Although the fish seemed absolutely fresh and the quantities were abundant, I found the rice to be quite mushy. Furthermore, what should be single portions of sushi and sashimi to be eaten in one bite as per tradition, were often to be divided in half to allow this. I wasn't impressed, but I'll try it again in the future.
