Do not even try. I ordered there a new service and it was not executed. When I called the Proximus customer service they said that the person who placed my order did everything wrong and my order was cancelled. Proximus Woluwe Shp Cen did not inform me about any problems. Bunch of teenagers with totally 0 customer service skills.

Have called a little after 10 am, just called now at 16:57 no one answers the phone ! It has been at least 3 weeks since I visited them to buy a cover for my new Sony Xperia L2 phone..they promised to call when they had news as they were waiting for a catalogue..today April 26th no news and again, no one answers the phone !! Very poor customer service !

If you look for a surrealistic remnant of Belgian admin ... try returning a decoder or modem to a Proximus shop. Motivated by Proximus only increasing rates on existing contracts and never offering old clients the benefit of new deals spontaneously, I stopped a contract and was asked to return the hardware to a Proximus shop. When in the Proximus labelled shop, I was turned down and fortunately a queuing client told me where to go ... not only does Proximus like to abuse clients moneys but why can't they communicate clearly and implement customer friendly solutions??? I am actually surprised they still are in business ...

Terrible service, unprofessional and useless. I've been there twice and both times I've heard that they don't know what to do or that they can't do anything and sent me to the helpline. Don't go there, it doesn't make any sense.

you have low costumer services,i have been waiting for about a month for my phone and you told me that you will call later but you didn't.i still don't have my phone now that you closed you shop because of lockdown.

Customers service is hideous. They are not efficient and the screen cover they offer for the cellphones is not worthy and they put it in a messy way.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Worst customer service ever. I bought an Iphone SE which was broken, they told us it was our bad luck. Never buy a phone here.

Excellent service

After more than 10 times going to this place and ask only for one thing, there is no happend. I have bills from another customers and more then one month the can not fixed it! I am very-very disappointed!!! They send me more then a month another bills and in the same time told me not to worry! But there is nothing officially and there is no result 😞.
