I’ve never had a good experience here. They don’t book appointments online even though you fill out the form for an appointment. They give incorrect instructions for procedures and then have to rebook. They have incorrect opening hours listed on their website and the door of the practice. Staff are rude.

I don't usually do Google Reviews, but this time i thought it was important to let everyone know. The team at i-Med Strathpine were amazing! The booking routine was floor-less. Upon arriving the reception staff were very friendly and comforting, they explained everything in nice clear detail and i was already aware of my out of pocked upfront. The lady who carried out the scan was very understanding of my situation and checked on me regularly during the process. Overall 5 stars for sure.

Staff are lovely and very professional. No complaints at all with the care I was provided. But I'm very disappointed that we still have to look at LGBTQ propoganda! I can't see what this poster is supposed to promote? "Everyone one is welcome here" ? Why is it appropriate to advertise this message on top of the pride flag? If everyone is welcome then why team it with a symbol that refers to a specific group of people. This is discriminatory toward anyone who does not identify with the alphabet community and it's bad enough to have this in your face everywhere during pride month but enough is enough!!

I had a procedure done on Monday 3rd April. All the staff were great and I'm afraid I gave the Doctor a hard time by saying during the procedure, " Are you any good?" Yes he was. Sorry Doc.

The staff here are fantastic. I had to bring my mother in (who has dementia) and at every stage they made what could have been a very difficult process seem easy and pleasant. Special thanks to Sharon on the front desk for treating my Mum with such respect and dignity, it was truly appreciated.

Staff so lovely and helpfull, no long wait times, clean and tidy. Availability for a booking was a couple of weeks.

My experience has been amazing. The reception team is overloaded with positive personality, always warm and welcoming. It is a very busy place and the all the staff there are always welcoming and always doing what they can for all their clients. The staff their are amazing not task is to big or small for them.

Excellent reception service and easy to get appointments. Prep for appointments are explained clearly and are made to feel at ease. Walk in X-rays are a very convenient and reports are promptly sent to the GP. The practice is clean and staff ensured safe social distancing between waiting patients. Highly recommend.
