I really didn't like this place. It felt dirty and the room we got was not great. There's no air conditioner so if you want to not feel like you're being cooked at night you have to open the windows, which as a foreigner could be for uncomfortable to do. It could be very noisy at times which could make it more difficult to actually sleep properly. Don't know if it's just the room we got but they didn't even install the bathroom door correctly. They installed it backwards so even if you "lock" it, somebody from the opposite side can literally just push the door open. Honestly don't like this place and I'm looking forward to when we leave it. Would not recommend.

The restaurant inside is good then rooms are also nice and affordable.

This is a comfortable hotel, though it does have it's issues. There are no phones in the room, or air conditioning, though you can get them from the front desk and they will provide a fan if needed. The windows can be hard to lock and there are no screens. There are TVs in the rooms though the channel options are limited. The area itself this hotel is located is not exactly nice. I would compare it to certain parts of Downtown LA or San Francisco. There are some nice places to visit nearby though. There are many stores, restaurants and shopping nearby, including a restaurant and bar that is onsite. You can get Uber here if needed and transportation is not very hard. Overall the staff was extremely hospitable and did everything they could to attend to our needs.

Our favorite place to stay when we are in the area. Always clean. Always friendly! Great value for the price. You can walk to nearby restaurants but the hotel restaurant is amazing! Mexican ambiance with delicious Mexican food! The buffet is a nice way to try some unfamiliar culinary delights! Don't worry, they serve you at the buffet. No one breathing on your food. Some nights live entertainment. Wonderful!

Nothing special, slow service. We call in advance to check room Readiness check is is at 2, we arrive 2:30pm and the room was not even cleaned. However I must admit the restaurant saved them, fantastic taste and quality, will just returned to try it again

No,services, no phone to contact administration, bathroom with no place to seat soda machines only accept Mexican coins, no credit card. Only one little bottle of shampoo for all the days when you stayed 2 persons 2 days, so you have to get your own one,and it's not a cheap place more than thousand pesos per night. So really not a good deal.

It's OK. The newest section has comfortable rooms. The place is too noisy. Among Texcoco hotels this is a good option but don't expect a 4-5 star hotel

The hotel is pretty well located just a couple of blocks from downtown. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant in the same hotel and the food is great
