Beautiful hotel, excellent receptionists and nice meals. It was a nice experience at Brussels. The hotel is close to train station, not too far from the airport. It is located a stone throw to the EU parliament building in Brussels. The location is very strategic

Small room but very comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast was excellent (probably the best over a 5 week tour of Europe) and staff were great. Easy to get into the centre with public transport but not much around locally - mind you, we stayed the week between Christmas and NYE and many restaurants/cafes were shut, which may not be an issue in the summer. If staying in winter, prepare to eat/explore in the central district.

Decent hotel. The rooms were good. The service was great and the staff friendly. The location is not that great, a ways from most tourist attractions.

Been here for Tomorrowland Global Journey and it was close to being perfect. Very centrally located, easy to reach. Service was 10/10 , be nice to them and they will be angels. Language is english, french and dutch. You need your keycard to enter outside the normal hours. Breakfast was very very good, apparently they fixed everything other people complained about. For Tomorrowland we were like 200 people and everything was restocked in Seconds. The rooms were nice, cozy, silent and renovated as well as very very very clean. Only complaint is that I hate showerbaths and that the water pressure was very low. I would recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel, good room. Really expensive breakfast though, not worth it. Better to go to a cafe.

Pretty nice stay. Our room was small but clean and well laid out. Very professional service, and the location is only a 5-6 minute walk from a transit station. It is not close (30+ minute walk) to the tourist area. This could be good or bad, depending on what you want.

It was my first time in this hotel. Wanted to try this chain of hotels for awhile now. I booked a confort room for 145€, it's OK for a 4 star hotel with such a good location. The staff is great, even the blue Gorilla 😀 The manager and his front office staff are very professional. When I went to my room I crossed some housekeeping staff in the floor who didn't said hello, maybe they had a bad, no worries. The room is comfy. It's a confort room and by reserving this type of room you get a king size bed and a spa bathtub (it's like a jacuzzi în your bathtub). The only thing I didn't like is that there was dust on the dop of the mirror and the decorations on the walls. I'm 2m02 so yeah, I saw it 😁. This hotel looks like a business hotel but it can also be chosen to spend a romantic weekend in Brussels. Oh and one more thing, I asked for a late checkout at 1pm,it costs 10€.

Pay Parking in front of hotel. Check in went smooth, french or english, no dutch/flemish possible. Beautiful and clean reception. Walking to our room we noticed a pleasant scent in the hallways and actually throughout the whole hotel. The room was perfect up to our expectations. We had a room with spa bath. We would recommend it to everyone. Visiting the city is easy with metro stop Schumann in walking distance. The night ambience in the hotel is pleasant, not too many noises or disturbances. Breakfast has a very high standard. English and french breakfast available. Lots of fruit and vegetables. Various types of eggs and milk. Suprised by the waffle maker and took good use of it. Very well made waffle dough! Check out friendly and smooth by new employee ( said so on the badge) Wished us well on our day. Which brings us to one small remark. The staff only aknowledge their guests if you talk to them first. We like to receive a goodmorning/evening when we enter or leave the lobby/restaurant/bar Beside this small remark we can highly recommend this hotel and we will definitly return here when we visit Brussels again.

Great hotel and staff. Produce their own honey, which was lovely but security took it off me at the airport, which was a shame but not their fault 🤣

Upsell nightmare. I received several e-mails in advance about ordering rose petals on the bed, mumm champagne etc. The room was ok-ish. Smelly, with worn down linen with holes in it. Maybe the reason why they wanted to sell rose petals so bad? Bubble bath (??) hot tub. Only one working elevator. Very nice breakfast for 19 euro. Best part of entire stay. Front desk staff also helpful and nice.

Not the best experience the 2nd time I went there. The bathtub started by itself each evening to "create" bubbles, although nobody was there. It startled me. On one part of the bed the mattress was broken. Additionally, the AC wasn't working so it was cold in the room (i noticed before leaving). But it was clean and good location, although far enough from the center.

Great location, only 20 mins from the city center. Housekeeping everyday (make sure you don't put the red card on the door). Modern hotel with nice service and clean rooms.

The hotel is far from great, nor is the service or the staff but the location, if you work near all EU institutions and you go there regularly for work, is great. The staff is simply not professional. They all need some serious training. I wouldn't categorize it as a five or four stars for me a Formule 1 and this hotel could be ranked the same. Other than that I would avoid it. Plus the room is at 192€ and for this one could expect at least some good champoo in a respectable quantity! See photos.

Check-in normally at 3PM but room was not ready so 1h waiting time at arrival. I went there in winter and the heater didn’t worked well so the temperature in the room was very cold. The Shower on next morning was cold because there was no hot water. Room and hotel clean.

Great hotel. I loved it! Very clean, receptionists are very kind and friendly and managed very well to communicate with me in English. I could check in at 12pm and check out in the middle of the night with no problem. The room is not big, neither small. Average size, just perfect for one person. It is very clean. They don't clean the room while you stay there because of covid. Instead, you'll find new clean towels and a bottle of water daily. Location is fine, quiet, near the European Parliament. There's public transport just at 5 min (Brussels Schuman). The centre is at 25min walking but very easy to reach. Just straight ahead. To reach the center is 12eur with uber. I highly recommend this hotel!

A lovely hotel. Clean, good service, good food and near the EU. What more could you wish for when you go for a visit to the EU.

Typical business lunch menu, but not very inventive. Street was polite and helpful. Service was efficient. I would say, it's OK for a business meeting l, but not my first choice for a fun meal with friends.

Lovely staff, amazing breakfast room. A bit confusing having to use key cards in the elevator, but I suppose that's for security. Then once you're in the room, the card turns on the light or AC. The good news is, the light and AC fixtures can be activated using any card, so you can leave lights or AC on while you're away.

Practical hotel within short walking distance of metro station. There are also various points of interestest and attractions within 10 min walk of the hotel. The rooms are small but good, with a very chic bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay here. Lovely room, welcomed with a bottle of wine 😊. The jacuzzi is also a great way to relax. The hotel is also well placed giving you access to the EU and city centre within walking distance. The parking is not big car friendly though but there's paid parking in front of the hotel. My only issue with the hotel is the cereal bowl is tiny. But hey, if that's the only issue, they get the full 5 stars 🌟!

Worst experience ever!!! The Staff was very rude and did not care about the people. I went for Tomorrowland and would come back at like 3 am. Nothing was open at that time except for pizza they served and it burnt my lip to the point that for a week I had new skin growing and old burnt skin hanging of my lip. I was not upset about this because the person serving us was very kind and was new, so from me they gets a pass but the breakfast crew where entirely rude and even scolded me for bring up my sandwich i made a didn't finish. Did not care that they served 3rd degree burns from there pizza but taking a half eaten sandwich is crossing the line. The Bald white man in charge of breakfast was very mean and did not care about the the people staying there. I was not rude or mean(im from Cali, we dont care, good vibes only) I would never come here again and advise you not to either. And if your there for Tomorrowland choose a closer place to Boom. This PLACE SUCKED!!!!

We never stay in hotels, but did so here as we had a Bongo voucher to use. The room was of good standards, and had a bubble bath. The breakfast was delicious and very varied. The staff were friendly and could generally speak English, Dutch and French.

Martin's was a well-manicured and cozy hotel near the EU. I stayed there during a work tour for a week and the entire stay was without incident. The staff was always helpful and friendly (they even let me borrow a power converter when I brought the wrong one). The breakfast is good every day with a wide-range of selections of food and drink. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have nice tubs. The only thing I did not really like was the fridge was not very cold and there was no drawers for storing clothing...which could be a problem on a long stay. The hotel is close to everything, and only a 20 minute walk from the Grand Place. Overall a really nice establishment.

Very bad hotel with no airconditioning in the room, no jacuzzi as they say and bad room.

  • 4/5 Jakab K. 5 years ago on Google
Bed was incredibly comfortable and I loved having a bath after a long day of walking! Having said that, the room was a bit smaller than I expected from the pictures and the bathroom could be a bit more modern. Service was however excellent! Location is great too!

The hotel is very pleasant and has a very good breakfast. It is a little way from the centre of Brussels and as such is the only negative. Staff are friendly and curteous, plus helpful. The European parliament building is a stone's throw from the hotel, with a pub and restaurants nearby also. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped and clean. From the short time at the hotel I would definitely consider staying again.
