I had a fantastic experience at Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Delta. The hotel impressed me with its spacious rooms and, most importantly, a functional and efficient air conditioning system, which can be a rarity in Europe during the summer. It was a relief to find a hotel that provided a comfortable and cool environment, especially after my previous reservation at the Holiday Inn, where I was not informed about the broken air conditioning. However, the hotel's only drawback is its location. If you are not familiar with the area, finding the hotel can be quite challenging. Despite the address provided, the hotel is situated approximately 100 meters off the main street, tucked within a hospital complex, and lacks clear signage. This can be confusing and frustrating for guests trying to locate the hotel for the first time. Although the location issue is unusual and inconvenient, the overall quality of the hotel, including the spacious rooms and reliable air conditioning, outweighs this drawback. If you are able to navigate the complex location, Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Delta is a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Brussels.

Nice and modern rooms, everything is new and very clean. Rooms come with a small kitchen with all accessories needed to prepare a quick meal. The staff is very nice. Good price for good quality.

Nice Apart-Hotel to stay if you need to visit Bruxelles. It is a 11 minute ride by subway to the city center, and around 6-7min by foot to reach Delta subway station. Just in front, you have a Carrefour Express (very expensive) and a restaurant/cofee-shop. Regarding the apartment itself, at arrival it was clean and had everything you would expect. Some of the things need a bit of improvement. I actually also work at an Apart-Hotel so here are my suggestions: The kitchen needs desperately a dish cloth. After washing the dishes what are we supposed to do with them? I don't know if it was only my bed or if it's a general thing, but the bed didn't have any sheet, just the duvet. If you're too hot, there's nothing you can do apart from throwing the duvet away. The AC/Heating never worked. I would control the temperature but nothing happened. Saw the instructions online so I was sure I was doing it correctly. Touched the vents and no air was coming out. The cleaning is free only if you stay 7or 8 days. I think this should be minimum every 3 days. Take in consideration that this is near a hospital, so the noise of ambulances can be quiet annoying. All the rest was perfect in my opinion, the bed is on the softer side which can be a problem with people that have back problems.

The neighborhood has a quiet, suburban feel with a hospital across the street and a university nearby. The walk to the metro station is about 7 minutes although there is a bus stop in front of the hospital that takes you there. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained, and the front desk staff is there 24 hours. The only negative is that the room is small and could stand to be painted. Otherwise it is well appointed and the window opens for fresh air without any noise.

Great hotel, very friendly young professional staff who are always available for you! The well kept rooms offer a modern look, good quality comfort and modern facilities that actually work like they're supposed to. Small details like a nice thick matrass and big bed (pretty sure it can fit 3 people), dimmable lights, power outlets and light switches close to your bed, (separate switches for groups of lights) also you get a personal hand-written welcome message which is absolutely lovely. I have had the luck of getting a lot of value for the reasonable price I paid for this hotel, which at the time was 81,- per night. (better than Ambiorix aparthotel, more expensive and also lot more inferior) The only thing that is less nice is that if you like baths, my room didn't have a bath tub (not sure if other rooms do have bath tubs, but maybe?).. also it's location next to a hospital.. there's no noise it's actually quite silent outside but it's just the idea of being next to a hospital.. But that's easily fixed by closing the first layer of blinds and focusing on your loved one next to you :) All in all 5/5!

A really nice hotel, with big room and bathroom. It is equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen. 2 minutes walk to the metro station, from where you take metro no T6/T2 and in 20 minutes you are at Gare du Midi.

A superb hotel for those in search of serenity at a fair price. A serene and tranquil locale, despite its proximity to a hospital. Although slightly removed, accessing the heart of Brussels is effortlessly attainable; the metro station is in close proximity, with a bus stop conveniently situated nearby. The breakfast is splendid, generously provided with a plethora of options. The staff is attentive and gracious. The room is amply equipped, furnished with all the necessities for preparing a meal or brewing coffee. My only lamentation lies in the absence of a cleaning option, even if on a bi-daily basis.

I spent one week studying in Brussels and sleeping in the hotel. The room was very clean and it had a small kitchen. It's not cheap, but you are paying for quality. I would expect a better breakfast, though. It cost me 15€ one day and didn't have much of food variety. It is very close to the campus and you can easily walk to the subway.

Nice and kind personel. Regarding the hotel itself, there are no cleaning services for staying less than 7-8 days. There was no broomstick or any other means available in the room to clean up the space on your own. The air condition/ heating could not be raised higher than 19.5 °C. The room temperature reached even 18 °C but I was provided with an electric heater when I asked it from the reception. Then, the heating problem was resolved! Last, the room door seems to have a mechanism to close automatically...if you trust this mechanism, you might leave the room, and the door will be wide open.

The rooms are clean, not too comfortable, but I assume are perfect for who is obliged to be close the hospital. Very useful the big parking, maybe can be chaper for hotel guests😉. Services...which ones? The giy at the reception is nice, but maybe still in training and left alone when an issue happened... nothing critical be clear!

The personalised welcome note along with bottles of water for the travellers made the difference by reminding me old school hotel's attitude. Congratulations to all team members of Adagio and our sincere appreciation. Apart from that clean, near metro, bus and convenient stores, great and budget friendly for the tourist.

Honestly, not bad for 3 stars Aparthotel. Quick check in and out. Check out is 11 though, so be mindful, But the apartment is clean. The breakfast was amazing and kids love it. Only downside is cleaning, because you get just one cleaning in one week and no brush to clean yourself. But great location and easy access to all key places without spending money on Taxi.

Close to public transportation and university park, fair price, helpful and friendly staff, there was only one person at the check-in and we had to wait for 15 minutes. The space in the rooms was gracious, it was generally clean but not perfect (corners in the bathroom). A/C was pretty good for European standards, a couple of items in the kitchen were lacking. We didn't like the soft matresses, but that's us. Were it not for that point, then we would return.

The room was tidy, but I didn't have any plates or a kettle or a frying pan, so I was only able to use the microwave and heat up micromeals. Also the air-conditioning made such a horrible rattle that I had to wear earplugs during the night. Breakfast was ok, but with limited assortment. Staff was friendly.

Great rooms in a new hotel. Nice to have a kitchenette Only downside it is a bit far from Main centre. It is a simple bus though that drops you off right infront or a 5 minute walk to the metro. I preferred the bus

Very good breakfast, ecologically orientated, not english style, but qualitative and with variety of choices. Not large but confortable rooms newly built. Spacious bathroom and confortable bed. Very kind reception especially Mr. Solo who very kindly helped me a lot to find my bag I had forgotten in a Taxi. Negative: The hotel is not near the city center but the Metro and busses could help. As it is usual in central Europe hotels, the cover-quilt on the bed was very warm for the season. VERY IMPORTANT: the cleaning of the room and the change of the towels were not included in the price but an extra fee of 2-3 euros per day was demanded. Not a big amount but IT WAS NOT REFERED IN THE TERMS OF BOOKING.COM

The receptionist, Marivonne, was an absolute help! She was very professional and friendly, went over and beyond to help us to catch our flight. She definitely is the definition of how hospitality should be :) Other than that, the room was very clean with complete amenities. The gym was also good. The only drawback was the location, the hotel is located a little bit outside of the city. But it will not lower our rating because we had a very good experience with the hotel :)

The hotel is well located. Only 5’ by metro from the city center. The personnel is extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The parking is very expensive, I advise to park in the delta one next to the metro which is free and only 8’ walk. The breakfast was disappointing. We arrived 1h30 after the start and there was already no more orange juice. I would hire someone to have a look at the plumbing as the water in the toilet sink and shower was barely going down.

I had a chance to stay for a night in this hotel. The staff were really helpful, especially when it came to parking my car, which by all means, is a bit higher compared to other vehicles. I was allowed to park it on the free-zone parking spots. Unfortunately, the very next day it turned out that we had an indentation on the left side driver’s door…. For sure, someone had hit us during the night or early morning when we were sleeping. That is why, I don’t recommend parking the car anywhere else than in the underground parking garage. Regarding the stay, it was fine. The room accommodated us and allowed a few hours of sleep. On the other hand though, I would prefer a wider range of food products during the breakfast. In that price range is just not enough. Overall, acceptable for a short time, and probably for longer periods as well, due to the fact that you can find a kitchen space in each of the rooms.

Great location, with easy access to public transportation. Very nice rooms, although a bit small due to a very large bed. Functional kitchen, very nice bathroom. Access to washer and dryer for a fee. Overall, great customer service 24/7. Affordable rates for Brussels.

It is a very good hotel, the staff is very kind and they always help you to solve any issue that you may have. Tye business center is very comfortable. The rooms have heating system to be more confortable and the room has a small kitchen and refrigerator for the food. The hotel es very close to the bus stop (200 mts) and metro (6 minutes walking). There is a small supermarket across the street. In the main lobby they have snacks, pizza, Baggettes, beand soft drinks to eat 24 hours. The neighborhood is safe, you can walk and feel safety even if it's late.

If you don't want to receive your status nights for a group booking, if you like silverfish in the bathroom and if you want to stay far away if any restaurants/ infrastructure .. then it is a good place to be. My first disappointment with an Accor hotel in years

This is really a hotel for if you are away on business or want to be close to someone staying in the hospital which is literally next door. The rooms are like small apartments so you can cook for yourself, and there is even a full sized fridge and a small freezer. Laundry facilities are available and there is a gym too. The only downside was no tea or coffee in the room, that said, this is my first hotel in Brussels so that may be the way it is.

Excellent place! We stayed for a week and the apartments are pretty comfortable, they have everything to cook there, the beds were comfortable as well. The gym is small but enough to do basic workout.

The hotel was perfect for my two night, business trip stay. The breakfast offer was great and allowed you to make different types of foods like waffels, eggs, etc. There was a free parking 10 minutes' walk away from the hotel. There is a bit of traffic to get to where I needed to go, but knowing that, I was able to plan accordingly.
