Very good and clean hotel. Good breakfast. Nice interior. A swimming pool would be a nice addition. I'll definitely come back!

Decent enough hotel, worked well as a stopover on the way through to Calais. Staff were friendly and customer service was excellent. What let's it down is the restaurant. The food is pricey, and the offer for vegetarians is disappointing: the vegetarian meals are not complete meals. One dish is basically a plate of vegetables. And the 'vegan' options are just the Vege options with any non-vegan ingredients removed (thereby rendering the dish even less inspiring). Secondly, half the seating area was cordoned off, which at a time when COVID is raging and people are trying to social distance, seems crazy. We sat down for dinner at what we thought was an isolated table, only to find that 10 minutes later a party of three tables (approx 10-15 people) were seated right next to us. It meant we rushed the end of our meal to get out of the restaurant as soon as possible.

Clean quiet, nice design and great service. An excellent place to stay prior to an early flight from the Brussels Airport. The dinning room has access to a beautiful park.

Rooms are small but clean and modern. Internet is good. Air-conditioning sufficiently efficient. Would be nice to have some better English movie channel option on the TV. Breakfast was good. Dinner was ok. Service was disappointing. Some staff were friendly others totally indifferent but generally very slow to get any kind of service at dinner. Pricing to high relative to quality specially the dinner ala carte. Breakfast also expensive eben though it was good. Close to the airport if that's what you require.

I came to this hotel because my flight was cancelled on a friday. My new flight was scheduled for Sunday and so I went to ask in the reception if everything was okay to stay until Sunday morning. I was told everything would be fine to stay here until then, and I decided to relax in my room Saturday. The manager then came to knock on my door accusing me for not checking out at 12 telling me I they didn't receive conformation from my airline company. This was a very unpleasant conversation, the manager making me feel i did something wrong when all I did was asking in the reception being told everything was fine about my stay till Sunday. I hope they will manage to inform their future guest better about their stays when these things happen. I feel like all I did was being honest and in return they made me feel like a thief.

So, this is an airport hotel in the higher segment. Definitely worth your extra euros if you have to choose between this one or another hotel in the same area. The Rooms were fantastic and clean, there is a really nice bar and restaurant with a great outside area next to the water and a park. You hardly realize you are five minutes away from the airport in some sort of business park. The dinner options were good, a bit pricey, but of good quality. The staff was nice, bit some of them a bit robotic, maybe doing the job for too long. Like they have seen it all and lost a bit of the fun. Good straightforward service nonetheless. Breakfast is a huge winner too by the way! Fresh food, a lot of options and variety.

I haven't gone out during my stay much, and didn't get much time to explore however the hotel looks so clean and hygienic. The ambience is also very nice and it's very near to the airport but a bit far from the city. They have shuttle to the airport available.

Excellent experience after an overbooked flight. Very polite staff , great chicken for dinner, excellent breakfast - very tasty omelettes. The bus leaves to the airport every 30 minutes and takes around 5 minutes. I recommend it!

Nice, clean hotel close to airport with free shuttle service. Only stayed 1 night, flight delayed, but staff were pleasant, room and bed was comfortable and room service available all night.

Stayed only one night whilst passing through Brussels but what a great place! The rooms were clean, spacious & stylish. There was a large TV with comfortable sitting area. The beds were enormous with plenty of fluffy pillows. The en-suite bathroom contained separate bath & shower. It was clean and well-designed. Each room had its own mini-bar, with items charged directly to your account. There was plenty of good lighting and USB ports were provided for those wanting to work at the good-sized desk. The hotel itself was very stylish with a bar and restaurant. We only had breakfast in the hotel but it was delicious! As well as cereals and a variety of milks (including soya), there was a good selection of baked goods, cheeses & hams and a full cooked breakfast. There was a lovely garden/patio area outside complete with pond & waterfowl. There was a gym/fitness area with a sauna but we unfortunately didn't have time to use these facilities. The staff were polite and friendly throughout and everything was so clean you could eat your dinner off it! There was no noise from the airport nearby. All in all, this is a hotel that I would love to visit again when I have more time. Would certainly recommend.

During my stay in Brussels, I chose to stay at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and accommodating staff. They were always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with their customer service. Overall, a job well done.

Located close to the airport, this hotel is very popular with tourists. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are professional and courteous. The restaurant in the basement serves breakfast and also serves as a craft beer bar in the evening. Food is good, especially the breakfast. Shuttle and taxi services are easily available. The park at the back of the property offered a great view from my room.

Very nice hotel near the airport and easy access via uber to various tourist attractions. What makes this hotel stand out the most for me is the customer experience. All the staff were very welcoming, kind and professional. The breakfast buffet had enough variety and the food was very tasty. I can't say enough about Lahcen who was working at the breakfast hall. He made all the customers feel like they mattered. He played and cracked jokes with the kids. He checked in often to make sure everyone has their needs meet. He was truly exceptional and took customer service to the next level. Thank you Lahcen

Smooth check-in and check-out. Good size room, nicely renovated bathroom although the shower door doesn't close properly. Only 2 waters and 2 coffees for a room that can hold 4 people is a bit cheap, although there are 4 glasses and 4 cups. All in all, a good stay but the parking fee (25 EUR for 8hrs) is a serious turn-off.

Nice hotel , food was very nice if not a bit pricey. Good access for wheelchair and the floor in lobby is marble , so easy to move a chair around. Staff are nice and rooms are wonderful. Rooms have tea coffee making facilities, fridge , even an ironing board ( with an iron )

Perfect place to stay close to the airport. Rooms are spacious and clean and staff is nice and friendly to ensure a comfortable stay. A park is close by for a refreshing morning or evening walk. There is a free shuttle to and from airport every half an hour, which is very convenient. The only downside is the restaurant in hotel - it doesn’t have many options for the food and food is not very exciting. Breakfast is standard with variety of options, no complaints there! Staff is amazing and friendly in restaurant as well.

Visually attractive inside without being garish. Check-in staff offers something we didn't see much of in Belgium, a smile. Check out staff was coldly efficient & couldn't be bothered too look up when saying when the shuttle would come. Coffee maker in the room did not work(yes we read the directions and plugged it in) Bring lots of Euro's as the club sandwich at the bar was not reasonable. Not as close to the airport as they hint at.

Well giving water bottle with a capsel without any opener is not really smart. And also non-romovable shower gel and shampoo was only in the shower but next bathtub nothing? I think the owner never lived in one of the rooms because it's just small stupid mistakes. Other than that everything was fine. Delicious breakfast!

Hotel is conveniently located near the airport with short transfer times to the terminal. There are a few shops and restaurants within a 1.5 km radius. I enjoyed breakfast in the recently renovated restaurant with its open area including outdoor space. The gym is nothing special but well equipped and clean. A running track starts nearby which follows thresholds of runways 01 and 07.

This hotel exceed our expectations. The best Crowne Plaza hotel I have ever stayed. It has more of an upscale and grand hotel vibe. Sound isolation was perfect, the breakfast was perfect. It did not feel like an airport hotel at all.

One of the best hotel in Europe amazing location very close to the airport, the free shuttle to and from airport makes it even more easily accessible. The hotel has great vibes and smily faces if the staff. The staff at reception and also at the dining area would make you feel welcome I got and homely they are so caring I just loved this place at best probably one of my best IHG hotel. Great food is also one of qualities of this hotel with amazing drink menu. The hotel is situated along a beautiful park which makes it so more more appealing if you are going with children. I found lot of infants enjoying nature in hotels close by park almost in vicinity. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I would for sure go there again and again kudos for you crown plaza Brussels airport. Great good g guys best of luck.

Excellent Hotel for a transfer to Brussels Airport. The beds are extremely comfortable, the service and food are second to no other we have stayed in. The breakfast caters for every taste and the evening meal menu can be extremely challenging to decide what to eat.

Great hotel with nice rooms and great breakfast. The TVs and "mini bar" offer need improvement though. Rooms: enough space and coozy. What really needs an inprovement is the TV. The TV is way too old and small. In addition, there is no mini bar which is normally not an issue because hotels would have a little store in lobby instead. Unfortunately they have either. It would be great if they would have at least a small shop where you can buy last minute snacks or items since the next store is 20min far away by foot. Service: the staff is great and always friendly. Really appreciate that the employees are always so helpful. Breakfast: great breakfast. There is everything and more than what you will need. Fruits, eggs, panckaes, bread, etc. All quite delicious. Definetely a hotel I will visit again.

Can't complain about the room as an airline were footing the bill due to a missed connection. Service was okay, called down to reception but never received what I requested. Location was fine due to proximity to airport but I had a nice view.

Always a joy to visit. The Reception staff are always so welcoming and helpful to me when I arrive at midnight most times. They could not do more to help. Absolutely fantastic. Also the bar staff are great, when I arrive in time to see them that is.

This is a lovely hotel with large rooms. I loved having a bath and separate shower. Two things let it down however. I was with a coach group. Due to having two coaches from the same group most of us decided to take our own luggage to the coach. On returning from breakfast I was shocked to see my luggage had been taken from my room. I'd left my case open for last minute bits. It had been zipped up as had my rucksack which I carefully pack and keep upright due to liquids. This is not even check in luggage for the coach!! I was told it was downstairs. I rushed down to discover it on a trolley in the hall. I also spotted a basket belonging to one of our group with her hand bag in it. Anyone could have taken it!! I complained at reception and was told the porter was new. In which case he should have better training. He even walked into a room without knocking while the couple were getting dressed. If you wish porterage you put your case outside your door. If it's laying open and unlocked it clearly isn't ready to go. Also I know cooked breakfasts are provided for us Brits but the eggs were cold and no heated plates. Just a pity those two things spoiled the benefit of the lovely room.

Surprisingly pleasant airport hotel located a 5 minute shuttle ride from the terminal. Nonetheless, it is very quiet and extremely well sound insulated to get a good night's rest. Open spaces design, contemporary, with good F&B outlets and friendly service. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable though not huge. Big exterior car park and park, sleep and fly arrangements. Recommended.

It Is a very nice and modern hotel. The breakfast includes so many different kind of food(sweet and salty). The restaurant of the hotel Is good. They prepare a lot of kind of food(meat, fish, salad, etc). The position of the hotel Is very good because It Is so near to the Airport. Last but not least you have a free of charge public trasportation that pickup you in the Airport and leave you in front of the hotel.

Initially it seemed to be in the middle of an Industrial estate, but the hotel was nice with a large foyer. Our room suited its purpose. Outside though was a surprise, there was a nice park with a lake to walk around and relax. The food was good.

For the 2nd year in a row, I rented a meeting room for my company/academy. Last year, I was in contact with Laura and Silvana and everything went smoothly. However, both no longer work at the hotel. This year, communication was a lot more difficult. Maybe that has something to do with the language barrier. My mother tongue is Dutch/French. And the contacts spoke purely English, sometimes French. I also had different people on the line all the time which didn't make it any easier. There was also a lack of clarity about the rented room, leaving me with a room that did not suit my interactive training. A few days before the training, the reservation also turned out to be scheduled on the wrong dates. In a hurry, I went on the spot to clear everything up. The first day of my training, the receptionist was unaware of the switch. So I had to explain and rectify everything again. Not the way you want to start your day. Neither the logo of my academy that I had forwarded nor the name of my academy turned out to be on the signage in the hotel. Which meant that my trainees did not know where the training would take place and I had to personally wait for them in the lobby. During both lunch on day 1 and breakfast day 2, the employees were not aware of my order. I expect from a 4.5-star hotel that these things don't happen. After all, I pay enough for it I guess. For the participants of my training course, this did not come across as professional either. Finally, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, I noticed a lack of procedures and training of the staff which, in my opinion, caused the problems. The equipment of the meeting room and catering was good. Lunch was also very good but while last year we got a plate full of sandwiches each, now it was only 4 half small sandwiches, this at the same price. I have put my impending reservation for February as on hold. Partly because it was announced that the rates are going to rise by 5%. The price-quality ratio is no longer good.

Nice rooms. Room service is a bit on the expensive side, if you look on how tiny the portions are. Breakfast service was a bit chaotic, and staff wasn't very friendly. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

Check-in was a mess. One long line, most people had a voucher from their airline because of a missed connection. Registering everyone took forever. People like me with a regular booking had to wait nonetheless (more than one hour in my case). Then, the lady at check in messed up the room distribution so every other guest had to come back because either the card did not work, the room was blocked from the inside or there was already someone in the room. I did not receive any information at check in regarding WiFi connection, breakfast etc. and had to figure that out myself. Four stars? Come on! The room was old and there was nothing in the Minibar. Windows don't open. The bed was comfy though, and breakfast (all the way downstairs just in case you dont get that info either) was okay. Won't come back if I have the choice.
