I
did
a
treatment
with
them
about
a
year
ago
for
Pico
laser,
only
one
session
(I
posted
a
review
in
whatclinic.com
about
8
months
ago
but
i
see
it
was
deleted)
Things
that
made
me
very
dissatisfied:
1.
Mr.
Yildiz
didnt
explain
the
process
and
down-time
before
hand.
This
is
a
basic
information
that
the
health
provider
should
offer
definitely
BEFORE
the
procedure.
The
ugly
recovery
lasted
2.5
months
for
me
(pretty
much
a
2nd
degree
burn).
The
hyperpigmentation
still
lasts
until
today.
2.
Mr.
Yildiz
NEVER
talked
about
the
possible
side
effects
and
risks.
I
went
to
him
to
erase
small
hyperpigmentation
spots
in
my
face
and
I
ended
up
with
worse
hyperpigmentation
spots
than
before
treatment
(now
there
is
a
dark
halo
around
every
sunspot
i
have,
which
actually
makes
them
bigger).
He
should
have
told
me
this
procedure
is
not
appropiate
for
tanned
skin.
3.
The
person
in
charge
and
the
one
in
charge
of
most
procedures
(non
filler/surgical
ones)
is
T.
Yildiz.
He
is
not
a
doctor
but
the
secretary
called
him
as
such
and
its
advertised
as
such
even
in
this
google
thumbnail.
I
only
knew
of
this
after
looking
him
up,
he
is
a
kinesiotherapist.
You
cant
find
the
profiles
with
names
of
professionals
on
the
website,
so
that's
very
deceiving
to
me.
4.
Mr.
Yildiz
never
gave
me
proper
spoken
or
written
advice
on
the
aftercare
(this
is
responsibility
of
the
health
provider,
not
of
the
patient
to
look
up
on
their
own).
I
see
that
he
has
neglected
to
do
this
with
other
patients
as
well
(I
just
found
another
similar
review).
5.
During
the
procedure,
with
my
eyes
closed
with
protective
glasses
on
the
table,
he
asked
me
if
I
wanted
to
laser
the
spots
next
to
my
mouth.
I
said
yes,
the
sun
spots.
HE
LASERED
A
MOLE
I
WANTED
TO
KEEP,
and
now
its
barely
visible.
I
had
to
tattoo
one
on
top
because
if
had
almost
disappeared
after
the
treatment.
There
is
a
big
difference
between
mole
and
sun
spot
here.
He
should
have
asked
BEFORE
HAND
and
with
a
mirror
what
was
going
to
be
treated.
I
trusted
him.
6.
When
I
went
to
the
follow
up
appointment,
I
told
him
how
unhappy
and
severely
worried
I
was.
He
gaslighted
me
into
thinking
that
there
was
no
problem
and
reassured
me
that
my
spots
would
fade
in
6
months.
A
year
later,
dermathologist
is
still
treating
me
for
the
consequences
of
this
procedure
.
In
conclusion,
I
STRONGLY
ADVICE
AGAINST
GOING
TO
THIS
PRACTICE.
In
my
experience
with
Mr.
Yildiz,
he
showed
extreme
lack
of
professionalism,
patient
care
and
accountability.
Doctors
who
follow
good
practices
and
ethics
would
never
give
false
expectations,
would
not
avoid
talking
about
the
risks
before
hand
and
would
PLAN
and
prepare
the
patient
for
the
procedure.
