This hostel, although small, but cozy, is super well located on Paseo de la Reforma, Col. Roma, Juárez, Zona Rosa and Condesa. The place was quite dirty, the service at the hostel was very bad, I arrived at my accommodation and there was no one to welcome us, the street is very lonely, dark and dirty, the bathroom in the place smells very bad of sewage, especially in the morning, no There is a facade and the entrance is through an aluminum curtain, there are animals in the place and the area seems unsafe, I do not recommend it, there are other options in the area for the same cost and with better facilities, definitely a terrible place.

The staff was very polite and helpful. We were given delicious coffee. I would like to use the hostel next time.
