I think the experience would've been better if it had not been pouring rain outside. They mandate masks for adults but for kids 10 and younger they do not require them. Kids are touching everything without anything being sanitized. The staff walks around and demands you to wear your mask, vaccinated or not. The areas where kids lay on to do activities were dirty. Overall we were not pleased especially for the price we paid for tickets.

The DoSeum was a great museum to play and interact with different kid friendly toys. We did a lot of learning, exploring and playing. 🥴 I couldn’t keep up with my daughter! The place was packed, everyone and they mama came to play!! The scene is eye catching, and the kids seem to love the atmosphere! My daughter had a great time !!! We are definitely coming back soon!

A great place for my kids to interact with exhibits that build life skills like the work bench with saws to building with blocks and linkages. There are many areas that support bringing out the curiosity of science and arts which are important for youth. We even appreciate the military discount. Even at the peak operating hour it was not crowded.

Overpriced for my 2-year-old (who charges admission for a 2-year-old anyway), most activities were too advanced for him to enjoy. The woosher room was where we spent most of our time. But it's a small space. Lots of activities had screens attached, that was disappointing. Did not play outside. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Would pick a park next time and play for free.

On your first visit it seems kind of overwhelming but it's only because there is so much stuff to do you don't know where to start. I really like it because there are so many activities to choose from there are many age groups that can be included in the activities from crawling babies to tweens and as an adult there are some things that you just want to try yourself to be honest. I have a toddler daughter and a 10-year-old son and they both find things to do there. All the staff are friendly, helpful and pleasant. We received passes as a gift and I can't tell you the number of times we've gone on a day there's nothing else to do and it's a lifesaver. I would highly recommend it totally worth it.

Finally took my son here as it had been on our to do list for a while. Masks are still mandatory 😒. They do offer you complimentary ones at the front desk/ admission area. My son had a blast and had many activities to choose from. Definitely recommended for kiddos. The outdoor slide is super high. It mad me nervous 😬. Apparently I have a little daredevil like the sign on the slide says ‘little daredevils welcomed.’

Such a cool place! We were visiting San Antonio & decided to stop here to burn off kiddo energy and it delivered big time! Tons of different options for different ages and skill sets. They do have a café to get food, and food was decent. And they have a mothers room! It was so handy being able to nurse my daughter in a cozy environment. My only feedback is it’s not super baby friendly play wise. They do have a soft play area but it is super tiny and there are no toys. My 7 month old was bored after a few minutes. But overall it was a super fun way to spend the afternoon and if we lived near by we would definitely be members and go all the time!

Recommend this place for all kids and adults alike! Each room is filled with educational sets, tactile/sensory play and plenty of sound activity. 2 stories and plenty of outside play from playground to bubble area. I have brought my special needs patients and have also attended multiple adult only events that have allowed us to explore as adults and be kids for a few hours. Now that I have a baby I brought her to play and she had such a blast at only 6 months old! Has a nursing room, cafe and a store. Very modern and adorable all around.

One of the best kid attractions in the city! My kids enjoyed it so much the first time we went, we've bought annual season passes ever since! Its well worth the money and pays itself after 3visits! From indoor activities, new exhibits, to ouside bubble, and water interactions! This is easily a must go for all families with young kiddos! You'll have a blast!!

Fun place for families to venture through all the fun activity rooms/stations, and outside play areas. If it's your 1st visit and you are considering buying a membership you can buy a day pass and apply it to the membership when leaving for the day. It will take a few hours to get through the areas. Very cool place for families!

We played for almost 3 hours and never even made it upstairs until we needed to head back home to Houston. What a fabulous children's museum. My son was in the Little Town for almost an hour, and we loved the Eric Carle exhibit next to Light and Sound. My family even enjoyed playing outside as the weather was nice for a Texas spring day. The tickets were reasonable, but make sure you pay in person for the teacher or senior discount. Since I paid online, we didn't get the discounts. However, we had such an amazing time, and I drank a really delicious iced coffee from the museum cafe.

This place is always fun for the kiddos. There are multiple activities that promote critical thinking skills for all ages. There are also a lot of fun activities for kids of all ages. There is a gift shop and food vendor on site with decently priced items. Highly recommend if are in san antonio

This is a great museum for children under 12 and preschoolers. There is a outdoor treehouse and water area so wear good shoes or swim suits or clothes your willing to get wet. There are also other outdoor play areas with lots of climbing and slides. Tiny Town is great for children under age 5. The cafe is affordable but you can bring food and drinks.

Great place, can be toured in 1.5 hours. Some of the gadgets or would be educational material was not functioning well especially in the light and sound sensitive area. Some ball machines were stuck and needed unblocking. Overall it would be better if a little extra care was employed. Otherwise it is clean and so are the restrooms.

The DoSeum is one of the best Children's museums I've ever been to. There are so many interactive exhibits we always find something new. They offer a great deal if you purchase the annual membership and you can bring friends and family for a fraction of the price. The staff are always so friendly and everything is clean.

Great museum to take the kids to interact with a variety of subjects from how light and sound/music work to robotics and innovation. There's even a spy area ! There's also a Little Town, which was my favourite. It's a place where the kids can do adult things: shop for groceries, go to the bank, ride a trolley, go through an airport, go to the vet, etc. Very cute ! Outside there's a playground when you want to take a break from all the walking around and watch your kids from the [faux] grassy hill. When we went there was an exhibit going on for The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. Very cute ! We didnt visit it but there's also a cafe there if you didnt bring your own snacks / lunch.

DoSeum was a great museum to play and interact with different kid friendly toys. I thought it was going to be more educational rather than a big playground for children. The scene is eye catching, and the kids seem to love the atmosphere so anything that keeps them entertained for a few hours is cool with me.

My 6 and 8 year old kids liked the ball room and the outdoor section the best. They were a bit big for the grocery store but still enjoyed it. I thought the spy area was really thoughtfully put together however, might be suited for a bit older kids. The spy stuff was great, its just that it was a lot to figure out and the room was a bit chaotic. I would go again.

Amazing adventure for all ages. Sounds, lights, water, interactive games to stretch one's brain. Staff was super helpful, especially in the Spy area, thanks to Lee, Roxana and Claude. The only reason for 4 stars is that some of the interactives were not working at all. I can only imagine how bashed they get daily. Cafe had hot tea (score!) but were out of veggie wraps. We effortlessly spent 4 hours there with 8 and 13 year olds. Highly recommended, clean and interesting.

This place was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and talk to the kids with a childlike personality is the best way to describe it. Many different rooms and sponsored markets and such for the kids to play in as well as a real Scion iQ for them to play in. And the ballroom and ball drop kept so many kids entertained for hours. My daughter love this place and we will definitely be back again. If we lived closer we would definitely be buying the memberships

The dosuem is very packed with interactive activities for all the kids. There are sections for toddlers as well. My nephew is 9 and loved it. We spent almost 2 hours here. He loved playing outside in the water stations and using the tools in the construction section.

I don't know how I've gotten away without leaving review until now. We have been members since 2019 and love coming here. There is a ton of stuff to do for our 3-year-old and every time he comes he finds something new he's interested in. They have rotating exhibits that are (almost) always amazing. When the weather is nice they have fun outdoor activities, too. We really like spending time in the little HEB store and town.

Such a lovely experience. The museum is spacious and does a great job of self guided tours. It did a wonderful job of combining stem with real life scenarios. It's definitely fun for the kids and entertaining for adults. They have a Cafe so thats a plus since you don't have to leave to eat. I highly recommend The DoSeum for your next weekend plans.

This is an awesome place for kids and adults. They change exhibits on a regular basis. There are activities for all age groups. Indoor and outdoor sites that include a variety of activities, like a spy themed area and the current exhibit, is about space. There is a small cafe and a gift store. The first Monday of every month is family night, with free admission for 2 hours of play.

The best place for kids! We mainly came so our 18 month old could play in the tiny town area and it was so much better than I’d imagined! I recommend getting there early or visiting during an off-time, because there was a long line for tiny town most of the time while we were there. We lucked out and didn’t have to wait though.

One of the best children’s museums I’ve been to. So extensive with both indoor and outdoor play areas. Is great for all ages, my 15 month old loved it, very clean, we spent more time here than we imagined. They even have two calm areas with relaxing items to soothe children. Even as adults, we were very entertained. Highly recommend!

Went there recently for a field trip as a chaperone and I had forgotten how much fun it was! THE DOSEUM has lots of activities inside and outside. Inside there is so much to do, from simulating earthquakes to completing a giant size USA map. They have a huge outside area for kids to go and let out some energy. They also have a designated area for the toddlers which is really nice and very considerate of them to have 😊 Make sure to take your kids extra clothes because they will play with the water activities and I guarantee they will get wet! Overall it was a great time and great experience. The prices are reasonable and there is free parking!

80% of the activities in this museum involve digital screens. Recent studies have shown that screens aren't good for children. Much of the rest of the activities are broken, poorly functioning or missing. It was frustrating to frequently explain to my child that something didn't work anymore or I don't know what happened to the rest of it. The outside water feature doesn't have enough pressure to move 90% of it as it was designed. There was one cool part of it where you could cause a ball to hover in a stream but that was it. The climbing structure and slide weren't interesting enough for more than one try. The games in the spy area were missing pieces so they were unusable. The rest of it was just screens. The vacuum systems upstairs didn't have enough power. We've been to the Children's Museum in Houston. All water features and vacuum systems were bigger, functioning and fun. To top it all off, there is a low doorway made of concrete in the Imagine section. I was looking down, talking with my daughter and ran into it. Gave me a headache, neck ache, tooth ache for the rest of the day. When I brought the issue to the attention of staff, they were dismissive as if it were somehow my fault. There was no warning and it was dark. How is it my fault? Another staff member chimed in and said it doesn't happen that often. I think if it happened once then the poor design should have been addressed and rectified. I wouldn't come here again. It was a major disappointment and a waste of an afternoon. As someone else mentioned, our city zoo is awesome and definitely worth the trip.

Such a cool place for all ages of kids, I have two toddlers and they absolutely love this museum! Pretty stroller friendly with space and elevators for the different floors. It does get pretty busy especially in the toddler space with the little town but it is worth it!

I want to share my experience the staff is very helpful. There are many different things for the kids to enjoy from H-E-B ,Whataburger truck , airplane, ups, veterinarians office ,to the outdoors water area and bubbles and science and so much more this place can be enjoyed by everyone. Family friendly and they have a cafe if you get hungry too :)

Went on a Monday morning so it wasn't too crowded. My son loved the outdoor water play and there's a little town where kids can pretend to shop or drive, which is great. Another positive was the calm room, which had a lot more calming activities. The only problem I had was upstairs where it can get rather noisy from some of the activities and my son gets over-stimulated by sounds. They do offer a sensory friendly program, but its difficult to find information on the website for it.

2 adults + 3 kids for 70$ + tickets in total, but I’d say well worth the money. We wandered for 4+ hours. While kids enjoying the indoor activities, I like the outdoor garden parts the most. Very soothing

Wow wow wow. We came here expecting our kids to only be here for a few hours before getting bored and instead were here from open to close. The tiny town was super popular with both my toddler and her older sister. We all had a blast in the spy area trying to figure out the riddles and my oldest spent over an hour in the laser area. 100% will go again especially since it was fun for the whole family. Edited to add photo

A nice place with a lot of stuff to do for the young children (3-8). It has 2 stories with different exhibits. Upstairs is for the school age kids. The spy missions will take you about an hour to complete all 4 of them. It's reasonably priced and has a little deli with kids meals and wraps for adults. Will definitely return for a second go round
