Not recommended. At first the hotel, which we booked through Expedia, seemed nice. Then staff after staff throughout the trip were rude or seemed quite arrogant to both my wife and I. The room was poorly laid out, and the bed frames have sharp metal edges sticking out, not safe for kids. The toilet paper was worse than a gas station, like sand paper. The bath tub was so long you cannot sit in it and read without sliding, making it pointless. The room decor was old and rough (look at door picture). This hotel seems to have been built into an old two story office space. So half the rooms are on the first floor. The indoor bottom rooms have no air conditioners, and no window, only a full glass door to outside. I dont know about you, but I am not comfortable leaving the door open to the outside while I sleep in a hotel, so I was too warm. Also, the pillow is too firm and too big, so my neck hurt after three nights. The restaurant and bar is very expensive, even for a hotel. And breakfast is terrible (and at a price of €17.50 which they got me to prepay!). There is only some fresh potatoes, sausage, and imitation eggs. Two of three days there were flies/nats all over the limited bread selection. The salmon looked old, probably because it was since there was ever only one other person there eating. There is only mixed fruit, which looks like it was canned, and some cheese. Overall, there is nothing I enjoyed about this stay and nothing that would make me go back.

A hotel with very good living conditions, an accessible swimming pool and a gym, as well as very pleasant and helpful staff. Shuttle Bus available between the hotel and the airport at your request. Delicious, varied breakfasts. A cafeteria available till 22.00 with meals, snacks, beers, wines etc. I recommend this hotel definitely.

The room is okay with decent bath. It's near to airport. The WiFi is bliss for foreign visitors though signal can be improved. The major disadvantage is that it doesn't have lift and carry luggage yourself. My room was locked type where u can't view anything. The complimentary breakfast is good with plenty of options. It's around 2km from nearest station for reaching Belgium central. However the hotel is in calm area though its lack comfort of sleep like the pillow are huge and tight so that I have to sleep without it.

Very friendly staff, good facilities and comfy rooms and beds. A nice airport hotel overall. However. Their infrastructure is outdated with loose light fittings and worn carpets in the rooms. Breakfast was fairly basic.

Nice hotel in general, but very disappointed to have paid 15 €/night as scooter parking. Nowhere motorcycle parking has got a charge! Basically they make their money out of the parking spaces. Also the room was quite dark, so weak lights and one of the bulb didn't work. The breakfast was poor quality, eggs and sausages were uneatable. As last we had dinner in the room from their restaurant and they forgot bacon on our burger, and white onions and lettuce instead of red onions and rocket salad. We also paid 5€ for 0.5 L of water and 5€ for the service room!! No vegan or vegetarian friendly (one spoon for vegetables and meat at breakfast). Despite nice bathrooms, hot water always and very strong water pressure. The bartender was professional and friendly.

When you are in the restaurant of the Hotel you were booked in because your flight was cancelled they serve food without asking you if you like it or not. You feel as if there is no choice. Felt like I was in a dictatorship institution. Everything else though, from the receptionist, rooms, pool, gym and jacuzzi amenities were top level....😊

I don't have any, because it was closed! At the parking lot there was a subtle notice to take the van der Valk, but they did not accept the cost. THEN YOU WILL NOT ACCEPT A BOOKING! That was bad!!

Good rooms. Service in the other hand left much to be desired - at least if you are there (as I was) courtesy of Brussels airlines due to flight cancellations. Food, drinks and service in the restaurant made you feel as if you should be thankful you got anything at all.

Wow. Norwegian airlines got us stranded in Oslo and were so rude. We got switched to Brussel Airline to get from Oslo to Milan and got stranded in Brussels. Brussels airlines put us up here. Wow again. They provided a complimentary dinner and drink. Staff so friendly and helpful. It was decorated warmly for the holidays. Room is spacious, clean, and comfy. Shuttle is excellent. We get breakfast in the morning. It has a nice bar and restaurant/lounge area. What a delightful surprise especially after the international travel disaster with Norwegian. Can’t recommend enough for a stay close to the airport. Wonderful.

Calm and quiet room. Well organized. I had to use a blanket as a pillow because the pillow was too thick. Food was ok for dinner and breakfast. For more money you can get a better meal. Missed out on grabbing a Belgian beer. The staff was very nice. Will remember this hotel for future trips because it has a shuttle to the airport.

I have been staying at this hotel regularly for 4 years. During my last stay, I had the impression that the maintenance and cleaning of the rooms was going downhill. It is the first time that I handed over a list of defects when checking out of a hotel (room door closed badly, toilet flushed, sink drain clogged).

The hotel looks good and the personnel seems to really want to be helpful but my overall experience with this place is medium. The young man at the reception didn't seem to have received enough training and couldn't provide us with basic information about the hotel's function. The hotel also communicates a lot about sustainability and yet, the cups for cofee and tea are carton. Oh and the mini fridge is empty... On the positive side, we get free fruit and water at the reception

Awful. Not very serious. Sent an email to cancel the stay more than 20 times and I'm still waiting for a response. Another chain, Novotel, in the same situation offered me several options. Never again!!!

Friendly reception, clean room and overall decent place. Except for their kitchen. Buffet that was served had raw chicken. When we addressed the issue, they dismissed us and told us to pay full price for anything else or stay with the buffet. We were in a bad mood after this, we would be happy with a sandwich or whatever but they never gave us that option. Binary mentality ruined our night and coloured the remaining of the stay.

Please note the hotel is closed due to COVID but the reservation site is still working!!! You get the surprise when you arrive at the hotel which is closed!!! For online reservations, I hope I won't be debited from my bank card... to be continued!! Does anyone know where to go in such a case? THANKS

Too expensive for what we got. Big bed was OK, sofa bed too narrow. We got no breakfast due to the early flight. What they call a shuttle bus is a big airport bus stopping at several hotels. Driver who got his driver's license who knows where and how. No place to sit no airconditioning on the bus. Nice thing was s robe and slippers, but we got only one set although we were with four people.

The location is a bit in a remote area. Though it has a wide green area around, which is pleasant for the eye. The staff was very friendly and the facilities ok. It has an outdoor swimming pool and a (very) small gym. What I found disturbing was the lack of an elevator, I had to carry on the stairs my bags and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, together with the pillows which were way too hard and thick (so my neck was in an unnatural position all night).

lousy reservation service I reserved 2 rooms in June for a stay on August 5 - I received confirmation by email on June 29 - I just noticed that I could not reach the hotel by telephone (the hotel would be temporarily closed) ..., well done customer service who did not deign to warn me. 2 days before my stay I had to find another hotel myself. do not trust this hotel it deserves that I file a complaint.
