an unpleasant smell comes from the toilet ventilation. the toilet door does not close properly because it is crooked. there is not even a kettle in the room to make coffee or tea. the real image is significantly different from the image in the web site. I would never stay in this hotel again

Nice reception and clean rooms 🌹

The description accurately describes this hotel. The restaurant was upscale and authentically Italian, the hotel room was basic but well equipped and very comfortable.

Never to be repeated. Rooms very basic. No coffee or tea facilities, no control of room A/C. Receptionist totally indifferent and devoid of any customer service. 2nd floor corridor extremely dangerous with no prox sensor for lighting. Very nearly had a serious trip accident in the dark. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else. It might be more expensive but it will be worth it.

There is not even a proper curtain in the room, which besides bright is extremely noise. The staffs entered my room without knocking the door two times, when I went to the reception to ask them to stop doing that, they were rude and extremely defensive; the next day they tried to access my room 1 hour before checkout. In a double room, only one towel was found, no air condition and horrible ventilation, the beds were uncomfortable, I would never classify this hotel as a 3 stars I did not felt safe, comfortable or welcomed to this place, certainly will never come back nor recommend anyone to stay.

Nice if you don’t get any place in Brussels , Midi/ Zudi.

Restaurant Gastronomie Bar are to be recommended when you like italian food

No nonsense hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are a bit dated and quite noisy. Bathrooms and showers are good. Close to Brussels, the main highways and the airport. The hotel itself is situated along a busy and noisy road. Breakfast is expensive but good.

Cheap business hotel. Once you get passed the polite reception team the rooms are not very welcoming and the bed not very comfortable. No tea or coffee making facilities or an iron. Once I used the 1 piece of soap and 1 tube of shower gel for 3 night stay, I had to shower with no soap last day and in a shower with most of the head clogged up. Used the restaurant one night. Food was good enough but as I was not not an attractive woman the 2 waiters took my order a d threw the food at me so they could schmooz with the table of ladies. Has to get up and ask for a drink and a dessert. No please or thank you and rude, arrogant staff. Stay elsewhere, eat elsewhere!

Extremely Positively surprised by the rooms and the restaurant at the lobby. I would definitely recommend specially if you want to be close to the airport. There is a large parking area from the hotel, so driving here is not a problem.

Rooms ok, shower smells bad. Don’t take the breakfast. Terrible everything finished and very limited options.

Very nice owner / great reception. Especially for a 3 stars hotel, I felt the accomodation was quite nice. The sink & shower could take some work and they were kinda wonky. The fridge & TV were unplugged but that is fine. Having customer support via WhatsApp is a huge plus and made our trip very easy-accessible. Also the free parking is a huge plus and it was quiet. All in all a recommendable place for small families!

Good value. Unfortunately there was construction going on and A/C was out of service. The staff was great, though, and organized at least a fan instead. Trendy app that unlocks the front door at night and also replaces the room key. Like the concept, but didn't work all the time so had to pick up a regular key card.

Nice business hotel. The Italian restaurant, l'Ossobuco, has amazing food. The only thing I have to comment is the fact that it did not have any beverages in the room fridge, and when needed something to drink, you could go in the restaurant just after 7 p.m. to drink something.

Clean rooms, reasonable rate, friendly and helpful staff, very convenient to the airport (even by bus), parking was often full in the evenings, but cleared out as restaurant guests left, breakfast was good, but always exactly the same choices. I would stay there again.

The Taormina Hotel is very good. My room was clean, bathroom well prepared, the bed was very comfortable. I slept there 4 nights and everything was great. The breakfast was also very tasty and good. I enjoyed my stay a lot and I recommend this Hotel to everyone.

Very friendly staff and good rate! Too bad the breakfast was terrible and there was no hot water when we wanted to take a shower. Update: After this review Hotel Taormina contacted me for more information. I felt like they were genuinely planning on using this feedback in order to improve their service. I therefore hope my review (October 2019) isn't relevant anymore...

It's a good place, people are nice and location is good. I had trouble with the room being too warm. The rooms don't have thermostat co trolled heat, but I shut all the valves all the way off and it was still warmer than I would have liked for sleeping. That's it, though, and it might have just been my room.
