Let us share our journey and guide with to-be-parents, like us once. An absolute must! Orchestra Zaventem is the first and most important store in Brussels. A go to place for to-be-parents and experienced ones as well. Different sections from prénatal clothing, till an extensive toy area, you will find everything you need. You can enjoy 50% off with membership card, which makes the prices looking good. Especially during sales season, it can be super exciting. The selection does not change weekly like a fast fashion store, but gives you always a comforting way to find new items. Chances are that you will never leave the store empty handed.

Just changed my baby list from dreambay to Orchestra. Best decision ever. 1. They are waaaaay friendlier!!! 2. Much more explanation without checking their watch every 5 mins 3. You get to see way more articles in the shop I definitely recommend. Very very happy 🥰

Shop for kid's items but not kids friendly. The Toilet is not adjusted for kids. The wc is for adult. They should learn from the neighbour IKEA where they have separate lower toilet for kid's use or Docx Brussels. Our 3years old was scared today to use their toilet and it was very dirty. They have another toilet in the back side which they kept closed showing the false reason of Covid (as all other restrictions are lifted in this country) which we previously used as cleaner but still no WC adjusted for kid's. Hope their higher authority takes feedback seriously and improve!

Huge place great price all for kids. You need to have a subscription for getting things cheaper. It has a nice indoor playground with a café.

Huge shop where you'll find all you need for your baby. Good quality at a reasonable price if you buy their membership card. Big downside: incompetent staff can make the experience quite frustrating (with the exception of the lovely woman at the stroller section). Will go to another Orchestra next time!

Perfect store for kids? Great play area to keep kids busy. Huuuge selection, tons of different brand and prices - something for everyone. Clothing, toys, transportation, furniture and so on.

I would compare the quality similar to C&A or Primark (For family, You can see Disney clothing here too with similar quality) But the club price is best/cheaper only if you pay the yearly membership fee (30 Euros) which seem slightly not fair. I didnt give 3 stars because comparatively you get more fashionable clothing here and plenty of toys for kids (Prices are same as you get in online stores like amazon)

You cant evan find a foil to warp gifts in this place!

Huge store with baby stuff. Parking right infront of the shop. A small restaurant right inside the shop. You get every imaginable baby stuff here, clothing, pram, toys, maternity clothes... It's advantageous if you have a orchestra membership.

Very nice coffee and cup cake

Very nice shop, very big, a lot of choices ... There you can find everything you need for your children, clothes for babies and boys and girls from 0 months to 14 years old. Also you can find food for babies, and chairs, and buggies, and carseat, kangroo, games, stroller, walker....ext. The fan of orchestra can pay a card for 30 € per year, and they can buy all clotes with half price, and other discounsts. Inside the shop there is a small cafeteria.

I loved that they had a small playing area ....so I could enjoy my shopping and my kid enjoyed playing

Just jumped to orchestra zaventem to pickup some bodies for the baby, as needed emergency.the ladies from the till asked me for my identity card, as I had the photo of the orchestra card with me, as advised by them when I did it.i had no ID,wallet anything with me just phone and some cash.they wouldn't give me the discount without the ID, eventhough I showed proof of emails when I did the orchestra card.embarrased million times.never to return

Horrible customer experience, in shop and online. Long waiting time, high prices, always cheaper in other shops or online. The member card is a joke to trap customers.
