A nice hotel with a very good location, near to the EU- Commission and 3 min walk to the metro-station Schuman. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are clean and big. The design of the hotel is beautiful. The personal are welcoming and very helpful. They directly informed me about the availability of double bed room as soon as one was free. Thank you and I would recommend it.

The worse hotel ever, this should not be even worth 1 star. I booked a room as i was travelling from germany to london, with my pregnant wife and 2 year old son, we decided to stay at brussel to sleep and rest. I called the hotel and wrote via booking l.com that i was gonna be late due to an accident on the way. As i arrived for check the room was already given to someone else. The african receptionist was rude and cancelled my booking as a received a cancellation at that time. We had nowhere to sleep and it was a nightmare coming true. I wish this hotel gets shut down.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in! The only positive aspect is its location, close to Schuman and the metro station. The room was dirty, very old, and quite noisy; I couldn't sleep well because I could hear every noise from the street, even on the 7th floor. The service is practically nonexistent; the reception is always empty, and you have to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to show up. Additionally, please pay attention to the broken elevator – it's a security hazard! Stay away from this dreadful place!

I spent two months in this hotel, and I really felt like at home. It will be for sure my choice again in the future. I would like to thank first of all the staff that was always friendly and helpful, polite, discreet and available. During my stay the hotel had just some guests due to covid pandemic but the service was always outstanding. I have always found breakfast excellent, with a lot of choice, outstanding fresh baked croissants, fruits, bacon and eggs, pancakes and so on. Everything prepared with care. Of course in some days when I was the only guest in the hotel, in order to avoid waste of food I was asked to choose in advance what to have for breakfast. It is a responsible choice, especially in this period were some people are struggling due to the pandemic. I had a big, very nice suite with kitchen, facing the garden, always quiet and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and on request you can ask for additional kitchenware (I had a microwave and a boiler). There was a 55 inch TV, with chromecast and free wifi. It is very nice as you can see from the pictures. The hotel is within walking distance from the EEAS and other EU offices, the area is well served with car, bike and electric scooter sharing services, bus and metro. If you want to go for a run, Parc du Cinquantenaire (the perimeter is about 2.2km) is at 5 minutes by walk, it is very nice and there is also a basket field, football and a running field. There is a coin operated washing and drier machine in the hotel. Supermarkets, bar, restaurants are everywhere. I would like to give a special thanks to the hotel director, Mr. Martin, the manager, Mr. Gerard. Alvaro and Cristina at the front desk were always available for any request and they gave me a lot of useful information about the city and made my stay during that period like at home. I want also to thank Cristophe, and the people in the kitchen, Santa, Magda and Lorette. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Internet works and breakfast is good, everything is a bit dated. The reception charged a large supplement for a second person staying even though online there is no difference in price for bookings for 1 and 2 people per room.

Rooms are bit old-stylish, but the value for money is great. The breakfast is rich and the staff is kind. Great location for most of the EU institutions visitors.

Nice hotel with friendly staff who spoke good English and were very helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and there is a possibility to cook a little meal in the room. The room was spacious and bedding comfortable.

The room was generously spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the temperature comfortable. Convenient street parking is available right in front of the hotel. The breakfast offered was decent, though it didn't particularly stand out. On the downside, the elevator felt quite dated and gave a sense of insecurity during use.

Nice hotel for a few nights stay The room is very spacious and clean and the bed was big and very comfortable. It's an old hotel but is close to public transport and walking distance to attractions. They also offer luggage storage after check out and the receptionist was kind. Prices were a but high but so was everything else on that weekend.

This was the 1st time in Brussels and the staff made us feel very welcomed! They spent the time explaining the Metro to us and even wrote down instructions so we wouldn’t get lost ! Lol The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and most importantly the bathroom was also very clean. There was a small kitchen but we didn’t need it! The breakfast was AMAZING!! Nice garden view although it was cloudy —I’m sure it’s beautiful in the summer time. Will go there again if/when I come back to Brussels!

A small, but super hotel if you want to spend some nights in Bruxelles. It is in the heart of the EU district, close to the metro station. The breakfast is delicious.

a good place to stay in simple but spacious and bright rooms. everything was nice, except for the view from the window and that one can hear the bathroom noises from the neighbouring rooms.

The staff is so lovely, breakfast is out of this world but the rooms feel so old and my sheets were dirty, had random hairs and mucus (see pictures) :(

Lovely hotel... just started redecorating upper floor and we were delight to stay in their newly refurbished rooms. Great job on them. Hotel is in a fantastic location. Beside train station & tourist attractions without all the busy city noise. No evening food in the hotel but a few restaurants close by.

Quite a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. The service at the front desk is good and breakfast is marvelous. The room itself left some things to improve.

I'm glad I booked it. It has a good location. We were able to see the building of EU commission. Breakfast was nice (restaurant has a terrace). All this for a good price.

I would give it 4 stars if it wasn’t for the lack of responsibility of one particular receptionist! I was sick and in need of a medication, we searched for pharmacies near the hotel which to our surprise most of them are closed on the weekends! So, we ask the receptionist for help and he told us that the nearest open pharmacy is 8 kilometers away, so we asked him to call for a taxi, after an hour we went downstairs, but he informed us that there are no taxis due to the fact that we are in Ramadan and the taxi drivers -whom, according to him, are muslims in majority- are breaking their fast at that hour. Finally, we asked the nice lady in the supermarket next to the hotel and she told us that the pharmacy near us has a vending machine from which we could get some products. As simple as that! The receptionist also denied giving us more blankets and help us when we needed it most! Very disappointed

My experience was very negative. Prior to my arrival, the hotel had assured me that I would get a wheelchair-accessible room and bathroom. And yet when I arrived, I realised this was not the case, which put me at risk of severe injuries. Moreover, during my 3-day stay the room was never cleaned: my towels were not changed, and I had to ask the reception to get a roll of toilet paper.

It was good enough. But I didn't like service too much... Because when we come to hotel, the shampoo was already finished and we said can you seperate the bed, they didn't do it too... But other things was okay. There is a small kitchen inside.

Hotel is ideally located for the EU meetings. Different means of public transport are close. Breakfast is modest but the room in which it is served has a garden view and a small terrace. Spent two nights in a spacious room on the 6th floor with a good bed and a nice view.

Good value place. Rooms with kitchenettes for long stay guests are a bonus.

Me and my friend stayed at this hotel for two nights. The receptionists were helpful when we asked for them to keep our luggage secured after checking out. However, they didn’t speak Dutch which is absolutely unacceptable for a four star hotel in a bilingual country. The breakfast tasted great and the range of choice was really extensive. The room was large including modern air conditioning and kitchenette, but the lack of kitchenware and cutlery really bothered us. Finally, we would like to thank the cleaning lady for paying close attention to details while keeping our room clean.

Poor service and standard, not worth the money, you can easily find much better hotels in the European district

Little bit "old". Not old fashioned, just old. Romms are in need of serious renovations.

Well located, Kind staff and there are various parking oppritunities, a garage too. But it is very narrow - because the hotel keeps the waste on the side. No-go in my opinion. A not so experienced driver wouls not be able to make it inside or outside. The room is okay but incredibly old-fashioned and seemingly not been renovated since the 70s.

Hotel is near from the city center. Easily accessible with the Metro and if you're fond of walking, it's almost a 30 mins walk from Central station. The room provided is spacious for two with a little kitchen too. Some of the appliances are a bit old but still Tip-top and it seems like they will renovate or change it soon. It was not a bother since I am not a picky one. But most of all, I find their service superb! All of our requests were handled up to the last dot! The Staffs are kind, very accomadating and they adjust if you speak English. 5 Stars+++ for being tourist friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everyone was so friendly, our room was huge with the most amazing bed. Exactly what you need after a day exploring the city. We could even watch Netflix in our room which was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious too 👍🏻

This was the view from our room :) The man at the reception was lovely, he was very welcoming and friendly. The room was huge, and the location is great. It has a subway nearby. It was little bit cold inside, and the bathroom was a little bit older, but other than that it was amazing!

An alright hotel. The style of the entrance and reception is decent and luxurious. The staff is very helpful and kind. The elevator looked quite out of date, but fine. The room is okay, minor damages and not everything was clean. So take that into account, hygiene is not top notch from my experience. 7/10
