Today
bought
a
brand
new
Dolce
Gusto
coffee
machine
at
Vanden
Borre
in
Woluwe
shopping
center.
When
I
arrived
home
and
tried
the
coffee
machine,
this
machine
leaked
water
like
it
was
a
strainer.
Immediately
jumped
into
the
car
and
registered
myself
at
Vanden
Borre
Woluwe
shopping
center.
The
repair
service
took
a
look
at
this
and
removed
a
small,
sharp
metal
component
in
the
suction
point
from
the
water
reservoir
to
the
pump
(what
is
this
loose
piece
of
metal
doing
in
a
brand
new
machine
in
this
place?).
Then
they
assumed
that
the
machine
would
work
again
(how
can
they
know
this?
I
think
these
people
DON't
understand
what
kind
of
tests
these
machines
undergo
at
the
factory
before
deciding
on
proper
functioning).
My
demand
for
a
new
machine
was
immediately
rejected.
When
I
went
through
with
my
claim,
he
threatened
to
kick
me
out
of
the
store.
My
native
language
is
Dutch.
My
French
is
far
from
perfect.
When
I
asked
to
switch
to
English,
I
was
told
that
not
everyone
speaks
English.
When
I
proposed
to
go
to
Dutch,
the
same
Vanden
Borre
shop
manager
suggested
I
switch
to
Greek
...
Besides
my
technical
problem
with
this
coffee
machine,
I
wonder
how
it
is
possible
that
a
shop
manager,
responsible
for
a
Brussels
Vanden
Borre
branch,
is
unable
to
speak
English
or
Dutch.
The
shop
manager
in
question
is
named
Vasilios
D.
He
is
arrogant,
on
the
verge
of
being
aggressive
and
unable
to
deliver
correct
customer
service.
I
NEVER
buy
1
product
at
Vande
Borre
in
the
future
anymore.
I
will
also
notify
all
my
family,
friends
and
colleagues.
