This was one of the best experiences I have had camping! The grounds and amenities where clean, well maintained and beautiful. Felt so safe there the whole time and the owners where always willing to help and be kind. The best part was they even park and level the van for you! As I was travelling alone with 2 small children and zero experience in trailer parking this was a lifesaver! Have booked back in again for next Easter and I am very keen to go again!

Very clean and well maintained caravan park. 8 minutes away from major shopping centre, 1 minute walk to maroochy river which you could fish or walk along. Flame restaurant only 2 minute walk and amazing meals there too for those who can't be bothered cooking. Highway is loud but settles down at night. Small playground and jumping pillow, jelly bean pool with lounges and a large umbrella for over the pool. BBQ kitchen clean and well looked after.

What a great park this is. We had a fantastic site for our small campervan, probably one of the best we’ve stayed on. Staff friendly and knowledgeable of the local area. Amazing Camp-kitchen with everything you could need and facilities. Spotless amenities. Highway overpass near the park was surprisingly unnoticeable. Had a great two night stay and will stay again without a second thought.

Amazingly tidy park with the friendliest staff. From the front counter, grounds persons and cleaning staff, all were professional and lovely. One of the cleanest parks we have been to. Location is amazing and central to everything. So nice to have them park the van for us as well. Highly recommend!

We met some incredibly friendly staff. Sights are quite small but with the help of the tractor service to park your van it makes things much easier. The park has very clean amenities and is about 150m from the cycle way which is great for running, riding or walking by the river. Bonus is that our fur babies can now stay here too. Note; 3 stars for location due to the highway noise, but the friendly staff make up for the noise inconvenience.

Very good position to enable trips to many locations. Great park - initially put off by motorway noise but it fades into the background very quickly. The river is just across the road and not flowing at the edge of the sites as I’d envisaged, but it really is only steps away. The amenities are spotless, the staff cheerful and friendly, the nightly chats round the fire pit are the best fun. Highly recommend and already re-booked for next year. Some of the nicest travellers stay here!

Awesome place, one of the cleanest parks we have been to. Friendly staff, daily fires and even had a pancake breakfast day. Highly recommend

Caravan park was so well run and clean. The toilets are showers were super clean and so nice to use. First time in a Big 4 park and very much impressed. Well done all - made our stay perfect.

We stayed for a few nights ,and our experience was great. Friendly staff,always smiling and helpful. The cabin we stayed at was spacious and clean. Enjoyed our stay very much. Had a really enjoyable stay at this park. The highlight is the tractor valet service to your site and out on departure. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very well kept and maintained park with good amenities. Pancake Wednesday was also a highlight. Some sites are a little noisy due to nearby Sunshine highway, however, sites at the rear are very quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We’ll be back 😀

Been to this park a few times It’s a smaller park but Lovely. Staff are always beautiful. When it’s really busy (packed out) it’s harder as lots kids and not alot of room on sites so very close together and pool only small so hard to get a swim in as kids everywhere They have a good and coffee van on site The guys who run it are lovely and coffee and good divine. Opens 5.30 am great time especially in summer when suns up at 4.30-5am They have free herb vegetable gardens amazing Wednesday are free pancake breakfast (just donate a gold coin for charity) amazing Only thing I would say is that when packed out toilet blocks need to be cleaned more times as some people and children are very messy/dirty snd don’t clean after themselves in showers or toilets sadly. 😢

Big4 Maroochy River, was very local to beaches and major shopping centers all within a 10min drive. The amenities were very clean. Staff were friendly and the Valet caravan/camper trailer service is beyond. We will defiantly be returning to this great Holiday Park. Didn't get a chance. to play the mini golf course, but when our family returns, it will be on the to do list. highly recommend.

Very nice and clean park. Staff are very friendly and they run activities some nights. They ran a camp fire with marshmellows, live music and a food truck. Lots of activities for the kids to enjoy. Nice park layout. Our spot backed onto the playground. Other spots back onto camp amenities, mini golf or the jumping pillow which made it feel like each spot was a central location.

Easily one of the best parks we’ve ever stayed in! The park itself was so well kept, grass perfectly mowed, nothing out of place. All sites level with Astro turf. Management was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our van was parked on-site by their ‘marriage saver’ tractor which was awesome! Amenities were relatively modern, always tidy, cleaned regularly. Fire pits and free marshmallows every night in the outdoor area under fairy lights were a huge hit with the family. They also loved the jumping pillow, mini golf and pool. We would love to return some day and would highly recommend this park to everyone!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 15 nights here. It started from them parking the caravan for us & levelling it to the ultra clean facilities which were constantly being attended to. When I thanked a cleaner she said they all enjoy their work and keeping it clean. It was also quiet in the park and the users all respect that. The park also provided great entertainment and food vans. Highly recommended. Our friend came up from Adelaide and stayed in a cabin and raved about it. Fastidiously clean, well decorated and quality linen. Highly recommended again

Big 4 Maroochy River was a great park to stay. We were in our caravan on a powered site next to pool. Clean amenities and very friendly and helpful staff. Smoking out in the corner was a little different to parks we have stayed in before, but saying that - it was a great little social hub where i met lots of lovely people. Would definitely stay here again.

Great easy location to get to, convenient access but can be loud at times due to the highway (they cannot do much about this). The villas are awesome and everything you need, very modern with nice wood touches, the facilities are great bouncing pillow and pool were used a fair bit during our stay. A few things I would suggest to make families staying even better- 1. Make sure the blind strings to pull it up and down are not accessible to small children as they go to the ground little children can easily access and pull on them. 2. Make the screen doors 1 way visible, due to small children and the location of the shower I'm sure a few people may have seen something they wish they didn't. 3. Due to the location of the pillow and villas small children are attracted to the pillow and go right for it (although i spoke to my kids, toddlers generally don't listen) A gate at the bottom would prevent this from happening and provide better security 4. A bike path on the ground would be great as when we went for a ride it appears we may have entered where we were not supposed to. Overall the trip was great and would stay again

We stayed 2 nights on 2 sites over the long weekend. The park was very well set out, the sites are large and clean and tidy. Our family enjoyed the pool, park and play ground. Even though it was the long weekend, the park did not feel overcrowded. Pity about the road noise but the parks proximity to the Maroochydore River was fantastic for fishing. Amenities were clean, showers were lovely!

We paid for 5 nights left after 2 nights. When booking I spoke to reception regarding the highway close by. I was told it's not really that bad for noise. I asked if we could have a site as far away from the highway side as possible. We were placed 1 row back from the highway side. The traffic noise was LOUD until about 10pm and started again around 4.30am. We were so tired after 2 nights we left losing the 3 nights extra we paid for. The amenities were very clean, sanitiser was ample throughout the park. We have stayed in a lot of Big 4's mainly in northern NSW but this one did not compare at all to the other parks. We won't ever stay there again.

Park is small but pretty, and immaculately clean. The cabins are amazing. Great for adult travellers as there weren’t many kids on my one week visit. They had a fire pit at night for people to mingle and some days a lovely girl playing guitar for entertainment. A short walk to the river. Staff were very friendly. I would recommend this park.

The best cleanest place we have ever stayed. Drove up from Brisbane to meet our friends from Melbourne. From a friendly greeting booking the stay to arriving to be greeted by wonderful staff. The gardens and care taken at this park is completely perfect. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for making our stay fantastic! 🙏🏼🙂

Don't normally stay at Big 4 as it's out off my price Range and i definitely don't review but here I am, wasn't to badly priced really and a benafit is they park your caravan, was a little weird to see but did a great job between the 2 of them. Didn't see the nightly events or morning events pancakes and stuff but sounded fun, fishing is also good on the river I had some good catches on soft plastics. Nice staff great place very impressed clean and tidy, don't forget to recycle it's all for charity. Will definitely return 2 this big 4. Thanks

We camped in our camper van, the sites are lovely and big. Amenities nice and close to our site, and they were always clean and spotless. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Location is amazing, will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend

Our sites tucked away in a corner was fantastic. Loved it Towing service great Loved it. Amenities very clean. Loved it. Our only issue was we found it quite noisy with the 2 busy roads so close Not the parks fault but it was just busy over the weekend.

Very neat and clean park, lovely amenities and friendly staff. The highlight is the marriage saver, they park and retrieve your van for you. Another pleasant surprise was the strong wifi unlimited free data, much appreciated.

We stayed 2 nights with our 2 children. A seamless checkin with our caravan! Absolutely loved having the staff park our van with their own tractor! Amenities so clean and spacious! Loved the putt putt! The roads for kids to bike ride and scooter! Jumping pad was used lovingly! Great community space! Across the road is the river good for a spot of fishing and walking track. Marshmallows for kids the first night.. no coffee van on site but a cafe a casual short stroll away. Literally the only thing I’d like to see updated is the pool…. Would be great to see a bigger and better pool facility. A great location perfect to get out and about and discover Maroochydore.

While the park was clean and neat the traffic noise defied the camp experience as did the regimented park policy of parking your van. The park tractor was underrated to pull 2t vans and no safety chains attached nor was there any electric brake control on the mini tractor (JD 1023E) The tow hitches were backyard weldedand not an approved hitch and towing on the front tractor hitch overloading. A simple breakaway in the park would surely test their public liability.

We had a short camping stay on powered sites. The sites were very generous (with artificial grass mats also to increase comfort) the sites/gardens were very well maintained. Amenities and camp kitchen were spotless and it was such a bonus to have a fire pit to enjoy each night. The staff were awesome and so welcoming. Highly recommend for a short or extended stay. We will be back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very kids friendly for young children. Our kids (and us parents too) loved the marshmallows on the fire pit each night. The live music on Thursday night made for a fantastic atmosphere. It was a great way to bring people from campsites together and we met many families who we chatted with for the remainder of our stay. The camp kitchen is well maintained and lit with beautiful outdoor lights which we enjoyed a wine and relaxing dinner under each night. The staff are amazing. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, they considered the spot to place our van which would be safest with two young kids (site 2), gave recommendations on local attractions and travel routes, helped getting the van on and off the site and hitching it up. And, were just all round friendly and easy to have a chat with. The grounds were very well maintained and there was synthetic turf of our site.

My husband, daughter and I stayed for 4 nights over Christmas and the only complaint that we could think of was that we couldn’t stay longer. The coffee van on-site was great, unfortunately we didn’t get to take advantage of the food trucks of a night time although it would of been extremely convenient, the kids activities were a great little add on! All facilities were beautiful and clean, the staff were nothing but accommodating and the “marriage saver” is such a great idea. We will definitely be back, thank you!

I've never been to a park where the staff were more attentive and friendly. We had a powered site right near the jumping pillow and camp kitchen and it was perfect. 5 nights was not enough. Loved the kids activites in the school holidays. It's handy being right off the highway and I didn't even notice the traffic noise.

We are regular campers but we have never seen such kind, welcoming and lovely staff especially on arrival. They are beyond helpful, approachable and really want you to have a good time. They greet you at arrival, hook your van up to their ‘marriage tractor’ and park your van on site for you. Blake toasts the perfect marshmallow for you round the communal camp fire while you listen to some live music that regularly plays at the park. There were delicious food trucks constantly coming and we loved the Thai truck along with Kicken Chicken whose maple bourbon chicken was to die for! The park is very clean and well maintained and perfectly situated. There are lots of text messages from them as they communicate really well so you will never miss out on what’s happening in the park with them. There is lots to do and even though it rained a lot during our stay we still had so much fun. You won’t find a more friendlier park than this! We will definitely be back. We have had the most wonderful three week stay and cannot recommend this park more highly. Fantastic management and staff that are friendly and take obvious pride in what they do. Sites are generous, amenities very well maintained and lovely resort-like communal area with fire lit during cooler nights . Regular live music, coffee vans and food trucks are an added bonus. Thank you Blake and Sharon and all the team. We will definitely return!
