TERRIBLE!!! Really old hotel, old carpets (with lots of stains), old furniture, old everything. There were doors in my room that were leading to other rooms. Of course they were blocked but it looked so bad , nothing like on the pictures. There is not even an AC in the room. The fridge can be sent to an archaeology museum because it’s definitely from another century (or centuries). How is this a 4 star hotel? Also it was super hot in the hallway. I suppose because there is nobody on the reception - nobody can take care of that. I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay there.

The rooms seem quite dirty and decaying, though big, with no room service and a less than average breakfast. Also, there is no cleaning of the room or refreshing towels in an entire visit. I would not call it a hotel tbh. It's more like an apartment for rent.

Very bad expereance. I have never complain on any hotel for such a year, but this was so bad. Most of hotels were full so I got room here for 180€ per night. 😱. If it was 100€ I would say nothing. The room is big but everything is old, dusty and even molty. I cannot sleep because was coughting all evening. I lived for three days with windows open. It was +2-5 during night. I complain to reception for changing room. They promised to clean or change room. Nothing happened. Nothing was cleaned. And even more I found the eadle next to the bed. They do not clean rooms, do not empty trashbins and do not change towels if you stay less than 5 nights 😱😱. It was awfull. I changed the hotel for the last night. Crazy buisness trip.

I was looking for a hotel for my parents stay in Brussels. The b-apart hotel was the best choice I could've made. The hotel is very clean, the room was equipped with an coffee machine (coffee, cookies, tea, toaster, etc), the staff was also very friendly and helpful. I could organize everything in advance so my parents had an easy check-in (for the check-out, we only had to put the room-card in a box, very easy!). I'd say the only shortage is to pay a deposit of € 150,-.

The room was pretty spacious, and the kitchen had a nice vibe. The shower worked like a charm, no complaints there. But honestly, that's where the good stuff ended. The rooms were ridiculously noisy, even though they supposedly had a "quiet after 10 pm" rule. It's like they didn't even bother enforcing it at all. I mean, what's the point of having a rule if they don't bother following it? And let's not even get started on the carpets. They were filthy and had some seriously bizarre stains. The WiFi was a joke too. Slow as a snail and kept dropping out every few minutes. If I sat near the hallway, I could barely squeeze out 10 mbps. One thing to note is that they didn't have air conditioning. Just keep that in mind when planning your stay.

Liked · The location is really good, as the hotel is a walking distance from the metro station/EU Comission and located in front of a park, surrounded by many restaurants and markets. Disliked · First, we got a room with 3 doors connected to other rooms!!! We wanted to spend there 5 nights, and that wasn't comfortable at all! So we've asked to change the room. To do so, we had to pay extra 10 Euros per night for 2 doors-room or 20 Euros extra per night for a normal room with one main door. We took the 2nd choice and paid 100 Euros extra! That wasn't clear from the beginning! Also, in the 1st day, we had two espresso capsules, 2 tea bags and 2 lotus biscuits, and that's it. They do not provide you with additional basic stuff. I mean come on, how much does it cost you to provide these everyday for your customers who are paying a really expensive price per night, with an upgrade!!! One day we asked to have two tea bags, and it was a struggle, as if we were asking for gold! That was very weird. In addition, they do not clean the room until you finish 5 days there! You expect that you're in a hotel. Yeah sure it's an aparthotel, where you have to clean bring your own stuff and clean a bit but the towels should be provided every day. We didn't expect this. Inside the bathroom, there are 3 shampoo/soap bottles, fixes in a weird way to their base. You can barely use them, as if they are treasures that should not be used too much or stolen. Come on! We had to work a couple of days from the room during days, and it was very very noisy. The isolation system should be improved.

Nothing like in the photos, disappointing quality.. I've read a review here about room 43 having been renovated, well.. that was not the case with room 45.. Our room seemed like it was stuck in the early 90's in terms of design which would've been fine if it were well kept. All the facilities did work, the kitchen has an electric cooking plate, extractor hood, microwave oven, watercooker and even a dishwasher. But the carpet looks dirty, the wallpaper is coming off and when sitting on the dirty looking couch you literally sink in it (far from the comfort of the couches downstairs). The same story with the bed, much smaller than the size promised and much less comfortable and thinner matrass than expected. You want to charge your devices? sure, there's enough power outlets, all found in the most impractical places, such as underneath the nightstands so you have to crawl under them to plug it in. The bathroom was fine, except for the showerhead that just hung on a hook so you can't adjust the height. If you want to use the bathroom at night you better wear sunglasses because there are no separate switches for night lights, everything turns on at once. You need only lightly touch the faucet and the water pressure that comes out could put out a large fire. You could notice that everything had been cleaned as much as such an old room could be. So it's not the cleaners fault, but it lacked the overal comfort that you would expect in a 4 star hotel (like adagio delta for example, same price and facilities, just smaller size studio). Also the lights make it look creepy.. I'm sure if I would've called them they would've offered me another room for the 191 I paid for 2 nights. Or they would've charged me an upgrade fee, I don't know, all I know is the romantic weekend I had planned after not seeing my girl for 3 months should've taken place in a different hotel..

The personal is really rude. I did the check-out but I couldn’t go to the garage to take out my car. So I called the personal and a woman answered my call. The only thing she did was nearly scream at me about how did I enter the garage. I tried to tell her that it was his colleague who gave us the key but she did not listen and kept screaming repeatedly the same thing. Throughout the call, she did not explain the things clearly and if I didn’t understand something, she would get angrier and rude. The personal sincerely are not nice. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dated and tired decor. Stains everywhere including on pillows and walls in the bathroom. Awkward layout. The worst part was the noise, street noise, noise coming through the thin walls and whenever another guest flushed toilets nearby. One t.v. didn't even work. They don't do breakfast on the weekends. You can't get hold of staff afterhours to remedy any issues. A positive was the carpark under the building. Probably the most confusing thing was that I had stayed at another b apart in the Hague which was really nice. However the state of this place has put me off the chain.

I liked the hotel. The rooms are really nice. Wifi is super slow. Anyway.... I got about 40bites from bed bugs from here. There is zero possibility that I have that from anywhere else. I haven't found any e-mail address on the web, so I am writing that here. Please check my name in the records, that should give you the room number that needs a thorough checking by pest control.

The location of the Hotel is great, Entrance to the hotel is slightly confusing for tourists. No reception at the entrance like normal hotels. Lady at the counter was very polite and helpful. WIFI is super slow for ( 1 Bedroom Apartment- Spacious room), NO AIR CONDITION in rooms. Small fitness center. From Shuman Metro station please use the EU Commission exit. Airport Bus No #12 stop is behind the EU Commission building, less than 5 min walk. Local Bus stop in front of the property.

Run down and old. Noise traveled very well between floors and I had the pleasure of hearing a couple fight every evening of our stay. The sofa had large stains on it and all the furniture had scratches, nicks and stuff. The view over the park is nice. The rooms are pretty large for what you pay for.

Die Lage ist im Hinblick auf das Europaparlament und die EU-Kommission hervorragend. Ein Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe. Korrekter Empfang. Sicheres Zugangssystem zum Innenraum. Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung.

Stained wallpapers and carpet, the carpet was grassy / dirty, bird droppings in the balcony. Bad smell in the room. The bedlinen of the sofa bed was not long enough to cover the mattress. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but we couldn't afford it, then we left in the first morning unfortunately. When I talked to the reception, they only said that I could have asked for a carpet free room, as this would solve all the other problems mentioned.

Needs more polite stuff and parking should be for free. But the price overall was good and the rooms really big. Maybe they could use a renovation. Area nearby the European Commission also nice.

My room was 50 years old and the nicotine smell was terrible. This room has been smoked in for decades and even since smoking inside hotels is no longer allowed, they did not refresh the carpeting or did not properly deep clean the room. The bed is like the one I used to sleep in when staying at my grandparents as a child in the 80's and even then it was already uncomfortable. Old, older, oldest? Not worth the money.

A nice trip was ruined because the staff doesn't know how to communicate that the -2 level is not for normal cars.

The apartment badly needs a renovation. The carpet was dirty. The glasses in the kitchen had dust and had not been washed. The shelves in the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. The location is great but everything else needs attention and follow up

As a long term guest this was very suitable for my needs although there were issues but these were generally sorted as soon as possible. Overall a perfectly adequate set of accommodation when away from home.

I stayed in this hotel in April 2023. I was bitten by bedbugs and brought them home with me (they invaded my suitcase). Many months later, i am still fighting to get rid of them in my apartment (unsuccessfully so far). The hotel management acknowledged that the room was infested but has refused to offer any compensation for the hundreds of euros i have disbursed and the huge social/mental/health damage caused by this nuisance. Avoid this place!!!
