    We were very poorly received this Saturday, October 15 by the lady in the first office in the agency. Not at all attentive to our requests and unpleasant. I hope she gets commissions on bookings made with her. We booked with another agency where Axelle advised us and took the time to welcome us.

    Very disappointed! I went to the agency on Tuesday 08/16 afternoon to receive information about a stay with a small dog. The advisor told me that she will call the relevant department the next day to ensure that the dog will be accepted on the bus for transfer. I received no call the next day. I called the agency and was told that they had not been able to reach the service. I went to the agency on Friday because I had no news. I was told that the service cannot be reached on weekends and that I have to wait until Monday to receive a response. It is Wednesday 24/ 08 and to this day I still have no news from the agency! There is a lack of respect and politeness towards the customer. It would have been nice to at least receive a message to tell me that they were unable to reach the service. It's incredible that the client has to "run after" the agency in order to get an answer. Therefore, I do not recommend this travel agency!
