They are horrible with respecting the appointment hours. Today was my second consultation and needed to wait 80 minutes (first time I needed to wait 1 hour) to see the doctor. No explanation or a small sorry. Very unprofessional. I don't think I will do a third visit there.

At least my knee seems to work. Dr Grigard = wasted my money. 0 stars Last year Dr A Deltour did a partial meniscus repair. I was told I would walk, cycle and run again. I can partially walk again. I have knee , hip , and foot/ankle pain that wakes me up during the night. Did the surgery changed my gait? He told me after the surgery that I will have arthritis in ten years time. I can walk again and for this I am grateful. I regret having the surgery, because I was better off before. My life is now chronic pain. Some days I cannot walk. I am in my 40s. I was referred to a Dr Grignard (also in BOSI) for the change in gait. Dr Grigard ignored what I told him about his measurement system making me walk unnaturally for the shoe insoles. He had me pay for a set of inappropriate shoe insoles (€300) that caused a foot pain in both feet and I could not walk. I stopped wearing the insoles after 2 weeks. Waste of my time and a loss of €300. The two doctors I saw were private.
