My absolute favourite hotel in Brussels! Granted, I must justify this by saying that the meetings I attend are fairly close by. Great old mansion style, maybe a bit worn at the edges but just great! Excellent breakfast, once free but now some €10 or so...still good value. Ask for a room facing the large, well-kept garden.

I had a terrible experience in this hotel: I got bitten by insects all over my legs, most probably fleas from the carpet. I have photos to prove it, but I don’t want to publish them because it would be inappropriate. I claimed to the hotel and they said they would ask a specialized company to check the room and send me the report. After one week I have not received anything and now I don’t trust any report whatsoever. I find this unacceptable for a hotel in Europe / Brussels, where I paid more than 100 euros / night. I hope nobody else experiences this situation!

The room where I stayed was very small, enough for two night sleep, but it was so small that the wardrobe door couldn't open full length because the bed was in the way. They don't have lunch or dinner, which isn't nice. The room service food isn't recommended. The good points are, the staff, the free wifi, the outside garden and the location. It is near the subway and bus.

You have an emergency situation, it is 2 a.m., after travelling 14 hours, you cannot enter the apartment because door is blocked so you need a place to sleep at 2 a.m. last minute thing, unexpected. And what happens? You enter BestWestern and the receptionist, after 2 calls, tells you they cannot book. You ask him why, if it is fully booked or something. No, Madame, it is not fully booked. Then why you cannot book one room for one night to a person in a emergency situation? Should I sleep on the street?? Sorry, Madam, we don’t book during the night, you should have booked in advance…I explained that if I could foresee this situation, I would book in advance, but it’s 2 a.m., what can I do now? “Sorry, Madam. It’s a management decision”. Dear BestWestern hotel, you are the worst hotel in Brussels with the worst customer service!!! I prefer to spend my money somewhere else, thanks to your management decisions!

Mixed feelings about this place. The room was big and clean. But the bed was too small. I'm 1.93 and my feet came out at the back and I had 2 single beds so couldn't lie diagonally. The shower was inside the bath and I didn't fit under it. Furthermore the water went from too hot to ice cold every few seconds. It was also quite noisy, as I heard every step from the above guests, who sadly woke up at 6... Staff was friendly, breakfast was OK. Bit old fashionable 70style decor which has its charm as well. Parking free outside on the street.

When I am in Brussels I like staying in this hotel. It has everything one needs and a perfect location.

I've stayed in this hotel for 2 nights only luckily. Shower ice cold or burning hot nothing in between, couldn't wash my hair, uncomfy bed and a giant pillow that hurts my neck, got fully rid of it in the middle of a night, woke up with back pain. My room was close to the elevator that woke up at 6:30 and then every time when someone took the elevator, it's making really loud noises. Breakfast area is nice, and the location too..still, I won't recommend.

Very centrally placed hotel, with a nice looking lobby. The staff is welcoming and the rooms are very clean and spacious.

The bed was too small for it's price. But it's central location near lots of amenities and offices makes it a location of choice.

Nettes Personal, wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hof. Mit allem ausgestattet und wirklich ruhig. Es wird zwar ein Parkplatz angeboten, aber der ist direkt vor der Tür und sehr eng. Somit sind wir auf eine Seitenstraße ausgewichen. Muss man eben ein paar Runden machen.

I stayed at this Hotel ten days and had a wonderful time, like home. I have a special remarks to the front desk services ; the receptionists Selim D. and Stasa A. Both gave me special attention, always willing to make me feel comfortable. Both were so attentive I kindly asked them for their names so I could include it into the review considering they deserve to be recognized for their great performance. as for the hotel, the breakfast area was very clean as were the hotel rooms. The location was wonderful I highly recommend this hotel and will personally be coming back again.

Bed was not that comfortable, walls not good isolated, because we heard party in ball room and there was no A/C. Administration was nice.

Haven't booked this room literally an hour before arriving at hotel I can't fault the room or price paid. Staff at reception were lovely and station within 5 min walk where you can get metro also was shops and restaurants within walking distance. Was a little weary about being on ground floor leading to a garden.

Nice hotel, with large rooms and friendly staff. Good connection to the city center with the nearby metros and buses
