The room itself is fine. There's a safe, a small refrigerator, and even a hair dryer. There was no breakfast, no one at reception, and no one answers the phone. The website says the room comes with breakfast, there's even a door with a sign on it that says breakfast 0600-1100 but the door is locked. There's a sign that says in case of emergency call then lists a number but I don't consider being hungry an emergency so I did not call. I know it seems petty to give 2 stars over no breakfast but I've traveled in 13 European countries this summer and I've stayed in nicer places WITH nice breakfasts for less money. If you're not going to provide breakfast, it's cool, just say so but if you say you provide it then do so. We choose where we stay based on that. Now instead of enjoying my complimentary breakfast at this hotel I'm at a restaurant paying a ridiculous amount of money for a waffle and a cup of coffee.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. First, they claim on booking sites that there is free parking which is to anyone's normal understanding would mean: parking premises provided by the hotel. Unfortunately, it is actually a public parking space around the city wherein you have to search around the blocks if there would be any free space. Secondly, the younger man in the reception was very rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. He doesn't care if the guests are having trouble, he will never lift a finger to help. Third, one would hear all the noise outside the room; be it the busy streets, the music from the bars around or even the conversation of the people from the other rooms. Fourth, the room is mouldy and smells like an old cellar. Don't make the same mistake like we did. Better look for another accommodation.

Only stayed for the first night out of a 3 night stay in Brussels. Upon arrival around 11am the door was locked and no one answered any phonecalls to the reception. 20 minutes later a man showed up to unlock the door. When checking-in, the credit card which had been booked with hadn't been charged so we had to pay by debit card there and then (sketchy) The room itself was very basic - even for a 2 star hotel: no tea/coffee, no A/C, the toilet paper in the bathroom was one of those singular sheet dispensers. The quality of the room was awful as well. The walls were extremely thin, we could hear people cough from another floor. As well as some couples getting it on in other room, with unfortunate clarity. The plastic cover of the plug outlet next to the sink in the bathroom (dangerous in itself) fell off with just a poke. The shower produced only ice cold water. The room was very dark as the only source of light were 3 lamps and the window. The "flat screen" TV in the bedroom wasn't even connected to an aerial. The safe did not work so we could not have the extra security for our valuable items when the door handle to the room itself came off. When trying to find a member of staff at the reception to help us with this issue at approximately 6pm no one was there. The door to the reception was even locked. Fortunately enough the lock mechanism was separate to the door handle so we could still lock the door and go have dinner. Once we got back - around 10pm - there was still no one at reception to help with the door handle issue. The reception was still locked. Even calling the number on a business card, we had no answer. We left around 11am the next morning, dropping the key off in the box provided for checking out, not even being able to let any staff know as, yet again there was no one to be found and the door to the reception was locked. Best Hotel more like Worst Hotel.

The hotel is located in the very center of Brussels. Everywhere you can walk in a few minutes, which is a huge advantage for me. The view from the windows allows you to feel the atmosphere of the city. 24h access to the room with the use of badge (very convenient and rare solution in such small hotels). A small objection to the condition of furniture and in particular bathroom equipment.

One of The Top Class Hotels . This is a Brand. Great hotel. We had a fantastic holiday. The staff are fantastic and the welcome and help we received from the guy on reception would make me come back on its own! Private beach was also fantastic. The Swimming pool was Outstanding and located on Top floor of the building.

BAD EXPERIENCE I made a reservation through booking, the hotel is in the list of hotels in brugges, but in reality is in Brussels. I reserve and when I notice was wrong I tried to cancel. I had 0 support from the hotel and I needed to cancel the reservation recovering less than 5% of the payment.

Booked the room one week prior and got confirmation. However, on the day of the stay (precisely 3 hours before check in) I got an email saying that there was some issue with my credit card. Me and my partner tried two other credit cards which work perfectly fine with other hotels and none of them worked. We went to the hotel and the guy working there at the reception at 15:00 August 1st was very rude and told us it was our fault and he didn’t apologise or tried to solve the issue. Instead he asked us to leave. No wonder this hotel only has 3 stars out of 5 with this customer service. Based on the other reviews, it looks like it is not the first time this payment problem happens. I do not recommend this place at all.

During our stay (2 nights) we had no hot water, the only answer from the personal was "complain to this email". The towels had brown stains on them. The room smelled weird. Unter the bed was really dirty, the walls are really thin and you can hear the noisy streets. In front of our window were street works that started at 6-7 am, so very noisy. The next day we found our trash (most probably forgotten by the cleaning personal) in the middle of the room. It was a very unpleasant stay.

Reception service was quick and painless. We had a top floor room which had a really comfortable large bed. The room was clean and had a safe. The area around the hotel needs looking after by local authorities but it has a great little blues bar just across the street. In all, it is the kind of place to stay for a cheap night or two, backpacking or just somewhere to sleep. Judging by other comments the card machine still is not working and they did not respond to emails. However, don't expect too much luxury and your stay should be OK.

Great hotel with very welcoming staff. We stayed here for only one night but everything was next to perfect for a 2 star hotel. The only bad thing was the fact that there was no hot water later in the evening, I'm assuming that they stop heating it at some point in the evening.

Never got to stay because they said my credit card needed to be comfirmed. It work perfectly fine at the previous hotel (and the next) so it was their system rather then my card. Was not even allowed to just pay upfront.

This hotel doesn’t pretend to be anything that’s it isn’t. The bed is comfortable, it’s clean but it’s basic. The shower needs renewing, but for a 2 days stay on my own, it’s been great. The location is perfect and for the price I’d use again for my base.

Worst Hotel. I'd give ZERO stars !!! Fraudolent with cash payment only (they always pretend the card machine doesn't work). The first room we were offered smelled like an ashtray and we found a sock covering the smoke detector. In the second room we found hair, blood and other bodily fluids on the lined. They simply ruined our new years holiday, They had already taken the cash at that point and of course we could not find any other room anywhere else. We had to cancel our restaurant and new year's eve was screwed!!! I had to call the police !!! Rude and racist staff. Very bad bad hygiene dirty and dusty carpet! We ended up staying in the first room after using a whole can od air freshener. The manager never showed up and they said for any issued we could have sent an email. I will have local authorities informed
