The hotel stay was okay. The hotel was a bit of a walk 15-20 minutes to town but near several embassies. Staff was accommodating and worked to make things right. My pet peeve is with hotel policy not to credit me any points or credit toward elite status because the room wasn’t booked directly with Marriott. I use a corporate account which books through a travel agency for best price and cancellation flexibility. We pay a premium for the service. The hotel and later Marriott customer service were adamant that I should have spent the hours searching for and researching the fine print before booking. Not the best way to build brand loyalty. On top of it all, neither the hotel nor Marriott responds to any of my emails anymore asking about their policy. Eight weeks is a long time to go without a response. So, I would warn that people staying here should be flexible to dynamic rules at the hotel and with the entire Marriott loyalty program.

Stayed here for the second time, good location, 300m from underground. Service was good. Breakfast was full spread with choice of eggs. Food is generally very good at the restaurant however service during lunch could be frustratingly slow. One cannot expect a nice view from this location however it wasn't bad. TV has casting services too. Overall it was a good stay.

First and foremost, the breakfast served at the hotel was truly amazing. It was a delightful culinary experience that surpassed my expectations. The variety of options offered was impressive, catering to both traditional and contemporary tastes. Regarding the room, it was spacious and well-appointed, meeting my expectations and providing ample space for my needs. The hotel's location was another highlight. It struck the perfect balance, being situated in a quiet and peaceful area that provided a respite from the bustling city, yet still conveniently close to key attractions and transportation options

The stay has been very good. The room has been very quiet. The rooms are comfortable. There is not much of a view, but service has been excellent. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast (buffet style) and good choices for dinner. It also seems popular at lunch. The hotel is a 3 to 5 min walk to Brussels Park where you can jog or just enjoy nature. Centraal station is a 10 to 15 minute walk pretty much straight down the street with a jog left at the end of Rue Joseph. Very easy to find.

I was pleasantly impressed by this property. A private sauna in the room? Wow…….! The room was spacious, and was well-furnished. Most importantly, it was really clean and modern. I has dinner in the restaurant downstairs. It wasn’t crowded but I really loved their services. I am not a big eater, and I just told the waitress that I couldn’t finish. She, then, brought a box and said I could eat what I can and bring the rest to the room. I thought it was such a nice and thoughtful gesture. I loved it! A good elite member recognition, too.

I wasn’t overly impressed with this hotel. For the price I expected more value. Rooms were simple but adequate. I expect that a lot of people stay here on EU business due to the proximity to Parliament and other government offices and for that purpose it’s fine, it was only a 10 minute walk to get to the center of the government buildings. For tourists, consider looking elsewhere. First, the food was so disappointing. We paid for one breakfast buffet at the high price of €26 per person and were treated to a sad and bland assortment of food. You won’t eat enough food to make it anywhere worthwhile - skip it and go to a local cafe instead. Also laundry prices were outrageous. We had arrived in Brussels from another city and wanted to do laundry, but a medium-sized load would have run us north of €150. I arranged for a pickup/drop off service that was €40 in total. I asked the front desk to hold the bag of laundry that we had prepared in a plastic bag and they initially declined. I frequently saw front desk staff just idly chatting away with each other and not doing much of anything. The lobby looked over-staffed at essentially all hours and you’d see the restaurant manager running around with a vague sense of anxiety at all times. That didn’t bother me on its own - I have worked many service jobs in the past - but to be so overstaffed and then say you can’t hold a simple bag for an hour or so…disappointing. Eventually I just asked another front desk worker to do the same thing and she said it was no problem, so who was right? The experience left me with a bad taste. The rooms and neighborhood were clean and quiet and the atmosphere had the soulless modernism that you expect from a big hotel chain. It was close to a metro (subway) hub which was nice but still sort of a far walk from anything that tourists would want to do. This is also hard to see on the maps but going into the center of the city takes you down a big hill, not the type of thing you’d be excited to walk back up after a long day in the city. This is not a bad hotel at all, it’s adequate, but I would guess you can find better deals/value in the city.

The Hotel is quite nice and you can walk into the city center by foot (~20 mins). The breakfast was really great. Unfortunatelly the chair in the room was pretty old and used and also the room was not 100% perfectly clean. There was no free bottle of water in the rooms that should be changed. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay

Great location in Brussels. Wonderful and helpful staff. Comfortable and large beds, air conditioned rooms, and they even accept pets! Marriott is my favorite camping spot !!

Rooms were really large. We had adjoining rooms and there was enough space for our family of six. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the restaurant downstairs had good food. Recommended the swedish meatballs! The bar area was also a good place to catch up on work. The wifi is excellent. Location was quiet and a few local places to eat nearby.

Good size rooms and reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful and accommodated our request for a late check out. 20 minute walk away from city centre, which is abit tricky if it’s raining (which it was) and snowing! Very good breakfast including fresh mini DIY waffles.

Decent Courtyard near the metro. All the staff we encountered were friendly. Our room had everything we needed including strong wifi, coffee and a fridge. The breakfast is pricey but has a good selection. Bar snacks are good too with burgers, fish & chips, salads etc.

Shows you why Marriott are one of the best hotel chains. Communication was perfect. Any questions asked was answered promptly & professionally. Room was big & clean. Breakfast buffet, OMG where to start. I wanted to eat it all.

Courtyard by Marriott Brussels is a fantastic hotel located in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious food. The fitness center is well-equipped and a great place to work out during your stay. However, some guests have reported that some rooms can be a bit noisy, so it's worth requesting a quiet room if that's important to you. Overall, Courtyard by Marriott Brussels is an excellent choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Brussels.

One of the best properties in Mumbai. Excellent service every single time. Every team member is absolutely hospitable, polite and courteous. In room dining delivery is super quick and the food has always been great. Housekeeping staff has always made sure whatever we needed has been got to us in no time. Thank you to the entire team for taking great care of all our needs. 🙏

Hotel location is great, you can easily walk to the train and metro stations. Reception area is well signalled and staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, modern and size is great as well. Room can easily fit a king sized bed, 2 desks, a wardrobe and there's still plenty of unused space. Internet connection is good as well.

Great option for business trips. I strongly recommend it. The rooms are comfortable, the personnel is very nice and supportive, and the location is peaceful enough to have a great rest time after working the whole day.

Great location and very spacious and simple interior. The cafe and bar downstairs are great but i found the breakfast quite experience. The rooms and basic and I was fortunate to be upgraded but the room was almost too big. I loved that my room was wheelchair friendly and that the staff service was super at both check in and throughout my stay. I’ll be coming back for sure.

This hotel was an unexpected surprise when we arrived. I have probably stayed at over 50 Courtyards and this one was extra special. Walking in, it feels very modern, yet warm. The staff is some of the friendliest that I have ever encountered. The breakfast staff is quick, kind, and efficient. They helped me find my way around and gave us some great local tips. I want to call out Brecht from the evening shift. Helped me find some great local beer and local restaurant. He spent some extra time making sure our stay was just right. Thanks, Brecht! I would like to thank the entire staff. The hotel was clean, comfortable and we were treated well. Almost forgot, breakfast was delicious!!!

Stayed only 1 night just to cstch the train the next day. Room was reasonbly priced, nice and clean. Location didn't seem tourist friendly, but metro just around corner, so easy to get where you want to go. Customer service was decent and unobtrusive. Lunch and dinner in restaurant was very pricey for what was served, but still edible.

Loved the stay! The food and drinks were excellent and so was the service. When I got home I noticed that I had left a dress in the hotel room closet and they mailed it to me without any issues.

We are appreciating to all staff members and very happy with the service of the courtyard by Marriott. The rooms are so clean and peaceful. Staff from front desk to cleaning pros are all simply lovely - they truly make you feel at home. We enjoyed the place even, my 4 years daughter loves that place. We would definitely stay again. Thanks to all team members for the wonderful service

I am very happy with service & system of courtyard by Marriott.Great workout room with plenty of free weights, three nice treadmills and an elliptical machine. Restaurant/bar/business areas all very elegantly done. Staff from front desk to cleaning pros are all simply lovely - they truly make you feel at home. There are also filtered water stations in lobby—sparkling and still—so you can continue to fill up and not waste tons of plastic! I would definitely stay again.

This place is great. The staff is excellent, the facilities are clean and new. So close to the metro and a hundred restaurants are within a short walk.

One of the nicest room for our trip. The hotel is located pretty much in the middle of the city. From here, you have access to scooters which can scoot you around the nearby attractions, saving those legs for the walk inside the museums, and attractions. I'm serious!, you have to really walk a lot, we walked average about 10K-14K steps a day. So you have to save those legs for places where scooters can't go. The hotel check-in counter is directly back to back with a restaurant/bar. Seating area is large and comfortably spaced. Parking if I recalled correctly is about 25€ a day. Unless you are from Europe, I think maybe it is best to park in the hotel and get around on subways, trams, bikes, and scooters. Parking on the street, it is about 2€ an hour. There are some white zone, blue zone, and other type of parking zone that I didn't really studied. We just didn't want to have to take the time finding parking. Room is very nice, the AC is nice and cold, refrigerator works well. Beds, pillows, comforters, shower, all excellent. The room sound proofing is great, you can't hear any noises from the neighboring room or the street. The room security is excellent, I took a picture of the door gap enclosure too. This way no one can slip any funny into your room, also helps with the sound proofing. It is the only hotel, that I have seen on this trip. The wifi speed is decent and free. The glass desk is cool looking, also works well. Overall, we spent 3 pleasant nights here. Recommended.

Nice hotel and good location if you come to Brussels for work. However, the food is sub-standard. Poor breakfast (quality and variety). I had dinner twice; they charge premium but offer poor quality. I have been to better hotels in this area.

The service of the restaurant staff is excellent and they are very proactive. The breakfast service was good even though the menu doesn’t change - at least for the 4 nights we were there Front desk service can improve Rooms were decent size but bed was not very comfortable I had big issues during reservation and subsequent changes. Very inflexible and not helpful to understand the issues of mistake done during changing of dates etc. as a Platinum member disappointed with Marriott Bonvoy as they didn’t find a solution as the hotel was adamant on certain things So our travel plans had to be changed as we were stuck with the number of nights we had booked - we had originally booked as standard booking but when date change was done on app (due to visa Delays) the rate changed to prepaid and non changeable which we realised in 15 minutes and tried to cancel but the hotel didn’t allow. Despite giving all reasoning. The only good thing was they allowed a change of dates when visa came but charged higher rates as rates had changed for this dates So overall a bad reservation experience with this property and not a value proposition like other Marriott properties

As a Platinum Bonvoy Member - I really enjoyed my stay at this property! First, I was upgraded to a suite and the staff is very attentive to all guests. The property is very clean and centrally located to a lot of the tourist attraction. It's also close to public transportation and good restaurants. Next time I'm in Brussels - I will definitely stay at this property!

Location is central but of course just city view and parking is very difficult unless you will pay 30 euro a day to the hotel parking. Breakfast is very basic variations, even in courtyard i have had much better with tipple variations. A big nice room is called a suit, totally different than suits I have seen.

Nice hotel. A good room to sleep. Next to a metro station and 2km on foot to city center. Fitness Center is small and don't have many equipments. Good Breakfast.

  • 3/5 Kira 2 years ago on Google
The staff here were gracious and helpful without being pushy. That said, I was 'upgraded' to a room on a higher floor, but that required taking the stairs an extra floor up as the elevator stopped the floor before. Additionally, the room seems to have been right above a connecting door on the floor below so there were occasional extremely loud WHAM! sounds that were quite distressing. The bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom had an odd smell coming from it all night. Also, every electrical plug in the room but one was broken, so I couldn't charge my phone and laptop both overnight. The wifi connection was mediocre and I wasn't able to use video on a morning conference call.

Good price, friendly service and a clean and updated hotel room. The hotel had nothing special to offer, but is ideal as a business traveler. The small 24 hour gym is a nice extra

  • 4/5 Etienne C. 2 years ago on Google
Room was very cozy with a great view of the EU building. However the receptionist is a bit slow in the head. You have to repeat things to her several times for her to wrap her head around things. Even switching to French didn’t help this lady.

Stayed here on a layover in Brussels and absolutely loved this hotel! I’ve stayed in several Courtyard properties and this is definitely one of the nicest. It’s modern, clean, spacious and has all the amenities needed. The staff were very kind too. It’s also a fairly close location to the city centre. Highly recommend for any type of trip, even business as it accommodates different types of travelers.

Just had a dreadful experience. Rubbish from the previous guest, small rooms, hopeless facilities, noise outside at night, loud aircon inside, rude and stressed out staff. Nice clean shower room but not even a shower gel.

Had a meeting with EU officials so I wanted a hotel in that part of town. The room was spacious, clean and ready for me when I arrived. The breakfast was excellent The staff was very helpful!! Also, good spots to eat around the neighborhood and plenty of work space in the hotel lobby Highly recommended for business travel

The room was very clean, spacious and the staff was very nice. The only down side is that it is a walk from the main attractions but we saw alot on our walks. The 24 hr gym is small but useful.

Amazing place! Very well organized hotel. In a quiet place, very close to the metro station. The room was excellent and the staff was more than helpful! As for the prices during our visit, they were very reasonable. For sure I will book it again if I visit Brussels

Love this Hotel! not only the staffs are friendly, they also arranged an early check -in for us without any extra cost. Incredible service, beautiful room & spacious bathroom! The only downside is the location, it's about 15-20 minutes walk to popular tourist spots.

Tasteful room, location is in the middle of all kinds of European institutions. Breakfast wasn't free for elite Bonvoy members, but I got a credit which entitled me to a decent but still overpriced breakfast. Nice and helpful staff at the reception desk

Had a good stay here (the second time already). Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom clean and everything there you need. Lobby and reception clean and friendly. Breakfast a good buffet with all you need to start good into the day. The city centre is not that far, so you can go there by a walk. Prices are very high at the moment but his is the case everywhere.

  • 4/5 Anssi L. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel itself is very nice, helpful staff and great rooms. But unfortunately there's a nearby bar that can make some noise.

  • 4/5 Mariela S. 1 year ago on Google
Stayed overnight to enjoy the Christmas market. Only a 20 minute walk from the main hustle and bustle of the city center. Parking on location is a small underground garage that wasn't very secure for the price we paid (25 a night). The staff was all very nice, and their cocktail of the month was delicious. The rooms were nice and showers spacious. But our room had some blood like stains on the wall and other stains that gave the impression that the room wasn't very clean. This was a small detail but in a very visible location. So the room cleaners could have paid more attention to it. Otherwise the hotel was nice for the overnight stay.

Rooms are clean and quiet, perfect if you are staying a couple of days to attend meetings. Gone are the days of complementary bottled water. Be sure you have an empty water botle with you upon check in, free water refilling station is available. They also do not provide any toiletries, except for a small soap and a small body lotion.

We stayed here twice during our visit to Europe. The first time in May and then again at the end of June. Both times we enjoyed our rooms - one was at the back on the second floor, the other overlooking the street. One was smaller than the other but perfectly adequate - when you’re a tourist you’re away except to sleep! The location is excellent - away from the noise of the city, but a quick commute over to the city center. The staff was delightful. They were friendly and helpful, quick to offer any assistance needed. I’d happily stay here again! The price was excellent as was the location.
