)). When I arrived, not only ALL my appointments were cancelled because guess what - the the professional who had to perform the services wasn't there. She just didn't show up that day and even worse, no one thought of informing me about it. After that, I left disappointed but hopeful that I'd be able to reschedule my visits and use my gift voucher at another Aspria branch nearer my home at Av. Louise, which I was told would be possible. In reality though, after multiple calls with the Royal La Rasante reception staff (I wasn't even offered or allowed to speak directly to the manager), I found out that rebooking wouldn't be possible. :) Given the email address of the Spa Manager, I wrote her a detailed email with my situation on 27 August 2021. Since than I never heard back from them. I know for sure that I'll survive without this low quality service at Aspria, but I also know for sure that I'll never recommend it to anyone. How you treat people should be the key in every success, especially in this industry. :)))

DO NOT SIGN UP for this place!!! Their membership policies are terrible. We signed up so our kids could get Tennis lessons and swimming lessons. Long story short… Our kids no longer want to have anything to do with Tennis because none of the coaches speak English to them. To the head coaches credit they tried to remedy but the damage was done. It’s advertised as dual languages but not really in practice. We tried to get out of the membership and they are telling us we can only cancel for moving or medical reason. So we are out €3600 and kids who hate tennis now thanks to this club. Make sure you negotiate terms to cancel and don’t sign up for the annual membership. The place will not return a cent!!!!

Reception desk officers are very nice compared to the management, very unwelcoming and rude for any kind of issues you can have, it leaves you with the feeling that members are the enemies. Money is everything, constantly increasing prices without equivalent service. They chase new members but once you are a member, no strategy to retain us except strange activities where no one goes. Two stars for a nice infrastructure. Restaurant food is expensive and disappointing, no choice of healthy food for a health club. 4 eur a coffee and you have the self-service for bonus to drink it in the lobby as the places are taken by the restaurant owners themselves)

Really rude staff in the restaurant. Not sure why I am paying 200 euros per month, plus 40 for each of my kids, when the waiters try and shoo me out of the restaurant, look at me like dirt. Honestly it seems like they and the restaurant manager have a problem with women. I wish I'd joined David Lloyd instead...

We visited Aspria Brussels Royal La Rasante with my wife last weekend. While I was happy with the service (hence 2 stars), it turned out that my wife's masseuse was not available so she couldn't get the services that she had booked. She learnt about it only on the spot and the reception clerks refused to provide any compensation even after speaking with a manager, apart from offering us to book another slot in the future (well, they also offered us... juice). It's disappointing that such a reputable place treats customers so unprofessionally.

Nice place to go to the gym though for the price could still do better. The pool is often very crowded unless after 8pm. The steam area gave me once a huge infection. The spa pool as well not terribly hygienic, often high amount of chloor are added to cover. They should make sure toddlers come with mandatory protective pool nappies and foresee toilets for kids. The gym area is excellent but again crowded during the day, better after 9pm or before 9am. The tennis area is ok. The bar/resto area is low value to price, 4 eur for a soft ice is too much for what it is. Creche is expensive and in addition of an already expensive subscription. Courses are ok but always overbooked, all interesting courses you need to pay extra for your kids. The place has potential.

Great place, they have nice tennis courts, and a nice gym. I've been going here happily for a year by now. I do have to make note that in my personal opinion, the rather high membership fee, does not equate to the value delivered. Similar and better gyms without the "tennis courts, restaurant and hotel" can be found in Brussel for a much more competing price. In addition nobody speaks Dutch here, and classes and all communications are in French. English is spoken by the staff, but does only get used to a minimal extend at the facility by both staff and members. All in all, the place is great, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the gym is well equipped, but the non-existent level of Dutch (or English) in an bilingual city, is a big let down for me.

No suspension of the abonement possible for 2021. Total disregard for customers. Very lousy leadership, super slow to come up with a solution for members during the first confinement. All these talks about being part of the solution and solidarity... Makes me feel even more annoyed. Aspria has great installations, nice staff but it has become even clearer with the pandemic the management takes the customers for fools

Quite an experience! A good diversity of classes to choose from, from slow yoga and pilates to vinyasa, ballet as well as body pump and swimming techniques! Not having to take one's own towel is also a bonus and going in just for some sauna and relaxation time is also a treat. The myAspria app also includes videos on how to properly use the machines in the fitness area. Update on my review from 3 odd months ago- there are too many people at aspria now and it's nearly impossible to book classes. Most if not all of them are full within 30 minutes of opening up for booking. A real shame that we have to resort to putting an alarm a day earlier to be among the first to book a place otherwise we go on the waiting list (sometimes with up to 30 others) and, with a lot of luck, manage to be on our phones when there is an opening. Very stressful

Very nice gym in Woluwe Saint Pierre, with sauna/wellness, two swimming pools, collective classes, teleworking/internet corners, restaurant, facilities for kids, tennis court, etc. However, it's expensive and the longest swimming pool is only 25 metres long

i really like this aspria la rasante as it is a very nice sports club near me. in the location they also have a restaurant, a 3-star hotel, 2 big pools, locker rooms, a sauna, several outdoor tennis courts, a gym, a big field, kid areas and much more. quite friendly staff and a clean area. they have many weekly classes you can attend to as a member and members can invite their non member friends at a price.

A major fitnes center with Spa facilities surrounded with green areas that also offers small number of hotel rooms. Well maintained and cleaned. Rooms are spacious and comfortably equipped. Also features good size working desk. Bathroom is huge and nice. All hotel guests have free access to sports facilities. Definitely to recommend!

I only spent a short night here without having time to try all the facilities, but i really enjoyed the luxurious suite. Staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and attentive! I definitely want to come back when i have more time to spend here!

Nice location but I didn't have good experience there due to lack of sleep being unable to control temperature. The plastic water bottle in room seemed refilled and breakfast is definitely was far below expectations.

Very disappointing experience with the Aspria Academy birthday party. The safety of of the kids should be much better taken care of.

The staff is super nice and so professional with all members (even the difficult ones!). The facilities of course are great, and the restaurant Top Delice is open every day all day. I swim there twice a week and do strength training.

It's the best club in Brussels. A bit old-fashioned, but you may call it vintage and you will love it!

Excellent place. Internet works really well from every where (room, hall, etc). They also have rooms with cabins and desks if you need to focus. Staff is also nice. The food is also very good, especially the salmon and the thunna in the salad. Also, they have a gym with any kind of fitness courses and a spa. I would definitely come back to Aspria la Rasante!

I had a massage at the spa, it was fine. The toilets downstairs looked a bit dated. A bit far from the Tomberg metro, especially if it's raining.
