We arrived on this hotel 10/12 by noon time. The front desk officer was impolite in working to check us in. We keep calm just to be in our room quick and relax. 10/11, we requested to have our room cleaned but we were told that they don’t have service crew available at late afternoon. Instead we agreed to have a set of towels to bring into our room. After more than an hour nobody brings the towels. We followed up but the lady on duty hang up the phone many times. So we have no option but to walk there in the reception and confront this young lady. She tried lying to us that our phone was hanged. Terrible this young lady beside being rude, she was a liar. Hotel management should review their CCTV and check how their personnel are treating their customers. There should be no place for those type of people who are arrogant, disrespectful and liars!

This hotel is nice, ver close to the Zavantem airport, cozy, nice breakfast, free airport shuttle, free luggage service after checking out, very nice indeed. The only negative point is the price on weekends, expensive for what you get.

Bad experience, unprofessional service. Hot water in the building wasn’t working since the night before. They still checked guests in knowing the issue wasn’t fixed and wouldn’t be fixed for another full day. Next morning you then have to deal with rude and incompetent staff at reception who couldn’t have cared less about the situation of their guests. I usually enjoy NH hotels. Will never stay at this one again. 0 stars.

Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. They did their best effort to make sure my stay with my german shepherd dog goes as best as possible. The design of the hotel and rooms is stylish and luxurious. This makes it a great value for money. The only point of improvement would be to open food ordering 24/7 given that this is an airport hotel.

Internet connection is worse than a bed and breakfast in Kabul, 4 star hotel with ADSL connection quality should be forbidden.. Breakfast is ok but that's about it. Staff in the reception are nice and helpful!

In the capital of Europe we have this 0 star hotel. Every day there is something wrong , and whenever you complain they are asking you which room you are and the actions are 0. One night there was no hot water in my room , I called reception and the lady(Kristin) said " What do you want me to do , all hotel is full" than she said she will call me in 2 minutes after talking with someone .. as you can imagine this never happened. There are 2 laundry machines in the hotel and one of them is broken for over a month. I dont need to say but the guy in the reception (Claudio) didnt know about it and asked for my room number... Than the next day he surprisingly said he knew about it and it is just broken and cant be fixed... maybe in the capital of Europe they need more time to fix a laundry machine.... Another day at 14:00 I went to the bar and there was absolutely no one for 20 minutes ... you cannot order. I go to the reception and from there the answer from Claudio is: I will call the waiter now and he will be there sir. After 15 min waiting I go back to the reception and the other receptionist is telling me that Claudio didnt call no one and there is no one coming. It is funny that this hotel is 4 stars ... absolute joke. Some of the staff is very helpfull and nice ( mostly the spanish girls ), but the others are just there for nothing. Especially Claudio and Kristin , extremelly unprofessional.

The worst bed I never slept! And I am not refering to a Hotel or Hostel bed, no... In general it was the worst bed I never slept! I was feeling all the broken bed springs, I cannot understand how a 4 stars hotel can have such bed, I would accept it for a hostel but not for a such hotel. And not only this, it was too warm to sleep, we set up the Air Conditioning to maximum power and 12 degrees (the minimum temp) but it was the same (I think it was not working and only making noise from the fans) to warm to sleep and rest properly! I do not recommend this hotel at all, is good because have the Diegem train station in front and the room looks fancy but you cannot rest well (that I think that is the most important).

Pedro was really helpful, polite and truly nice. You could tell he was smiling behind his mask, which he kept on all the time, btw. Definitely will come back if it was for him. Viva Jaén!

Nice hotel, directly next to Diegem train station. Nice spacious rooms with good sound insulation from airplanes and trains. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall atmosphere pleasant and cleanly. Breakfast is good with sufficient choice (continental), decent coffee and drinks. Restaurant for dinner is somewhat limited but sufficient for short stay. There isn't anything much in restaurants or entertainment in the direct vicinity of the hotel. Ample choices in nearby villages at 10 min taxi ride. Only gripe we had is that we found the room rather warm and weren't able to get fresh air in. Even with the heater all low, no air-conditioning.

This hotel will be my last option in Brussels. For no reason, they charged me for a room more than it was stated on a booking confirmation. They also charged me for parking (which I did not need) and information that they charged for it was not clearly stated during the booking procedure. The rooms are nice, although sometimes you can hear airplanes. The bathroom is big and nice as well. If you need an iron, you have to ask at the reception (or ask for via web page). The hotel provides free of charge transportation from / to the airport.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good and I liked the variety and the freshness of food. The train station Diegem just next to the hotel offers easy connection to city's center. Personnel was kind, and I easily arranged my shuttle to the airport (service starts at 4:00). I recommend the hotell especially if you have an early flight like me or a layover.

A great stay - very comfortable room with a comfy bed and brilliant shower. Staff were very helpful and the location is perfect! There is a FREE shuttle to and from the airport - come out of arrivals - turn RIGHT and go down to floor 0. Then platform E where a minibus branded with the hotel NH will pick you up. I called them first to confirm and booked the departure at the reception desk. The hotel is literally 20ft from the train station Diegem which will take you right into Brussels. Takes about 14 minutes to get to Brussels Centraal. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Room is clean, enough plugs, good ligthing group, excellent shower facility, good temperature control, automated ligthing in the closet Service is provided extra mile. I was offered the chance to preserve my breastmilk at the kitchen because they say the fridge in the room is not cool enough. My stay was just for one night, as it was a business trip, but everything was fine about it. Rooms are clean and spacious. Employees at the reception and restaurant were polite and helpful. They also got a free transfer from the airport to the hotel from 06:30 till 22:30.

Decent hotel overall. Good rooms, location and service. Nearby metro station and car parking available. Rates 4 stars as the Heating system in the room doesn't work properly and very noisy

Perfect location to go to the airport or the city center, as the train is just a few minutes at walking distance. They have a shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes that you have to book in advance. The hotel itself is new and clean, the bed is very confortable, the room very well illuminated and big. It has a self service snack bar that is very well stocked and you can access it at any time in the hotel lobby.

Nice room, easy 100 m access to nearby (but extremely dirty, littered, broken glass etc.) train station. Effective in-out travel to Brussels. Room -too expensive, Should be around 150 Euro a night. Not 220E - breakfast excluded.

Although the room was comfortable, there was no free bottle of water in the fridge. Also, the window cannot be opened for fresh air to blow through. For my business trip, the location was great, as I had meetings at the airport.

I have visited multiple times. During autumn, winter and spring the rooms are always very cold and the a/c does no good. No opening windows either. More often than not the rooms are not well cleaned and almost always with some problematic equipment. Last time in Nov 23 got a very rude staff member in the restaurant at breakfast with no manners whatsoever. Breakfast itself is mediocre with low quality products, except the croissant. Has a good gym but the multi-trainer equipment is in critical condition with snapped cables and broken lines and could easily cause injury (see pictures). Informed staff weeks ahead and 3 weeks later there's no change. Nobody seems to care. Sauna also not working for third year now. Has a good bar and garden for the rare sunny days. Location is very convenient virtually at the train station - 20 mins to BRU Central, 5 min to BRU Airport. Service and cleaning needs improvement. A/C and equipment needs much improvement.

Room had internal lock broken, complained in the reception, they don't care about it. Airco was too cold or nothing. Room was and nice and overall very clean. Location has advantage to be close to airport and close to train station.

Exceptionally Close to Diegem train station making it easy to travel to Airport or Brussels city centre. Nice rooms with wifi and coffee. Breakfast very good, you can make your oen waffles! Shuttle service availble to Airport and less than 10 minutes to Brussels international. Fitness suite availble, also sauna (not available when we where there. Also small self service shop for handy items like water, food, hygiene or cables chargers etc.

Hotel is good located, we visited the city centre from here by train. Rooms are spacious, and well equipped. Staff was extremely polite and friendly! Furnitures were dusty but I guess the room was empty for a couple days before… The lights are not enough bright in the room so at the evening it was bothering me, but it is not a deal breaker. Overall good feelings about the accommodation, I am recommending it!

I chose this hotel as it is close to Brussels airport and provide a shuttle bus going to the airport. I came from Ghent and based on Google map, this is a hotel infront of a train station. That means convenience for me. The room was very nice. It is good the hotel has its own restaurant as the place has no restaurants nearby. It is in a commercial districts where it is just offices. Bed was comfortable and their breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

I always choose this hotel for my trips in the area. The price/ performance ratio is unbeatable. There is a free shuttle to/from the airport, modern rooms, a gym, a small grocery store 5 minutes walking distance and lovely staff. Special thanks to Vanessa for fulfilling my request today! 🥰

Great spot for overnight stay before early morning flight. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good bathroom/shower. Only complaint is that charging €15 for overnight outdoor parking may be common these days but feels wrong.

The room was clean and beds comfortable, but the setup of the sink outside the toilet/shower is not convenient (if there were another door, it would have been good). The shuttle service is not always running and you need to call reception, who then tell you to wait near the information desk. The phone lines there have a lot of clicking (we experienced this even from the room to reception), and it was hard to understand that a taxi driver would meet us at the information desk. When we checked in, there was a woman checking out, and they didn’t have record of her request for the shuttle, and they got the same taxi driver back for her. I hope this helps people know how to deal with the shuttle situation. Don’t bother going to the hotel shuttle bus stop only to find out you need to call them and then go to the information desk. Just call them when you land and find out if there will be a regular shuttle or a taxi pick up. We landed in the morning after an overnight flight from New York, but there was no possibility of an early check in. The restaurant/bar does not open until noon. (I really just wanted a cup of tea, which I managed to get from the breakfast room, but those snack machines are not a replacement for some kind of food service.) An airport hotel should have more flexibility.

Used for stopover for flight. Immaculate hotel, had large family room. Really nice breakfast in the morning, even gluten free stuff for me.

The instructions given to take the shuttle they have at the AirPort was just terrible. I had to cut a taxi instead and they did not even apologize at reception. Being my first time at brussels AirPort this information was completely wrong and useless…

We had a good stay in the hotel. We traveled by train to the hotel and as the hotel is located next to station Diegem this was convenient. Check-in on Saturday was fast and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable (we asked for a room with shower instead of bath tube and we were given that which was great). The breakfast buffet was good, extensive and had some nice (included) a la carte options. The staff were very friendly. We asked for a transfer to the airport on Sunday morning. At the requested time a transfer was already outside waiting for us. Based on our experiences we would definitely recommend the hotel!

What a great hotel. Really good breakfast buffet. The staff are always helpful. It was my birthday when I was there last and they left a very nice bottle of red wine in the room for me. Hopefully I'll get to stay there again

Currently it's a construction pit 16-8_2020 I think booking sites should/could be informed by hotel. Super clean big room. Due to covid not many extra things. Yet price is almost the same. No free parking. Train station at jumping distance.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is very easy to access, basically right in front of the train station. The lobby, restaurant, and the room are all very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel also offers free shuttle bus service to the airport (booking at the reception was required), which was very convenient for me to catch an early flight. I was also surprised that the food provided by the restaurant was also very good with a reasonable price. I will definitely visit again.

Very nice service, the guys at the reception were so nice, always offered to help me around and their food was the best, especially the beef burger and breakfast. Room service was excellent Would definitely go back again.

Hotel aught to be very nice. Directly across from Diegem station. 5 minute shuttle to Brussels airport. Nicely appointed rooms. HOWEVER do not seem to understand the concept of a booking. Specifically booked a twin room. Arrive at the hotel no twin rooms available. Asked for coffee in the room. They bring little Nespresso coffee pods but no machine to use them so useless. When we checked in they asked what time we wanted to book the shuttle. Wrote down numbers etc. In lobby 10 mins before appointed time. When time comes front clerk gets van but there are too many people. What is the point of making a reservation! All these things individually are unexpected in a 4 star hotel. For the three to happen at the same time is inexcusable.

Is a very good hotel near the airport. The rooms are very nice, no noise during the night. Totally recommended. The only small problem is to dinner there is no too much things to select, only a few dishes to select. The same with the breakfast, is a good quality breakfast but no too much things to select.

I always use NH if possible but this time I had a bad experience. Hot water in the building wasn’t working since the night before. In the morning the hot water is working and in the next evening the water is again cold. Can happen once but two times is quite strange. The rest of the hotel is NH typical very pleasant. The rooms are also top only that you should still pay for fast wifi in 2022 I do not find appropriate . The hotel staff is very friendly. and the breakfast is very rich and of high quality. Except for small things a very nice stay.

Spacious rooms with nice layout. Good location if you're visiting one of the Diegem office buildings. Other hotels are closer to the airport, but if you leave early the airport shuttle will get you to your flight in time.

The rooms were pretty good, well maintained, tidy and modern. The staff at reception were also very welcoming. The only reason i cut the 2 stars is their management during breakfast, there was no milk in coffee machine, no plates at times, staff running here and there but not checking up on the breakfast items.

Near the hotel there is a train station that allows easy and simple transport to the city center. used to visit the center of Brussels, and see many famous tourist attractions located in the city center. Returning by train back to the hotel is also easy and fast and give you maximum relaxation and extra time to tour the city. I will always be happy to return and stay at this hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have never seen in my life. I'm a cabin crew and I'm used to life in hotels though the world. But this hotel has a very bad customer service. I'm living here for 6 months. It's been 3 weeks i'm waiting to get my room cleaned. They don't clean your room despite you become crazy with them. When you call for room service they never answer to the phone. They answer only when it's about to close to tell you : "I'm sorry is close now". Communication is their first weakness. I don't recommend this hotel at all !!! Try to go to crown plaza next to is much better !! I already complained to my company i'm just waiting to move.

Good location, nice rooms and welcoming environment. Breakfast was also good, I could make my own fresh waffles, which is a nice touch. Bistro was good but overpriced, the desserts especially underwhelming considering how much did they cost. If I visit back, I for sure wont order any again. The worst part though was the internet connection, so bad I had to use my own phone data to work.

A disaster. Spent two nights for business. They did not accept remotely my Amex card, receptionist was rude during check in and did not considered my request. Dinner in the brasserie with limited choice, asked for a steak medium cooked got it well done. Will not go back there.

Room was dusty, bed very soft , sink locked but it was repaired after asking for it , had to wait long for the lunch meals . Apart from it the service was good and friendly .

Worst experience. We came from a work conference and parked in their parking lot. Their parking lot opening thing stopped working and we were stuck for an hour. We called the reception for help multiple times, first few times they didn't believe us and when there was a line of cars waiting to exit someone came to help. We were made to wait with no communication and also no water or something given for us just waiting to exit the hotel parking lot. Horrible customer experience.

Honestly I've never seen like this respect and professionalism, specially the Resturant Team, the room is very comfortable and clean, so I really recommend this hotel for anyone wants to be take rest on nice place.

Amazing hotel. It has everything : fitness room, snack bar with self check-out , meeting rooms and shuttles . Very cosy,modern , spacious , well equipped. The staff is very helpful and kind, ready to help whenever . Hotel room is very spacious and very cosy. Amazing location, the train section and bus stop is right next to the hotel. Some snacks and drinks are totally free especially if you have an early flight. Will definitely come back ❤️
