    I started at SuperMums when my son was 5 months old. Bea's classes were exactly what I was looking for because I was new in Brussels, and I wanted to exercise after my pregnancy but I could not leave my baby with anyone, so I had to bring my baby with me. SuperMums offered me the possibility to combine both and also to have a great time with her and all the SuperMums! The classes are very dynamic and fun, and Bea is super kind, responsible, very professional and always willing to help and give advices! I would definitely recommend Bea and her classes, you won't be disappointed!!

    Finding Supermums in the early stage of pregnancy was a blessing for me. Bea is such a great coach both inside and outside the class. My aim was to have a healthy pregnancy process and stay active - I discovered and enjoyed much more than that! In addition to the classes, Supermums offers access to an amazing community of mums where you can ask anything. It's a great support when you're living abroad. One year into the delivery of my baby, I am still working out with Supermums and feeling stronger every week. In sum: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! You won't regret it.

    This is such an AMAZING place! Bea, the owner creates a wonderful atmosphere where future and current mums can come together, do some sports, but also just hang out or support each other. It has been such an important part in my pregnancy and post partum recovery, thank you for everything Bea and my fellow Super mums!:))

    I absolutely recommend Supermums for fitness pre and post pregnancy!! There are so many different classes and options to stay fit and stay/get back to shape in a healthy and balanced manner. But most of all, supermums is a community of wonderful women, a family, and a place of support and empowerment for new mums and women more generally. Thank you Bea for leading this beautiful place and thank you Diana as well for keeping us fit and sane with amazing workouts, workshops and other programs!

    Such a wonderful community! After 6 months of training I am in the best shape I've been in in years. Great support from Bea and Diana, the classes are varied and even though it's a group class it feels like personal training. Highly recommend!!!

    Doing Supermums is a real help during post-partum and maternity leave. Not only for the exercices that really help your body to recover, but also for the support, the community of mums that you can meet and who support each others. You can come with your baby, all baby friendly (changes tables, toys, mats)! And Bea and Diana are the best!

    Highly recommend SuperMums to all mums (soon to be mums, those with babies or older kids). There are workouts for all stages of motherhood!! Bea and Annamaria are great, they are super professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I did superbellies throughout my pregnancy and now I’m slowly regaining my strength and fitness with the supermums classes.

    Super nice studio with great classes (online for now). Bea motivates you to stay in shape during pregnancy and get back in shape after birth. Always with big smile! Pregnancy and postbirth are very special phases in your life and all the support you can have is super welcome. Supermums goes much further than fitness! It has a family feeling where everyone tries to help everyone! Really recommend!

    SuperMums is absolutely great to get back in shape after having a baby. You can bring the little one along and the babies are having fun seeing their mums doing some workout. Bea is a great trainer, absolutely professional, fun and just wonderful, she can motivate anyone. It is also a great place to gather and meet other mums!

    I joined supermums over a year and a half ago and I have been enjoying it a lot! The classes are great and the atmosphere is friendly and supportive. I definitely recommend it!

    Great studio, the location is very cozy! The owner, Bea, is doing a great job also during difficult pandemic year teaching online also. What I like the most is the full program from the 3 month of pregnancy until a fully recovery after your delivery. Thank you Supermums!

    I am doing the no more diastasis program at Supermums and this program is really amazing… half of the third week of nine weeks and there is a visible difference already!! The mind is more connected during any movement I do: I remember how much I suffer during the hypopressive exercises and I try to keep core close, while holding the baby or doing efforts to do not vanify the progresses!!! 😍 My boyfriend is also impressed by the result and my old kid (4.5 yo) 3 weeks ago asked me if I had another baby in the belly…. And now he is also telling me how small is becomin the belly! Thank you!!! 🙏🏻

    Really nice classes! I was looking for a personal trainer to get back in shape after baby number 2 and I am more than happy to have found SuperMums! Nice variety of courses with different levels, great trainers and I love the international atmosphere! I have been doing it for a few months now and I really see the effects. It helps me to keep the motivation level high to know that we are a group of mums dealing with all the craziness of everyday live and having fun to exercice all together. A little + point for me: The possibility to follow the online classes (I'm a bit far from Bruxelles) during which Annamaria or Bea manage to motivate you and give you personalized advice!

    Lovely trainers and studio. I followed mostly online classes during confinement and it helped not only perfectly prepare for the labor, but also to be in touch with other ‘Superbellies’. I will continue and I recommend.

    I’ve been looking around for a long time to find a community like this. And it’s a total pleasure. The workouts for the pregnant bellies are very strong and powerful, Thanks to AnnaMaria! Also they listen to each individual and give all the support and help you need. Which is really lovely to see. Beatriz is extremely kind, I mean, it’s the full package you won’t find anywhere else!

    It has great classes for pregnant, amazing studio and amazing teachers ( Bea and Annamaria). For now, both live and online classes are offered with price differentiation between the two. The chat groups are also amazing, bring sense of community and a lot of knowledge! Highly recommended!

    I absolutely love Supermums. I've never been much of a sporty person and I almost cannot believe that I found a place that really motivates me to keep coming back! The trainer Bea is fantastic, very inspiring and welcoming. The classes are just the right combination of challenging and fun, and you can rest assured that you will always be doing exercises that are right and safe for you, because Bea makes an effort to get to know you and makes sure you are working out appropriately. I've also met some great people there and I love the chill and supportive vibe of the place. 100% recommend!

    SuperBellies and SuperMums were definitely the best prenatal and postnatal classes that I have experienced. Bea makes each class super fun and takes the time to explain why you should or shouldn’t do certain moves during or after pregnancy. On top of a great workout, you get to learn about various pregnancy and postnatal topics. It’s a nice place to meet other pregnant ladies and new mums. My favourite part of SuperMums is that babies are welcome to attend the classes, which is a great way for them to socialize with others and stay close to mum whilst she works out.

    An absolut must-do for all future mamas and new mamas to go through your pregnancy and your postpartum journey! Beatriz is a great instructor who helped me to go throughout the end of my pregnancy and have a very smooth delivery (which I could not imagine was possible!). I can't thank her enough for that and can't wait to join the program again to go through my postpartum recovery journey!
