    A REAL nightmare overall with ING, I closed my account, and received unexplaination letter because they need to return me the yearly fees they charged, someone answered my email, then dissapeared for a year. I received a CRS form which I questioned why, on the phone I was on hold for 20 mins, then someone in very bad line answered for one minute, can't resolve issue, then asked me to hold for another 10 mins anymore. I cut off the line. No wonder my acquiaintance who works there said I would be better off in other bank & close my account!

    Été ce jour ING. 1 automate dont le dépôt est indisponible, 1 dont il est impossible d'insérer la carte et le 3 ème ( et dernier ) avec une file de 4 personnes. Décidément depuis que les services ING sont devenus extrêmement coûteux, toutes les agences ferment les unes après les autres et le service est d'une nullité sans nom. Au secours BBL revient.Argenta toujours gratuit et certainement pas pire.

    Le service bancaire ce n'est plus ce que c'était hélas.. Injoignable par téléphone, -ils ne veulent plus parler aux clients, ils savent que les gens ne sont pas contents .. !!! Agence pas accueillante du tout, je déconseille ..
