    Ticketmaster is almost a scam. They do everything to overcharge you. They handled the cancellations and reschedules of the events caused by covid in a very bad way. They are not made for fans, they are made for rich people who don't mind the price of the ticket and don't mind if they lose their ticket. This company is a shame.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are terrible! They bury complete exclusion of any sort of responsibility for sound customer service in their fine print. Read it very carefully. Recently, I paid 313 Euros for a soccer match that happened a day earlier than the ticket they sold me and they claim it was MY responsibility to confirm the date! Absolutely brutal!

    Was in line for the coldplay tour 2022, finally get to choose my ticket after 25 minutes. Only to discover that I need to fill in a separate form for a wheelchair ticket and send proof of being disabled. And then get back in line with the form. Never have I had to do this on ticketmaster.nl for any other concert. Couldn't find a phone number to call. Seriously disappointed.

    Please be aware! Once you bought a parking ticket - extremely expensive btw, 25 € - you can neither resale nor give it back. So this organisation has it easy to make double win. Who likes that??

    I'm a frequent concert goer and I'm puzzled we're allowing the monopoly of this unethical and greedy company. Buying any tickets with them is nothing short of an anxiety inducing experience that often ends up in disappointment and frustration. Im currently dealing with a glitch making it almost impossible to pay for tickets on my phone (impossible to buy on my laptops as well). Customer service is useless. Makes you never want to attend any live event. (Let's celebrate venues that still manage to avoid their services). I guess the only upside is that unlike in the US our regulations don't allow them dynamic pricing ending in 95k dollar tickets...

    I don't understand why in 2023 that kind of archaic management still exist for something so important as concert. I tried 3 times in 6 months to get tickets for concerts and each time, I'm debited then error messages or, even worst, my places were just cancelled with no reasons. I'm not even talking about disastrous after sales service. Having a look at all the previous comments, I see I'm not the only one to be deprived of my concert. For the common good, you should start again from scratch with a new management strategy or just, please, close your company!

    I have never experienced such a terrible service... I've bough tickets almost 3 years ago, couldn't use them because of Corona for 2 years, and this year I was told that tickets are already sold out. Although I was receiving e-mails that my tickets will be transferred to 2022 and I don't have to do anything. What a shame! Communiction is completely worthless, only through the site, answers were coming a few days later or never... Complete disappotointment. Will never ever buy any ticket here again and will not advise to anyone.

    When tickets are sold out and you see a lot of malicious websites still selling tickets for a HUGE amount... Don't bother report it to Ticketmaster... They won't do anything about it, even if you send the link to the websites and a screenshot for the places they are offering, they could easily cancel those tickets (like they mention on their website if you would but more than 4 tickets)... Guess they got they're money... They don't care about the fans at all. Very dissapointed, also very sus... Do they gain something from this?

    Arnaqueurs. Concert prévu en octobre 2020, annulé à 2 reprises et reporté en septembre 2022. Pour être rembourser il faut prouver que vous ne pourriez pas être présent sinon c'est nada. A l'avenir je n'achèterais plus jamais le moindre ticket chez ses escrocs. Et si je sais qu'ils ont le monopole des tickets, je préfère ne plus aller à des concerts plutôt que d'enrichir ses voleurs
