One of the best hotel near airport. The location is good but a bit far from Central. The hospitality is very courteous and breakfast buffet is delicious. But the rate is too high compared to the location (far from central). No airport shuttles on weekends is also a problem. Rooms are not so much airy as windows can open very slightly. There was spider also crawling beside the tv. Also only one water bottle is provided as complimentary. So do keep that in mind. But I had a pleasant stay here and will definitely visit again some day.

Wide rooms with AC and a flat TV screen. Staff is cooperative and nice. However, the furniture seems to be old fashioned and there is no way of refunding your money when cancelling a reservation. The area was rigid; as little or no natural sights were seen nearby, and not comfortable at all. The place is not suitable for families looking for an up-to-date place and is in need of actual renovation unlike what the site states. Also, a spider jumped on the bed from the AC ducts.

Great location, combined with airport shuttle and a wide range of e-scooters and bikes for trips into the city centre. Local neighbourhood includes a super range of restaurants and coffee shops. Raf and team deliver a professional and friendly level of service.

location of the hotel is awesome. If you are an Indian you have Indian food available almost like 200 m away from the hotel. Hotel staff is very helpful and can speak english too. Rooms were clean and were cleaned everyday properly

Quite nice hotel, unfortunately not as close to the airport as advertised. Shuttle bus runs Mon-Fri only so during weekend you are on your own. Rooms are spacious and clean, but bathrooms could be a bit bigger. Nice hot water so no complaints here. If you don't want to eat dinner in the hotel there are loads of different restaurants near by.

It doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel at all. The room was small, as well as the bathroom. One of the lamps wasn't working. The door of the wardrobe was squeaking. The windows are old, you cannot really open them (only 5 cm) and you can hear all the noise from the street when they are closed. The room was too hot despite the heater was off. On the other hand the water in the shower wasn't hot enough. One afternoon a lady from the staff entered my room without warning: she knocked on the door and immediately came inside without waiting for an answer. Luckily I wasn't naked, haha. She apologized but her behaviour was not professional at all. One evening I tried to buy a water bottle from the vending machine but it didn't work. The receptionist told me he could not do anything about it because they don't manage the machine directly and suggested to get some water from the bar. I went there and I was charged 4 € for a 25 cl water bottle (16 € per liter!). Totally outrageous. I also didn't like the breakfast, the food choice was limited and cheap. On the positive side they offer a complementary airport shuttle service and the staff is kind. But in general not worth the money at all (I paid 130 € per night), also considering that is far from the city center.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and we enjoyed our stay the entire time. The hotel is situated in a quiet local area, and is around 30 mins away from the city center by bus. You can find a bus station across the street and multiple buses pass by that take you to the city center of Brussels. You can also find many electric scooters parked outside the building, which we used twice and we found them affordable, convenient and very fun. The hotel has been recently renovated, the room and bathroom were very clean, well organised and well ventilated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff in the reception is very friendly and welcoming and speak French and English. The stay was relaxing and great and the price is rather reasonable compared to other hotels in the city.

DO NOT stay here. Room had bed bugs and when reported to front desk, they rudely said this is not a 5 star hotel. Instead of addressing the problem or moving us to another room, they bluntly told us that we can check out, without any refund, if we were not happy and we simply left. I mean, seriously? Please stay somewhere else unless you want to be treated as slaves.

Lovely personal, hotel is decent. the location is not that great, There are a lot of homeless people wandering around outside. So for a one or two night stay it is perfect. Nothing to see in the neighborhood in the night is quite unsafe. There is a parking garage in the basement.

Spent 3 days here. Everything was perfect. The only reason, I have not given 5 stars is because I did not try the restaurant, and there's also internal parking for those who have a car. Overall service was good, the staff were nice.

We are disappointed. There is a huge discrepancy between the pictures appearing in the listing of the booking page and the real circumstances. Our room was outdated and not clean. The carpet floor needs to be replaced. The curtains and the duvets had stains and holes. I do not recommend the breakfast. The serving plates were mainly empty and the replacement took unbelievably long periods of time. There wasn’t even enough bread and plain joghurt for everyone. Served food had cheap quality. The hotel produces a lot of plastic waste, as the cosmetics are all separately packed. The bus connection with the city was convenient. The AC was working.

A decent hotel - no real complaints. No issues with noise, cleanliness, or service. At the time we stayed, there was a pretty extensive breakfast bar available for an extra fee. Food was good.

Not worth the price. Rooms are small and not well insulated. We were promised underground parking but had to pay for parking on the street. We requested 2 rooms on the same floor, they were 2 floors apart. Reception staff is unfriendly and useless. No apologies from them, their only response to any request was “we can’t do it because we are fully booked”. Definitely will not be coming back here.

Got my flight cancelled by the airline and tried to rebook for the following day. But the hotel decided to charge the full price and cancel. if you were a traveller id high recommend avoiding this hotel.

We chose this hotel because it was advertised as they offer free shuttle from and to the Brussels airport. Yet, there is no way, other than call them on the regular phone to schedule pick up from the airport. As we were coming overseas, we didn’t have phone service, and the hotel haven’t responded to my previous emails, there was no other way then to pay for the taxi to go to the Brussels suburb where the hotel is located. Transfer shuttle to the airport was smooth though, they even made an exception to arrange earlier pick up, since we made mistake showing up one hour earlier to the front desk. The hallways to the rooms are really, really strange. You'll need to walk quite far to your room from the elevator trough the labyrinth of narrow and very stuffy hallways. There is quate strong smell of dust when the elevator door open. Honestly, I was bit afraid before we entered our room, but once you are inside, the room is clean and bright. Bed is comfortable with high quality linens and the bathroom is squeaky clean. In short, I wouldn’t choose the same hotel again for layover in Brussels. It is relatively far both from the airport and the city center and free airport shuttle is working only partially.

Overall a decent stay at this hotel. One bed is a fold out couch, and would have been nicer as simply another queen bed. The shower and bathroom is nice. The carpet in the hallways has an old feel to it. Of course this is just an observation and did not impact our stay. The exercise room has one treadmill and an elliptical. That is it. The front desk was friendly and helpful. There are some bars and restaurants, and a bakery close by. I think it took 30 minutes or so by bus to get into the city center.

A good hotel with helpful staff. The rooms were clean and well-appointed with everything required in them. The location is quiet, but with good transportation links. The staff are helpful and able to assist with queries.

Very good hotel. The rooms were big and clean. It is about 4 km from city centre but the public transport is very convenient.

I thought my stay here was great until I got back to my home country. When we arrived to this hotel we were so happy with the service and thought the people at the hotel were very kind. Upon arrival we were told that our room had been paid for (when we were expecting to pay) but we were assured it had been paid for even after asking if this was correct but then when we checking out we were told it hadn’t been paid for. This was the first thing that felt very dodgy. As we’ve paid there have been no problems until I get back to my country and see I’ve been charged twice for the room. As I’ve emailed and told them this, everyone has told me the same thing “it is a pre-authorisation check, you were only charged once”. I am explaining to them there is a second charge and they are telling me to dispute it with the bank but I’ve explained to them, I cannot because the bank doesn’t randomly take money out of your account. Called them to speak to them and they spoke to me like I wasn’t a human and I was dumb - specifically Hughes & Costina. I’ve had to just raise it as a fraud claim with my bank so beware when you are paying for things. This really upset me as I had a great trip and great stay initially but I felt stolen from in the end and if they had spoken to me in a more friendly way I wouldn’t have had to write such a negative review. Double check your bank statement before you leave.

This hotel wake up different feelings. Staff was kind, not to complaint. Breakfast was fine for me. But the room itself was worn. Carpeted floor was bulging. White lampshade was full of stains as well as on table. Noise from street was heard easily, but luckily there were not so much noise at night. And bed was nice to sleep. Bathroom was ok. Would I come again? Why not, but would not be my first choice.

It's really great place. Missing sauna or swimming pool disappoints a bit. Rooms are nice and great equipment. Two days left here, but on my next visit I'll pick the same hotel for sure.

Nice and historical hotel located in the city of Brussels. The rooms is classical European style which is nice. They also serve nice breakfast with several choices. There is a nice church near the hotel and only small convenient store near the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Too expensive. The rooms are small and is far from Brussels downtown. Better stay at the Double Tree same price, better hotel, larger rooms and next to downtown

I would recommend this hotel more for people who have business in town. There is a shuttle service to and from the airport which is free and I believe there is a possibility to have the same to the office (tho' I'm not sure about this). Regarding the room it is okay overall, spacious and the bathroom was clean and nice. The bed was okay, but the biggest concern that I had were with the windows. Basically they are too thin and the occasional noise (sirens mostly) coming from the streets made it difficult to sleep very well. Breakfast is okay, maybe a bit more variety would help as there is nothing standing out, just the usual suspects (sausage, eggs, some salami and cheese). The staff was always helpful when info was requested or a cab was needed.

I booked this hotel due to the airport shuttle. Although my flight landed after the shuttle hours. When I called the hotel they really went above and beyond by still providing transportstion in other ways. Also I wanted to check in early, I don't know who I talked to but he was nice and friendly and helped me with that concern. Rooms were decent but small. Had refrigerator but no microwave and no hair dryer. City bus is just a walking distance, you can take bus #66 and it will take you straight to Grand Place.

Good Value for money. You have to remember this is not a 5 star hotel and would not recommend for long stays. The airport shuttle and complementary breakfast is a nice feature. However some items in my room were not working. Staff were efficient but not too friendly. Good stop over hotel. Walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbour that sucks. Shuttle driver was texting and driving!

Nice typical European hotel. Not a tourist hotel as it's too far from most tourist places. Good staff and nice but well worn rooms. Typical breakfast, nice bar and some local restaurants. I would come again

The hotel manager was very friendly and informative. The staff in breakfast were v accommodating and it was very plentiful, but the reception was very unfriendly and not helpful. We were missing pillows and cups and small details but when you arrive in afternoon, you like to make a cup of tea , without soap taste and enough cups.

The hotel and the persons are quite perfect. But how insane is the noise during the night ! Planes...OK, it is the price to be near the airport... But music in the street, cars doing races and revs and drunk guys shouting and screaming... never again.

No shuttle service on weekends! This is absolutely misleading and they know this. No mention about it on Google or their website. Do not stay here. They call themselves an airport hotel lol Ok then take me to the airport. Unbelievable. Excuse given was management has not been bothered to note it. Well this took me all of 5 minutes si get a better excuse.

It was a good stay, I had stayed in the executive room, the hotel room was of good size and had all the amenities needed. The pantry had all the basics. The rooms were very clean. what I liked the most is that there were clear instructions on how to use everything including the AC controls. The bathroom had all the toiletries. Only reason why I have given a 4 is because of the renovation that is ongoing they have put up message apologizing the inconvenience. Breakfast was full breakfast however variety of food items was limited.

This is our second stay here in a month as a transit tourists and on both occasions all staff were so nice and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, bathroom super clean with hot water. The second time we stayed, we decided to have buffet breakfast and it was excellent. Lots of variety to choose from and fresh. The breakfast was made even more special with a great waiter called Kamal. He was very welcoming, friendly and went beyond for one of the customers sitting on the other table. She asked if there was lime and he said they didn’t have any but went and quickly both a few limes and sliced it for her and added to buffet. I was so impressed. He then offered us to try their new cake that they will be serving which was so delicious. Thank you Kamal and all the team. Garry and Romy from Australia
