I took my family for lunch on 15 November 2020.The place was beautiful. A very sultry looking waitress came out to serve us. I had to greet her as she just stood there ,petrified.I asked her if everything on the menu was available.Her answer was affirmative. We gave our order including the drinks.She came back 15 minutes later to tell us that there was No baby chicken,No spare ribs. I asked her for her suggestions.She suggested the mixed grill. We ordered two and a calamari.She came back again after a while to tell us that No calamari , No mixed grill!! This was the epitome of madness. I was fuming! As I drove all the way from Thetsane west for the day.I wanted to walk out!! My wife was too hungry and also too polite. Also,they did not have the drinks we ordered. I settled for the pork chops,my wife had the pizza,my daughter the lamb chops. My day out with my family was disastrous. I will not set foot there again.I have sent management my letter of displeasure.

The outside seating area brings quite a relief for parents due to the children's play area.

Went to BMI for lunch. The service was super slow. We waited for our drinks for 45minutes. Couldnt find the waitress and when she finally came she apologised for forgetting us. The premixed Daiquri had ants in it. And the food took another 1hour. Specifically asked for pork free food, the mixed grill came topped with a piece of bacon. I wasnt very impressed with my experience there😫😠😡

The only thing i enjoyed there was the warm welcome we got at the reception, and a longer stay when we were dealing with our breakdown. The crew is very considerate. I applause them for on that. The problem comes on their inclusive breakfast. From variety to cooking. For a hotel like that the standard was very low.

The waitresses need to work on welcoming guests. I arrived for lunch and went straight to the garden chairs, I greeted them and sat down, I had to go to them to ask for help and they asked me rudely, "why didn't you tell us that you need help?"

Such an inviting and beautiful place. We just came for a meal while traveling through town. We were served breakfast even though we were past the time when it was typically served. We sat outside in the shade of a tree while while my infant sun luxuriated on the grass and we were greeted by the friendly staff. The food was tasty and hot. An oasis if there ever was one.

I enjoyed this time and some of their rooms dont have wifi please be careful. Their services are so fantastic and i enjoyed of course and i am going there again

Nice gardens, reasonably equipped rooms, WiFi not reliable in some rooms and management has some strange approaches, such as leaving telephones connected in the rooms when they are not operational...

The place is amazing... beautiful rooms that are spacious and very clean. I will be back!

We just had lunch and the service was good

the pool had a lot of tree leafs so it needs time to time cleaning. their garden has nice views and generally i would say its a nice place to be with friends as you would be able to chill and drink in the garden.

Very excellent !!! and we had a curtacy welcome by the owner who wlcomed us and gave complemetary accomodation that when ever our church elders visit Lesotho he granted them complementary reception in all the three hotels .This was our second visit from SA .May the Lord bless your institution.We will always remember your institution in our prayers. I've been waiting 2 hours for a burger and fries worth 130 the whole table got their 4 pizzas and I'm still standing here a table that arrived even got their order before me, very dissatisfied

Easy to find. A very warm welcome. Neat and spacious rooms. Enjoyed the garden, the pool, the bar, as well as lunch. Breakfast was delicious 😋 . Keep up the good work.
