HORRIBLE! if i could give 0 stars i would!! Very aggressive staff and owner, very dirty and not organized at all! They didn't even expect us! There response, when I told them that I booked 4 rooms was: Oh my god. We where only allowed to check in at 6 p.m.!!! But had to check out at 11 a.m. and just because it took us 15-20 minutes more the owner came really aggressively to a 21 year old young girl and said: WHO MAKES THE RULES IN THIS HOUSE? This is not a good and safe place, please stay away from it! SO HORRIBLE THAT WE ONLY SPENT 1 OF 2 NIGHTS THERE! If I could give 0 points, I would give them. I will give my report in all languages ​​to reach as many holidaymakers as possible. 1. We weren't expected. When we arrived we were greeted with wide eyes by the young lady (who was actually quite nice, unlike the other staff). When I told her that I had booked 4 rooms (the booking confirmation was included) she replied: Oh my God. I'M SORRY, WHAT?! Well, in the end we got our rooms, but we weren't allowed to check in until 6 p.m., even though we landed at 8:30 a.m. and said we would arrive at 1:00 p.m. 2. This accommodation was anything but clean. Bed full of hair and stains, towels smelled, toilet (which is outside the room) EXTREMELY DIRTY, remnants of other people's feces everywhere (even though it was supposed to be just our toilet) and no toilet paper available. 3. The employees were very AGGRESSIVE towards us. We were greeted very coldly for breakfast, but that was still ok. However, after we asked if we could pay by credit card, the owner became extremely AGGRESSIVE, came very close and responded with: Who makes the rules in the house, you or me? If you are not satisfied, contact Booking and not me. On the last day where we finally left, we came down at 11:15 (check out was 11am) and the owner repeatedly placed her very close in front of me (21 years young girl) and asked again in a very aggressive tone: Who makes the rules in this house? They also didn't want to provide a receipt for the cash payment. Please do not give this person any support and young people and especially young women should definitely not travel ALONE. According to our experience and assessment, this place is not safe.

Impeccable room, very clean, spacious, very quiet. The wifi works very well. The hosts are very friendly and discreet. The breakfast is royal. This is the third time I've stayed there and I'm never disappointed. I warmly recommend this address.

Honestly, what happened to us in this BB had never happened to us before!! after notifying the owner by telephone telling him that we couldn't arrive before 10pm for check-in he became furious saying that he wasn't interested in anything and that if we arrived after 10pm he would make us pay more than 400 euros per night instead of 50 per night. person who sincerely appreciates what he offers and always a lot. And so to arrive on time we had to take a taxi and beg him to hurry up, fortunately we arrived at 9.58pm but we spent 3 times as much for the taxi. Unhelpful staff and I really don't recommend it to anyone
