The desk is 24/7, you don't carry the key around. Metro and main tram lines are right in front of the hotel. There is a breakfast option. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel. The rooms are renovated. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. Small rooms, yet comfortable. Great place if you're there to sleep and head out exploring!

Room was good. Location is great. Staff was very sweet. Breakfast was ok.. could have a few more things. Coffee machine is good. Room doors are listen through. Bathroom tub could use curtains as when you shower the whole bathroom is wet and no water exit. Overall good.

When the hotel sign flashes outside your window that sort of tells the quality. Noisy main street but 50 euros (payable in cash) for a one star bed for a night in central Brussels is fair. 24x7 front desk makes you feel safe.

Clean and confortable hotel. Quite basic and the day we were it was really expensive but all hotels were the same price around. Good breakfast. Nice service. Good wifi

Best were friendly service of staff and central location....also cheap price. Minus, no real AC in rooms, hot and noisy due to traffic. Room options also on yard side. Wonderful fusion pizzeria downstairs!! "Otomat"

This hotel has two very big pluspoints; Great location and very cheap. I paid only 60 euro for one night including breakfast. It is only normal that you will not get top quality. Is that bad? Well there are some downsides. My room was very hot (no airco of course), and a bit muffy. Don't look too much at the rusty interior, and the holes in the ceiling. The TV had a bad connection, but who cares, and the shower was cold only. The shower cabin door didn't close well, causing a small flood in the tiny bathroom. But these are all small inconveniences. Breakfast was simple but good, and the staff is very friendly.

They asked us to leave immediately at 11:10. It took us just a few minutes too long and they were very rude. I'd rather pay more for a late check out than be talked to that way.

The hotel is pretty basic, but the rooms are clean and it is conveniently positioned, in a nice area close to the city center. The downside were the sockets - we had a triple room, and there was only one socket + another one in the bathroom, which we could use only if we left the light turned on. The beds were old, but pretty comfy. All in all it was ok for a 2-stars hotel.

The front desk staff were always polite and helpful. The hotel is in a great location with a train, metro and tram stop just outside. It's also within walking distance of the European Quarter. The hotel itself is a little cramped and ropey but the rooms were clean and everything worked. All in all, a good value hotel.

Even if this hotel is only 2 stars is much better than hotels with 4 stars. Is clean ,organised, the cleaning ladies does not do noise outside your door in the morning. The receptionist is friendly. The door down is always locked. At the same time this hotel is close to everything in a place where is too close to the centre.

Hotel has great location near metro station. Room was not cleanest and you can hear noise from another guest a lot. Breakfest was OK.

My only complaint was price. It's an older hotel but it's clean (sheets). Carpet is worn but so what. Bathroom was well stocked. Hot water was resolved by the morning. Check in staff was friendly and polite. Elevator is tiny but it works and you can get your luggage upstairs. Centrally located. Quick walk to food, bars, etc. I just felt what we paid too much for what it was.

Filthy, dingy, funky, balcony door off the hinge, carpet full of cigarette burns, balcony littered with cigarette buds, could hear every silent discussion in the corridor, cable not paid, shower drain clogged. Staff is friendly and they have a good deal with a taxi to the airport. Not a saving grace though.

The hotel is in very good locality. You have many restaurants and shops nearby. The room as such was a bit cramped . Very basic room. Could have been better. Very polite and helpful staffs. Breakfast as part of the reservation is just ok. Overall it's an average stay at an amazing location.

stay away I had a problem with the booking dates and they didn’t wanted to refund, not even a part. Zero communication or customer service. Thabks for nothing, enjoy that money, you will need it to face bankruptcy

"You don't buy a place but buy a location" I remember these words of the hotel manager there... Really good place to stay for a cheap rate and in the prime location of etterbeek.

Old building requiring updating. The room and linen was not clean and the bathroom was not good at all. Good location close to metro/bus line but overall not a good experience.

Excellent location and staff. There is a slight problem with noise, but it's not too much.

This hotel is a small one and clean. The rooms are not well isolated and sided by a bulevar, too noisy. The bad was hard. It is too expensive.

The atmosphere was great, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is really nice. Breakfast is also good and you can easily go to the city centre with the metro.

The bad: No closet to leave your clothes, only a hanger. Only one power outlet in the room, other one is in the bathroom so I had to charge my phone there. Beds separate easily so you have a hole in between the mattresses. You can hear everything from the hallway through the door. The good: the location is great, near Parc du Cinquantenaire and the metro station is in front of the hotel. There's a balcony with a nice view of the avenue. The room is warm and clean. The breakfast is ok. The staff is nice and friendly.

Value for money hotel. Do not expect high standarts. It value was great for Brussels's area and if you can also get breakfast included its great!

It was a pleasant stay, the noise of traffic Can be a bit disturbing. Really annoying that there were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, and no plug in the basin

I did spend one Night there in Feb 2024 Room 205, you can see the conditions of the Room in the Pictures. In one Picture is a Bug in the Bed ... The little Bugger was fast so it was hard to take a Photo. The Hotel offered me to change the Room because i booked a second night, but the second one (Room 504) looked not very clean as well. I left, the Hotel never offered a Refund. And pls look at the comment of the Hotel Management about this Review. Thats the attitude, doing the Donald Trump move and calling someone a Fake Media Person . The other Staff at the Place was friendly overall. The lokation in the City next to the Metro is convinient, and there is a nice Burgerrestaurant right next Door. I cannot recommend this Place.
