This is little late review, but didn't want to forget about it. This was a great hotel with awesome breakfast. They make fresh, delicious chocolate croissants which was really great. The beds were very comfy and the room had AC. We had perfect sleep during our stay. The hotel staff was very helpful especially the on duty manager Mr. Verniers. The parking is in the basement and little small for big vehicles, so just be careful when you park. Thr hotel is little distance from the main downtown area, but we didn't mind. There are so many restaurants around the hotel, too. We would definitely go back there if in Brussels.

This is not a typical holiday Inn style. It's small over 60 rooms and it's stylish a bit funky 😎 . The reception was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast is cute and with many sections. Very limited parking space 25 euro pro day. It's very central so I think it's cheaper than getting my car toll away.

Nice hotel a short walk to the metro/train station. Room was on the small side but comfortable. Loved the chocolate and speculoos on arrival! Really easy to check-in and out. Only downside was the sink drained really slowly, which was a bit gross.

My room was dirty, there was a lot of hair in the bathroom (floors, bathtube, sink) and there was hair in the bedsheets. The towel I got was dyed with a lot of blue stains. Also, I was bitten by bed bugs. When I talked to the manager, I was told my room would be cleaned entirely and the bedsheets changed and inspected for bugs. When I got back to the room, only the bed was made, not even changed, and the bathroom was still dirty. The receptionist didn't believe me as on her list it was checked as clean and needed to go up to check. She acknowledged it was dirty and denied any bugs even when I showed her bite marks on my back. Finally, they changed the room, which was better, but the bathroom wasn't perfectly cleaned either. They clearly have poor cleaning service. The breakfast is rather poor for almost 20 euros, lacking lactose-free options. Poorest Holiday-inn experience ever, and I've stayed in some before.

Overall experience was average. Had a higher expectation. The location is great for regular days but during the new year it gets really tricky to find restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very average relative to the price. The bathroom was big but taking a shower was a challenge due to the strange design.

Perfect location, nice and clean room, nice receptionist and very welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast is great. Biliardo and some simple kids games are available. Free parking outside the hotel during the weekends

Nice service and big rooms, the rates are a bit high but they have good balconies, ask for room 206

This hotel was nice enough with fairly a average room. The bathroom slightly dated and whilst wasn't dirty it looks like it was ready for a deep clean with fresh silicone etc. Otherwise the room was pleasant with everything you would need / expect and plenty of storage. The only disappointment was breakfast which was a bit disappointing with a lack of vegetarian / nut free options which when compared to a ibis budget hotel we also stayed in recently made it quite overpriced. Also when we stayed between Christmas and New Year very few restaurants were open in the surrounding area, not sure if it's like that all the time.

I felt really upset when I had the breakfast this morning. There was a waffle machine. A family kept using that and I waited and I waited. At 0955, I would like to make one waffle. A female staff in white shirt said no more waffle mix. They reused to refill. 😡 in the conservation, I kept speaking English, but the staff spoke French to me.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at a great hotel in the heart of Brussels, and my experience was a mix of positives and some areas that could use improvement. One of the most outstanding aspects of this hotel is its location. Situated in the heart of Brussels, it is conveniently close to the Schuman train/metro station. The hotel staff (Angelo, Hilda, Jod and the breakfast staff) was friendly and they provided useful information about the city and were responsive to my requests. Breakfast was really good and has many options to choose. Considering the excellent location, the hotel does offer good value for money. I believe that with some room improvements, it could justify a higher price. As a Platinum member of IHG I fully recommend everybody to have this hotel as plan A to stay in Brussels. We are certainly coming back!

Rooms are dated, not worth the price. The person at reception, Philip was excellent. Always willing to help. Location is very good.

PLS DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! Bathrooms are ancient - when you shower the entire bathroom becomes wet/flooded because there is no separation between toilet/sink area and the shower area. Bed is really uncomfortable and you will feel it in your back after 1 night. Don't get fooled by the nice-looking lobby. Room is exactly opposite. Btw, there is no coffee in the room (only tea). Not even the bad tasting coffee in the room that can rescue you in the morning.

Very friendly staff and clean modern-enough rooms. Location is great. Good price/quality! They also use Too Good To Go to not waste any breakfast, which I find admirable 👌

Good (business) hotel for a staying overnight or for when you are visiting the European quarters of Brussels. That said, those European buildings are fugly, so the environment is nothing to look at. Close to the city centre by car or metro.

Great service, they allowed us to check-in early. Good breakfast selection including fresh waffles. Clean modern rooms and excellent location, close to the park, metro and places to eat and drink.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. It's really nice! The room and bathroom were very spacious. Well-equipped with coffee/tea making facilities, fridge and iron with ironing board. Extremely comfy bed and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was adequate. Unfortunately you can't reserve a parking spot and they are limited so we had to park on the street, which was fine just disappointing as primarily our reason for staying was having a secure car park.

I gave 4 stars, b/c 5 would be for high end hotel. This isn't high end, but it's a very comfortable hotel, very clean rooms, and exceptional service. The general manager was over the top friendly. The location is not in the busy area at all. If you want to be in the middle of the action, this isn't the place. However, it's great b/c it's quiet, close to a few museums, and there is a decent dining area nearby in neighborhood Jourdan. Parking on the weekend was plentiful on the street in front. There is limited parking in the garage and it's very small. Short walk to Metro. The breakfast was wonderful and lots of food options. For the money, this is the best value in town.

Very comfortable and well situated hotel close to public transport. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the included breakfast offers a good selection.

Room was good, breakfast mediocre, hardly any fruits. What's a real desaster, is their management: When we arrived past midnight, our reservation and payment confirmation had been deleted. No mention earlier, that we should arrive by a certain time. Got the room after much discussion. Restart of same story in the morning with new uniformed person at reception.

Good hotel in a great area in Brussels. Everything you need for 2 nights. Breakfast is expensive so we didn't take it and there are some constructions going on nearby the hotel.

Incredible night's sleep. The service was exceptional and the staff were very nice to our young children. Our kids loved it! The rooms have AC also, which was a huge bonus.
