    Appalling experience - totally unprofessional team. After asking why I was left waiting for 1 hour, the Dr told me extremely rudely that she didn't consider it necessary to see me (despite a prescription!) and demanded personal medical details IN PUBLIC. The receptionist told me that the "Dr had arrived late and it wasn't their fault". Also they are not able to read Belgian ID cards for health records. Go to a public hospital, you will get much better service. (I would like to make a formal complaint, but quelle surprise, they hide their admin contacts).

    I would not wish this experience on anyone. I had an appointment at the “département de radiodiagnostic”. I arrived late as I mistakenly went to the front desk upstairs instead of down the stairs to the correct department. I was aware that I was late, this was my mistake. I would however much rather have rescheduled and paid for the missed appointment, than receive the treatment that I did. The lady at the front desk scolded me from the moment I sat down. She got angry that I did not understand a question and tried to tell me that my appointment was wrong, when it was really just a misunderstanding on my part. The other lady at the front desk also chimed in during this misunderstanding to tell me that "this is not how it works here". I knew my appointment was set up correctly, but I was cut off too many times to get a chance to explain what I meant. Furthermore she was rude when I gave the french address of my Dr. and not the Flemish one. And she made a problem out of my phone number, telling me it was wrong and had too many numbers. I am a foreigner, my phone number is from another country. Yes, it may be inconvenient for you that my phone number has a country code, but you should not tell me in an angry voice that my phone number is “wrong” . I just moved here from another country and have not had the chance to learn french, get a new phone number and figure everything out. I should still be treated with respect when I visit the doctor. Anyways, I was told very sternly that since I was late I would have to wait, but she could not tell me for how long. I got my consultation after 2,5 hours of waiting. I paid my 80 euros for the consultation and left, but I assure you I am never coming back. I felt very unwelcome.

    I share the experiences of the reviewers below: the receptionist is very rude and the establishment does not show any caution/care regarding corona virus. I came in time for my appointment in time and I have waited 30 minutes in the waiting room indicated (in front of doctor's office). However, in the office next to the waiting room, there was a doctor who was coughing constantly. Horrified I went to the reception and ask whether indeed the doctor was in and that it is not possible to make people wait for so long when the employees/people working there cough constantly. The lady at the reception told me I can wait downstairs and that she will call the doctor. She actually picked up the phone (later I found she was just pretending to call). After 10 more minutes I asked what is happening and she said that the doctor did not call back. I inquired after 10 more minutes again and she told me that the doctor took the next patient. She also told me to go upstairs and knock at the doctor's door because now the doctor is free - which I did...just to realize that the doctor was not free and that the receptionist never called the doctor. I had to wait for 2 months for this appointment, I waited half hour in a hallway where not a single window was opened and where a doctor was coughing constantly and was keeping his door opened and I waited in total 1 h! Obviously this establishment does not take corona virus seriously and does not apply the same rules to the people working there as they apply for the patients: do not come to the office if you are coughing. Moreover, the receptionist blatantly lied that I could wait downstairs where the door was opened and telling me the doctor will call when she is free. Other patients shared my concerns as after complaining about the coughing doctor/employee, another patient came to me saying that she fully understands me that it is unacceptable to make people wait there.

    I had an appointment with the dermatologist, Dr. Jeagher. She was friendly, attentive, and spoke good English! She took time to listen to my problems and also prescribed blood test to be sure. The nurses were also friendly. The lady who took my blood had really smooth hand. I paid in total 70 euro. One star off for the receptionist who picked up the phone when I made the appointment. She wasn't friendly and could not even answer how much the mutual will cover the fee.

    🚫The reception service is very unpleasant and rude. When telephone lines are busy, a response message is issued in three languages, including English. However, when they answered the phone and I asked if they spoke English, they hung up on me three times!!!📵 The fourth time a very very unfriendly person responded to me😒. When I asked if I could talk to the gynecologist about any problem with the treatment, her only answer was NO!. Super sharp without explaining more options to me until I insisted and insisted on severity. Another call and three emails sent, it took more than two weeks to get a response from the gynecologist When you have a health problem and you are in the middle of treatment, this attention is the least thing that will help you...🚫

    Terrible! They do not have appointments in 5 or 6 moths for regular check-ups. A private clinic with very limited staff and services. Do not recommend.

    It was pleasant visit. For my blood test, told the doctor that am afraid of needles and she's fun and KNOW-HOW to make me at Ease. Kind words and positive vibe from her. Thank you. God bless.

    I went to Dr Oana Gabriela Dobrescu and had a very positive experience. She took her time and was very empathetic. She was also reachable by e-mail after my consult when I had a concern about a medication. Top.

    Went there for preventive medicine exams and the experience was great. The receptionists were very kind and polite and all spoke French, English and Dutch. The doctors gave me the necessary attention and were very professional. Social distancing rules were respected. I definitely recommend this medical center.

    I tried several specialists here based on my GP's recommendation, but gave up eventually. Have to wait weeks/months for an appointment and even then sit in the waiting room for unreasonable times. Prices are high and service is mediocre.

    We arrived at the center 30 minutes before our appointment. The front desk was very helpful and spoke English to us. Very polite women. We had our appointment at the neurologic exactly at the time we had scheduled. The center was clean and everybody was covid careful.

    Good afternoon I have been several times in Medicis and I am very happy with my Gynecologist, ophthalmologist, and with the staff who does the blood test (very friendly). The X-ray dept. very good too.

    I go for specialist at this center and so far the three of them were competent, understanding, on time and the receptionist I encounter was always helpful and nice. Yes they might be more expensive than other places no one is forced to go there!

    Amazing Clinique, the appointments are easy to make, the ambiance is calm, and the medical secretaries were very welcoming. I was taken care by Dr. Josset Amélie. Professional, kind, understanding, and everything you could wish for in a doctor ! I will absolutely refer her to anyone looking for a general practitioner. Thank you so much for your help ! ❤️

    Yesterday, I did my third 'annual health check' at Medicis HTC. This is the third time I am pleased to award 5* for excellence. The team is fantastically professional, very helpful and welcoming - and happily trilingual (EN, FR, NL). The facilities are excellent too. I recommend them whole heartedly.

    Consultants were excellent for a vein problem, and a benign lump. Radiology dept doctors were good. The radiology reception (separate entity from Medicis but in same building) still writes down the appointments into a large book. It's archaic! Appointments were often late regardless the specialist. Staff are mostly kind, warm towards their patients. Unless they work out patients were not Cis, and then the kindness and warmth is replaced with distance... They didn't update their results into the patient's government health records, which meant my GP could not access these. I had to ask them 4 times to do it, and then I got a print out. No eHealth uploads etc. They are expensive. Completely private practice poly clinic.
