Without a doubt the most pleasant and relaxing facials I have ever had. From the moment you enter the room Nathalie goes out of her way to put you at ease and to personalise your experience. She really looks at your skin and gives advice that makes sense for your particular skin issues. I find the massage component of the facial to be gentle but very effective and the products she uses on my skin feel incredible. I cannot recommend her enough.
