(Translated by Google) grumble in front of the patient in palliative care by saying I quote "is it really necessary to still take blood tests at home??!!" Is one of the worst things I've ever heard. For more context, this person needed said blood test to find out if symptomatic treatment was still possible.

They kicked a patient I know to the street at 4 Am! And got even more sick!! They could ve waited till morning, till he actually can find a train back home where he can treat himself from severe stomach pain that they failed to treat or even diagnose !! Shame , really shame

I don’t write many reviews but everyone has to know the incompetence of this hospital. Childbirth: Avoid. ER: Avoid. I never had to visit this ER thankfully but know a friend who went with severe stomach pain, couldn’t eat and lost 15kg. Was seen and sent home with 2 incompatible medications without an actual look in the throat etc. Felt even worse day after and went to ER in Liege miles away and still hospitalized a week later but finally recovering. Another case (mine): Ill never forget trying to get the attention of staff with alarm going off on monitor pre-labour. Happened several times then a slow conclusion: baby was choking due to them forgetting to change position after epidural. During birth a nurse on phone taking calls while on top of my wife in labour pushing down with one hand. “Can you get off the phone?” Reply: “No I am the only person to receive calls”. All’s well that ends well so they say but please just Avoid. It’s like playing the lotto with your health. Went to nearby Brussels Delta for second birth. A world of difference.

(Translated by Google) Never experienced such an absurd situation in my life. 7 and a half hours of waiting for me to be placed on a bandage that looks like nothing! A 10 year old child would have done better .. worse it was the head of department who did it to me, I strongly advise him to go back to school. It's a shame to call it "emergencies" we just have time to burst our mouths open before someone deigns to take care of us (Original) Jamais vécu une situation aussi absurde de ma vie.

I am very surprised by all the negative comments, although most of them relate. to emergencies. I have been operated in the gynecologist department and have been extremely well treated, very competent and kind service by all medical professionals. Excellent administration and follow-up, always called back in reasonable timing. I am very aware that experiences can be different according to services in any hospital, so wanted to give them my credit.

My experience here was excellent . Despite a nurse at emergency saying I could not be helped (?) my wrist was severely broken, but after her it was one continuous stream of caring and professional people . I was operated on one day later and I feel this was very well done . I was called afterwards to see if I was ok . No complaints !

Straightforward outpatient visit, RX. First visit. Very busy but all personnel very patient and helpful. Medical crew in RX extremely patient and tolerant of my delayed reaction to position instructions. My minor but annoying pains rendered me very slow. Compared to my UK NHS experience the facility deserves an Oscar. Grand merci 🙏

Appointments have to be made months in advance. Even with an appointment your doctor can be 1h+ late and tell you that’s just what it is. Don’t know if it’s because of a shortage of competent doctors, somehow you could be transferred from one doctor to another and have to wait another month. Also for whatever reason if you are late, you are totally doomed. They tell you they can’t see you anymore and give you another appointment in two months. Very impressed.
