We found hair in the biryani. The food was okay. But we wanted to eat naan, they said they won't serve naan so we ordered biryani. But later we saw that they were serving naam to the adjacent table.

My 1st mistake before visiting this restaurant I didn't read the reviews which itself tells about everything with 3.4 rating as on date 1st Jan 2023 but still I will share my experience. 1) Lacks of professionalism 2) Poor service 3) Don't expect taste as per you are being charged. 4) restaurant is in 2nd floor and wash basin is in third floor. We asked for Starters(Tandoori) which was not available then we asked for biriyani which was also not available then we choose as per their availability which is the 1st thing I disliked about them. 2nd When we got our order we asked for few slices of onion which we received after 3 reminders. We carried hot water so we asked for a glass which we didn't got till the end then we managed from our own. Good thing about the restaurant 1) Nice ambience 2) Spacious Rest many things need to improve because with this experience no one will visit for 2nd time for sure. @Thefourmama management please give some respect to the reviews and take it as a feedback and on a positive note to keep doing better. I planned my birthday at Da Four Mama. The service was amazing and the food was superdeliciouas. The ambience is 10/10. Also, they added compimentary balloons for me, which was the best part. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Best for ocassions

the food I ordered today a while ago, was really bad; not worth......in chilly chiken and fried rice.....chicken was like hard rubber and sandwich was fresh but not worth the price- only onion and cabbage , no appetite I could not have the whole- money matters guyz.....please improve - earlier you all were serving ok only.......

We went out to this cafe for the second time for a bday party. What did we order for starters? - Crispy Babycorn and Blue Lagoon. Quality: Babycorn could have been little more crispy but I guess due to the air fan it might have losen some crispiness. Bluelagoon was refreshing af ! What did we order for main course? - Kashmiri Pulao, Butter Naan and Chicken Butter Masala. It's 10 on 10 in terms of quality and quantity. Suggestion: Pls ensure availability of dessert items. Service staffs are good and humble. But they need one or more service guy during rush hours. In short good place with good vibes and good foods. All the best four mama.

They take a lot of time to serve the food. The ambience of the restaurant is good. The quantity of the item is less and it doesn't justify the price. They don't serve Chinese food, however they bring it from another street joint with the same name (might belong to the same owner). We tried to order momos and chowmin but they said it would be difficult to bring the food at that time. So clearly we were not satisfied with the service.

The first time when it opened the food was tasty but after sometime something happened and the food taste wise has dropped considerably. It could have been a nice place to hangout but sadly it couldn't maintain its potential.

Disappointed while i visited this place during summer. The AC wasn't working & they had no beverages as mentioned in the menu which added to the discomfort of the scorching summer heat. Visited during winter again which added to my utter disappointment when they had neither coffee/tea or any other beverages that can be served hot. Majority of the items from the menu are missing. Service has deteriorated eventually.

I recently dined at this cafe, and I must say, the service was incredibly disappointing. The waitress seemed completely clueless, as she came to ask for our order not once, but twice. It was evident that the cafe needs serious improvement in this area. It took an hour for our food to arrive at the table. While some dishes were decent, others were simply not worth the wait. The lack of proper cooling in the cafe during this hot weather was truly unbearable.

Nothing is great except ambience. Their service was so poor we just ordered 2-3 items they took 1 hour for the preparation and they first served us an appetizer after 15 to 20 minutes they gave us drinks and after repeatedly asking for more than half an hour they gave us our main course in such a tiny plate that was just so frustrating and the food was also below average. I will give my ratings in minus if possible. My experience is not good at all. I think they should try to improve. And have experienced staff or at least give them training.
