I had to choose one star but I would choose zero. They have a very bad system, always busy in the shop and online as well, not faire with the requests and make a lot of mistakes in the system.

Rude staff :( don’t bother to go

Terrible curstomer service. For someone who is new to the system no one explains how it works. We looked around for a 'ticket'/'token'. Couldn't find any. Asked the nearest free customer service person about whom to speak to for a new SIM. Reply was rude and after further questioning we were told that we have to register with 'person with the tablet' to get a ticket. We looked around, found no one with the tablet and eventually left.

Its not the staff fault. Proximus in general is incapable of managing the jobs. Registering new clients when they know there is a shortage of installers is just an example. If you go to this centre you will have to wait for one hour and then without having your issue resolved you will have to leave. This is just crazy, stay away from this company

Absolutely useless. Really. Had to solve a problem they had no clue. And quite unfriendly.

I will never ever understand how internet providers function in Belgium… why do you have to send a simcard wifi router with Bpost when you can make it available in the store? It doesn’t require technical assistance so why make it VERY inconvenient for people! I dont want to wait two weeks to get a router and then for Bpost to mess up my delivery and now to wait even more because there has been “unseen circumstances” Also, what is with your customer service? Very very rude Ive been in Belgium for 6 years, Proximus hasn’t improved one bit.

Absolutely deplorable service. Waited 40 minutes to be served and then told they can't help. It's a company that's principally government-owned and holding a monopoly on the Belgian telco market, this might make sense to you but it smells like corruption to me. With the amount of revenue these guys make I would expect more staff and better service.

Ticket system is useless. First came in to the shop the staff instructed to get a ticket but they don’t call by ticket sequence. What’s the point? Staff walking around can’t be bother to work

Between was awesome and spent over an hour with me to assist with a problem that was over 3 weeks to fix. Many kudos!

Nothing changed after 6 months in this Proximus shop. Unfortunately this is the only in this area. Think twice before you choose Proximus for your Gsm and internet provider. The problem of communication 8s bigger than you could imagine! Courage 🤞😱😤

One of the people working there was rude and arrogant with the customers. Incosistent offers. Not good service for international customers. But there was also some people trying to help and fix things.

Having to go back to get subscription fixed due to errors by the staff, and waiting 30 minutes for each visit just isn't good enough. Truly waste of time.

Bad services, when I had a problem and I had to call them they were very aggressive and unprofessional. It truly seems that they don’t care about customer satisfaction at all and have no respect for them. Overall a terrible company, to be avoided at all costs!

They cannot help with technical problems. The personnel are not even knowledgeable of how their products function. Best to google solutions to technical issues. There is a woman at the desk who is only concerned about fixing her lashes and flipping her hair while her treatment to customers is rude. The only Proximus center with respectful and knowledgeable personnel, based on my experience, is the one in Gare du Midi.

We went there on thursday last week with the intention to buy à new smartphone No customers in the shop but the staff was very unfriendly Asked for some info on a smartphone but the person was totally uninteressed When i asked them how much the price was to transfer data from or old phone to a new one One person said 20 € and another one said 10 € But he added we do not know when we can do this I decided to leave the shop and will never visit this shop again We bought the Smartphone on Saturday in Proximus shop at Westland Shoppingcenter where the staff was perfect

Saturday, 10h00, 10 min queue and it turns out that there is no one to serve business customers, only private ones. Bravo
