THIS IS A FAKE HOTEL, DO NOT BOOK. They have been closed for two years but are still taking reservations... and people's money. I booked a room, got a confirmation email, my card was charged - and then the day before I was expected to stay I received an email that said my room could not be reserved due to COVID-19. If I could give negative stars, I would. I'm astonished that they have not been shut down by some authority by now, because this is a scam.

Decent hotel, if you are planning for long stay dont take small rooms on the top floor. Its not comfortable also no lift to the top floor you need carry your luggage through steps to the last floor. Breakfast cost is 14 euro and was okay,

The hotel is located on a busy street. So can't open windows it gets very loud. But when the windows are locked there is no problem. You do not have a vast choice for breakfast but it is adequate. They do not have a private parking so you will have to park your car in the street which was not much of a hassle lot of available space. The room itself is cozy and comfortable.

Nice room, but lacks air conditioning and on a hot day we couldn't get cold water from the tap or shower; it came out warm. Not ideal or comfortable for hot weather. Staff were great and friendly.

Great breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Neighbourhood is quiet and a nice place for a walk.

I've stayed here twice and would stay again when I need to come to this part of Brussels. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.
