Staff very rude to English people and smiling and helpful to other nationalities. I waited 20 minutes for a glass of orange at the bar while they saw me and continued serving others.Hotel is very dated smells of damp with broken furniture,I found blood on my bedding and was told to sleep in the next bed instead,no apologies and again everything an effort for them to do.Lots of sighing and rudeness even though I'm easy going and friendly and laid back. They were like this with other british guests.AVOID THEY DO NOT DESERVE CUSTOM.This is just a brief.

Very friendly people. We had a nice stay there. Just like I read in most reviews it is quite noisy, so if that will bother you it's not the right place. The breakfast was adequate. They're was a tv in the room but it seems it was for decoration only as no channels or any options had been set. We checked in a bit early so a bit of tv was welcome so we were a bit disappointed.

We were here for a week & it was a great stay. Very helpful n incredible staff n a superb affordable restaurant. It’s a tennis academy. Rooms are spacious. A fridge was put in our room on asking. We were provided with 2 fans as it was very hot. Johan is a gem. This hotel is accessible with your own car or cab. Bus stop is quite a walk.

Good parking, nice welcome at the reception. Burger in the restaurant could have a bit more vegetables. Room should have some maintenance, but all in all and with that pricing ok.

Beautiful large rooms, with all comfort and terrace with great views, very well situated amids greens and with easy access to Brussels, Very quiet, tennis and padel on site, good safe storage for bikes, nice walks in the vicinity, cosy bar and very tasty restaurant, and top friendly welcome by staff, lots of attention for guest's needs throughout their stay. And all this at a very affordable price, top! NB. Free charging facilities for electric cars

We stayed overnight on our way home, and I would happily have stayed longer. We were greeted by Johan, who was delightful and friendly and welcoming. We checked in and dropped our stuff in our room which was spacious and quirkly styled. A very refreshing change from chain hotels. Bed was firm enough for me. We went to the bar and had a few drinks. The quirky styling continued. Someone has put alot of their own design into this place and I like that they clearly put effort in. Breakfast is a buffet that will satisfy most peoples needs. Some people have criticised it as being shabby, but it is an old hotel and they are clearly upgrading stuff as time goes on. Our bathroom was nice and modern and clean. Almost disappointing in its normal appearance as compared to the rest of the room. If you have no pretentions and can appreciate a unique hotel in a beautiful setting, and you enjoy friendly service, I cannot recommend this place enough.

Rooms are very dated and my bed side lights were broken, so I only had one light by the TV and my drains were blocked in the shower and sink. Staff were fantastic and food was very reasonable and tasty.

On arrival we were greeted by a lovely young man who let us put our bags behind reception and directed us to the bar until our room was ready, we had a drink and some bar snacks then headed to our room which was spacious and very clean, we went down for dinner, the food was beautiful! Johan was very helpful as we had mentioned my friend was having surgery so he made sure we have enough pillows, bought us ice to the room and found us a kettle. He couldn’t do enough for us. We did have a little trouble on our 2nd evening with noise from some people that were drinking but Johan apologised and explained it was a busy night. We were given clean towels every day and honestly all the staff we came across were lovely. The hotel is a little dated in the hallways etc but is clean and for the price is beyond expectations. Thanks again Johan and the team :)

I was a guest of Panorama after a surgery The hotel has all the comforts, including a truly commendable breakfast and dinner/restaurant service I am Italian and I can say that I have eaten the best Carbonara of my life! A special mention to Johann (sorry if I wrote wrong the name) exceptionally courteous and professional in his taking care of the guests!! Thank you for all the extra pillows!

I stayed here for 1 night and I will not return. The staff are great but the hotel is seriously out dated and is dilapidated. The food was okay and there is parking.

Wooded position, but just adjacent to the (invisible) busy E411 motorway. I have never stayed here, but visited on many occasions for a coffee and a walk. Very dog friendly. Very pleasant.

we chose the Panorama as it's recommended by be-clinic usually we use B&B Park 7 when coming to the clinic (yes I've been a few time's) but as this was a one night stay we decided to try the closest one, first impressions big block like building, not too bad, reception absolutely stinks!.. Mold damp and cigarettes? (non smoking hotel btw) lady at reception very unwelcoming. Given key and told where the room was.. Smell continues btw all around the hotel, up a very old dated set of stairs or the lift you choose, dark dingy corridor to our room, Hmmmm ok it's clean ish! But lumpy bed one pillow each, and a Ash tray? (did I mention non smoking hotel) shower room clean ish still functional but needs renovation badly! We did meet a young man who was very nice but that's it other two women no smiles paid for it seems. Was so so happy to leave and genuinely begrudge paying for the night. I'd not recommend it nor ever stay again! Maybe you get better rooms if you mention b-clinic?.. I won't find out again!... Reminded us of the shining!.. It is in the other hand a 20 minute walk to the main Rd but that is the only plus!

Nice hôtel with restaurant, bar and conf. room. In direct proximity of the E411 highway to Brussels. Ideal for transient stays.
