DO NOT COME HERE. This was an uncomfortable experience. It is located in a sketchy area of Brussels, and I did not feel safe coming home late at night. When you arrive in the hotel, a strong stench hits your nose which I could only compare to an old grandma's house who hasn't cleaned in months. The staff barely spoke english. The main door had a complicated way of closing and opening (it could not be closed properly). The rooms were old and dusty, they hadn't cleaned under the bed in years. In the bathroom, the water smelled horrible, and the light was struggling to turn on. The toilet had this constant dripping sound inside of it, we tried to muffle it with to toilet paper to no avail. It was very loud. Showerhead was falling off from the wall. Bedsheets had stains. To top it all of, we did not get any blankets, just another bedsheet, which we were supposed to sleep with. When we asked the reception as to where our blankets are, he replied "Is it cold?". After searching for a blanket, in the closet we found an uncovered, dirty, thick blanket which we were supposed to put a cover on ourselves?? It was the middle of summer, so neither option would suffice. The receptionist just shrugged when told. Will not be coming here again.

The girl in reception in the morning was brilliant. Flexible, full of customer mind and more than reasonable. I am afraid there is nothing special to mention other than that or some are even worse. very old unstable facilities, some are broken, not completely clean, smells bad in the room. No hand towel, only body one. Shower has hot water but doesn’t come strait.

The room was just clean enough but not too good. The hotel is about 25 minutes from Brussels. The breakfast is really basic or less but it's included in the room price at least so it's fine. No lift is available in the hotel. Otherwise I liked the hotel.

There are two receptions here. One is a very kind , good speaking old man. The other person is very rude, he does not know how to treat or talk to visitors. Very bad experience with him. having the usual Breakfast menu, not much spicy stuff. but it can be managed. Rooms are pretty normal

I calld them and get reservation told them i was coming at 2 am they say it is ok and i just need to ring at bell. I arived at 1 am ring at bell noone came and they did nit want to pick phone so i was left on street

This is the cheapest hotel you will ever see on booking. The smell in the bathroom is not so good and the owner can refurbish the installations. They used to have quite a big breakfast room in the lobby but they added some extra rooms looking for more profit. The smell of baked bread was waking you up in the morning but that was 10 years ago.

A poor hotel,cleaning îs not on the top,the recepționist îs arogant(Pakistan or indian person very laisy),îs not any manager avaible to have an suport,when You will pay 55€,You will pay just for nothing. Very noisy,not parking place avaible.

Nightmare. I was disgusted to touch anything. The stench hits you already when entering the 'reception desk'. Terrible area. Only price was good. Avoid this place unless in emergency (no other option where to sleep).

The staff was kind and helpful, but that is about it. It's far from the center and the rooms are worn-down and outdated. The bathroom was moldy and the street-side windows had literally no sound proofing. Stayed there due to late arrangements, but will avoid it in the future.

Nice hotel with sufficient facilities. Good customer service. Value for the money!

Unsatisfied with breakfast, not even fresh juice, salad, egg, poor ventilation in room and room was too small for 2 people, No shower gel in washroom. N also too far from city centre.

Booked a room. Reception was rude. Left the hotel at 11 pm.

Very disappointed considering the price. Firstly ,it took 30 mins for us to be given our room key after arriving, the process (payment, ID check, room attribution, etc) was ridiculously slow. The reception area was relatively nice but the room was a disaster. One of the windows handles in the main was broken, so it couldn't be fully closed. (Visited in winter). The bathroom was dirty and smelled of sewage, and barely enough towels were provided. The breakfast was ok, but very simple with not many options. The only positive side of this hotel is it's location, which gives easy access to buses and grocery stores. Absolutely NOT worth 80.- per night.

The hotel is in a quiet place and the room is very shiny!! The room is clean and appropriate for the purpose we need it.

Acceptable cleanliness but not a very sophisticated place overall. Old shower cabin, ugly rooms. The location is very nice and reception service was helpful

Actually I would not give A star. Just zero. Very unfriendly guy at reception. Very impolite. He made a copy of our id cards against our wish which is not legal due to data protection. Our room stank like Cigarettes and the breakfast was just basic. Never ever again. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The staff was nice but the experience was not good ( no chair in the room, cold room, poor breakfast). Not my best stay, by far.

No good for any standards. Old rooms, damp all over. Very poor breakfast. Low pricing does not compensate all the minuses. Parking for 3 cars only.

Average hotel with old eqipment ; rooms are not well eqiped but otherwise clean ; poor breakfast with not much variety of food, and hotel location is accessible only by bus inside public transport option. Supermarket and some restaurant and bars nearby.

Room was clean and comfy, breakfast was nice and staff pleasant. Just silly broken things that really let it down, broken toilet seat, broken shower head holder, paint on the curtains, scuffs on the walls that would be easy to touch up, a bulb out in one of the spotlights, broken/removed smoke alarm. But only stopped for one night because it was cheap and not far from centre, would stay again.

Nice and clean but very old and in need of an elevator and probably a renovation.

Good value for money. Lift was not there. Can provide bathing soap and hair shampoo
