i went to buy a shirt and it said it was on sale for 12.99€. When i went to go pay, I was told it was 19.99€ and the sale doesn’t start until tomorrow. Why change the price if the sale hasn’t even started. Very misleading.

Terrible service. Every time I came, I waited for long time at the cash desks. They never open more cash desks, even when there are long queues 😒

The perfume in the store is so strong that it causes nausea. It has plenty of tacky bright housewares.

Extremely rude and incompetent staff, they even refused to issue invoice for VAT refund for purchased goods, skip.

Reading some previous reviews about customers mentioning bad service but I must say , honestly the current staff are really friendly and helpful . I only speak English and they were more than helpful with getting what I needed. Thanks for great service !!

The man with eyeglasses who was assigned in the fitting room never smiles. I went inside the room to fit some clothes and when I went out, I greeted him with a smile he just look at me. A costumer service training will help him deal with costumers😊 (Can't find the Zara clothing review section)

The fitting rooms are so dirty. Mango and H&M are on the same premise but have much cleaner fitting rooms.

Always a nice shopping experience to get bed clothing, decoration items, small lamps, mirrors, cutlery, crockery, or even hand wash. It gets more minimalistic every time I go, but still cozy.

I do weekly visits to ZARA Home, and I still believe that should come much often. The portfolio of items is incredible cozy and larg variety of items with good taste can satisfy the most stubborn tastes. Now winter holidays are approaching and very nice and appropriate enrichments to the house and life can be found. Here you can find lovely things which can work for the entire year, not necessarily for a season! Visit Zara Homa and be Happy!
