Love this studio. I love that you can just go whenever you want to without the need for a reservation. They always have room. I am usually very busy at work so often it is a last minute decision to go take a class and it is just so relaxing to know that I can just go into any class and know i can practice and also to know that it will be a great class. All their teachers are great. Some teacher's styles suit me better than others but I guess this is to be expected. In any case I have only had amazing classes with a true focus on all the aspects of yoga. Great studio and very conveniently located too. I highly recommend.

I love the culture of Yoga Loft - yoga for everyone! You don't need to be experienced, just come to the mat type of environment. Yoga teachers are amazing, classes are always well varied and unique.

Lovely family atmosphere. Classes up to 12 ppl so you will get an opportunity to bond with the yogis and teachers (and get their support during practice - I do appreciate that). Once you start practicing with Mariana, Aurelie or Armando you will for sure come back to the studio 💫🤸🏼🧘🏽‍♀️

Very positive experience. I joined Brussels Yoga Loft in 2019 and since then I’m a regular customer. Good selection of classes in French and English, with different kinds of yoga and a convenient schedule for those who work until 6 pm. I only wish there were more online classes – even though I know it's not the same energy. The teachers are knowledgeable and friendly. Nice, cosy and clean studios with all the props you may need and easy to park nearby – especially in Tomberg and Chatelain. I strongly recommend!

I joined about 5 months ago and it has been a very rewarding experience. Great teachers and a nice variety of yoga styles!

I love it here. They offer classes every single day of the week in a lot of different times, which is really convenient for me. They also provide all the equipment you need for your practice. I especially enjoy the Rocket Yoga class. I just wish they bring Ashtanga back to their offer!

I’m really glad I found the Brussels Yoga Loft. The classes are amazing and the teachers attentive, correcting postures when needed. They offer a lot of different types of yoga classes for different levels across their 3 studios, making it easy to try them out. Everyone, staff and yogis alike, is very friendly, giving the studio a homey and peaceful atmosphere. Another plus is that there is no need to bring anything, they provide mat and props!

Great teachers, good variety of classes and yoga "types", small number of participants at each class so better focus from teachers, and betters chances to improve your practice!

Nice clean place for yoga, in small groups. Nice that they accept teens, to do an activity together. Mats are clean by the user. Instructors are nice and correct posture.

I have been practicing yoga at the BYL studio since I have arrived in Brussels, long ago :) Always a guarantee for fantastic teachers and a friendly atmosphere!

The studio is fully furbished and has a very nice homy vibe. All the teachers have their style which makes every practices to be different and fullfilling. Tried for the first time Yoga Nidra and fell in love with the principle and Practice. Yoga classes are done in French and English. Very International crowd yet very connected. I highly recommend this place to yoga and even as a beginner.
