So it seems that Orange works with agents who get a commission for every new contract, and therefore other agents, such as this shop, have no incentive to help you, which was my case. If I had gone directly to this shop to make the new subscription, I guess it would be fine. In my case they just sent me back with another phone number to call 🤦🏻‍♂️

Staff were friendly and thanked me for waiting but I waited in store for 55 minutes while they served 1 single customer ahead of me. 2 Staff members on hand. But only helping one customer at a time. Unfortunately I had to wait because the website was broken and wouldn't let me buy my roaming plan from home.
